Ashley Watkins and Jess worked together to make sure the parts were at the shop when we brought our vehicle in for the recalls. Ashley Watkins also communicated with us to tell us how things were going because there were many recalls being done. Ashley Watkins and Jess are a great team!!

Horrible service department, last couple times Ive brought my truck in I get nothing but jacked around. Last time I brought in Was all warranty work Transmission, Door shock, injector and Tail light wiring harness. Was told nothing wrong with transmission all it needed was a flush. I told them it was the transmission that was making loud noises I knew it was not just a flush but yet they told me that was all it was so I had them so the flush which was $200 not covered under the warranty they then told me only a bulb for the taillight so I told them to put a bulb in after I tried 3 different bulbs I get the bill they charged me for a wiring harness $70 and a bulb for $30 when obviously the bulb was good like I told them in the first place it was harness which should be covered under warranty they said they fixed the door shock which was not fixed again under warranty said they fixed radio which they did not again under warranty also ordered an extra key over a month ago still havent heard from them all in all took my truck to Apple Chevy in Northfied took them an hour to tell me it was the transmission also fixed door radio all.for my $100 deductible when Harry Browns charged me almost $600 when should of been under warranty $100 deductible would not recommend Harry Brownsalso had my truck 2 different times had mo loaner

Great environment, kind helpful team members that seem to enjoy what they do. Nice waiting area, clean and neat. Able to do work while I wait. Make sure guest can find the password for the internet. While I was waiting an older guy, not a current guest came for the free coffee and cookie. So nice of you.

Finance dept was great lots of help and explained options in detailed.Mr Brown came out and introduced himself and chatted with us for awhile, it is not often in this day and age that you have that kind of personalized service, good to see the small town customer orientated mind set still exists.Our sales person was great, lots of help during the sale. Got us the car we wanted and took care of us during the sale. And then took the time to explained how to set the car up after the sale.Thanks to everyone at Harry Browns we will be back for our next vehicle.

We were ask to bring back our car if the issues continued. When we did, we were charged an extra amount and told that the two issues were not related and therefor not covered under warranty. They were the exact same issues and I had proof of the two videos I had sent. This issue has continued for almost 6 months and we feel as though not enough effort is placed on fixing it.

I have purchased three vehicles from Harry Browns. I am always happy with the end result. I didnt need to sit all day and they had everything mostly done by the time I got there. Kiki was amazing and I spent 15 mins signing and the car was mine. Also I have bought twice from Nick and hes the best! The buying experience with Nick is like buying from a friend. Never makes me uncomfortable or feel like I am being taken advantage and he always has treats!!!

Everyone had a positive attitude and were really easy to work with, Mr. Brown even took time to introduce himself and had a nice conversation with my wife and I while we waited for the paperwork to be drawn up. Bob was our salesman. He was great. We called, told him the vehicle we wanted, he got everything taken care of and we were able to pick it up the next day. We live 2 hours north. Kiki in finance was also great to work with. Everyone made the whole experience very easy

I wanted a factory GM remote start and let me tell you or you can look this up for yourself which I would recommend not just any dealer is willing to even try to take this on although it is relatively easy alot of dealerships will either try to get you to go aftermarket or tell you it isnt possible. Now let me be clear this isnt always possible you have to have the correct RPO options that came with your vehicle and Harry Browns recognized this and was willing to take on this task. I had ZERO issues from start to finish they scheduled me in after checking to make sure this was possible and even ordered the parts for me before I ever came in. Help them out and take a picture of your RPO sticker and email them this will help everyone then just drop it off and within a few hours you too will have the awsomeness of Factory remote start with 2 genuine GM keyfobs and your old fobs still may work as backups just without the start option. If you have had this option once you will never not have it again. Thank you Steve Brown and all of your staff for helping where others may have not been willing to even bother.

Very poor customer service by the sales staff. We were in on a busy Saturday, had all our financing in place and ready to purchase vehicle. We were there most of the afternoon and finally purchased the 2021 vehicle. On Monday they called and said they made a big mistake and put the wrong vehicle on the paperwork. They wer sorry but the vehicle I was driving I didnt own. I had 2 options, come in and return the vehicle or come in redo the paperwork and give them another $4000. Did nothing to make the situation right. So very disappointed. I returned the vehicle and went and bought the same vehicle at Wuerflein Chevrolet with awesome customer service and better price.

Took our vehicle in for a Factory recall service appt.Unfortunately a additional issue was identified. Fortunately, Jessica (Service Tech. supervisor) and Ryan (the actual Technician) did a fantastic job explaining what we had going on before proceeding with any work and provided the estimate for the cost. Then when I went back to pickup the vehicle the cost was actually less than the estimate. This rarely happens in our past experiences with other dealerships. Jessica even agreed to help regarding another Recall that had not been taken care of yet properly from GM and said she would take my documentation and reach out to her GM rep.Thank you Harry Browns

My transmission went out 50 miles from home pulling a trailer. Mike made sure my truck got back in Faribault. Right away on Monday, Jessica had the truck diagnosed. She is very thorough. It was time for a new truck. I worked with Bob Ford - great salesman! I left Friday with a new GMC & Bob made sure I knew what every button did in the truck. It was a pleasure to work with him!It is just a great dealership to work with.

Generally service representatives were courteous and helpful. Service and repair was originally determined to take 15hrs. However, the vehicle was dropped at dealership for a warranty repair on Monday and completed and notified about completion at Friday noon.

I stopped in to the service dept looking for some advice on how to test a lift gate module on my vehicle. Their response was they could schedule an appointment for their tech to fix it. I asked if i could just have some advice on how to test the module and was told they do not share that information.Pretty disappointed in the customer service.

I was just ready to leave for an appointment and found my Tahoe had a dead battery. I called the dealership and in 1 1/2hrs. Connor came out to jumpstart my vehicle but to no avail. He loaded my vehicle onto the trailer and took it back to Faribault. Next morning they called and said the battery had been replaced and they would be returning my vehicle shortly. I appreciate their timely service and friendly and courteous service 100%.

I bought a 2021 vehicle over a month ago. I have yet to get the problem resolved from the MANUFACTURING company.. Harry browns has been put in a tough spot as they also are waiting for gm to solve the problem and give instructions on how to repair. I bought to enjoy my new vehicle with 0 issues over a month ago, but have not been able to do that yet..Harry Browns has been helpful in trying to resolve the problem..

Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Brought my truck in for and brake recall gm notified me about. Harry browns told me it didnt pertain to my vehicle. Changed out a sensor and charged me $100 for warranty work. Problem wasnt resolved. Brought it to jeff belzers and they replaced the correct part and charged me nothing as it was all under the recall that harry browns told me didnt pertain to my vehicle. I wouldnt let them pay me to work on my vehicle.
