Ihave had an application in since last winter. I have called and left my name several times,even stopped by more than once. I was told the owner wasn’t there every time. Now i see a “now hiring “sign . I’m a veteran and I’m calling all veterans to boycott Kellys Auto Parts!!!!! 🇺🇸 I never thought I’d see the day when a veteran cant even get a job at a minimum wage junk yard. Kellys discriminates against veterans so don’t buy anything from this business!!! To all the veterans. Thank You

I drove 400 miles, one-way, to get a topper for my truck here. They were exceptionally willing to provide information and assist me with description, photos and delivery. Friendly and professional staff. The part is exactly as they described it. They gave me a great deal and helped me install it. Im 100% Satisfied!

Very responsible company. Made an order over the phone, they gave me a time that they will remove the part for me. It did not take more than a day. The next day they gave me a time frame to come and pick it up, everything was ready for me when I got there with a competitive price.

This business is one the best salvage yards in southern MN. We (Hometown Motors Owatonna), have been doing business here for 35 years and are extremely satisfied in every way. Their parts are good, service is great and they deliver to us if we need it. I would highly recommend this business to anyone!

Horrible customer service and a rip off. I asked when I purchased an item if I could return it if I ended up not needing it. I was told by Mike Miller that there was no problem for that with a receipt. I ended up not needing the item and when I took it back to back along with the receipt I was treated like a leper, and told that they didnt do that kind of thing. I asked to talk to Mr. Miller as he would remember the transaction and saying to me I could return it if needed. Mr. Miller came and was arrogant and dismissive and said he would charge a restocking fee which was not said at the time of purchase nor is it written anyway on a sign or receipt. I would not trust them or recommend the, BUYER BEWARE.

I HAVE ONLY PURCHASED A COUPLE THINGS FROM HIM SO FAR SO GOOD WAS NOT USED I NEEDED DOOR HANDLES ON OUTSIDE OF MY TOYOTA SIENNA BOTH FRONT DOORS HE HAD NO IN THE YARD BUT ORDERED ONE AND WAS 1/3 THE PRICE THEN NAPA OR OTHER AUTO PARTS HOUSE THINK IT COST ME 32 DOLLARS WITH TAX AND SHIPPING I KNOW WAS LESS THEN 40 NEEDED THE OTHER ABOUT A MONTH AGO IT WAS IN STOCK THESE BOTH WERE NEW AFTER MARKET SAME PRICE OR LESS THE SHIPPING THE PARTS HOUSES WANTED AROUND 90 TO 100 FOR THE SAME DOOR HANDLE SO FAR GOOD SERVICE

Ordered part they charges me $40 for freight actual freight was $18.68 - then where was no packing what so ever in the box. The part made it ok and was good. So just watch overcharging on parts and freight.

If I could give this business a zero, I would. After driving 150 mile round trip to purchase a motor for my truck, I was charged an extra $35.00 for a motor pallet and told the engine had a 90 day warranty. After returning the engine block for the $100.00 core charge (yes, my second 150 mile round trip) I was told I needed to return everything on the motor (fuel rail, intake, exhaust manifold) to get the core charge back. This was never explained to me , and was not put in writing anywhere. Once the new engine was installed into my truck, it turned out one of the fuel injectors was bad, and when I called to see if they would warranty it, he decided he needed to call me back (which he didnt, so I called him). After a couple of hours to decide how he should handle the situation, Lauren told me that they only warranty the interior components of the engine, yet he insisted that he needed everything back fuel injectors, fuel rail, exhaust manifold, intake) to get my core cor charge. A new fuel injector would cost him $30.00 from another salvage yard, or $75.00 for a new one from Napa Auto Parts. When I asked if Lauren would split the cost with me, he refused and told me they were not going to pay for anything, even though I already paid him about $800.00 for the engine initially. This shoddy business tactic used by Kelly Auto Parts I found very unethical and immoral. These people are extremely dishonest, and I highly suggest shopping elsewhere for your auto parts.
