My family and I were stranded on the side of the road today. Called Glenn’s Towing for assistance. Not only was the person on the phone courteous, but also had my family’s safety in-mind. He sent a large truck for us to ride back in and sent a driver that was awesome. Really appreciated their approach to safety and keeping everybody safe will loading up our truck. Really impressed by their service! Thank you so much!

Literally for generations my family has been going here for any of our car concerns. Whether its a mystery sound, oil change, getting new tires, or towing they have great service and fair reasonable prices. If something happens when Im out of town that I need fixed I call here for their prices first to make sure Im not getting swindled. This is one of those honest places you can trust to take the time to do it right and not just try to upsell you!

My friend had given me a ride to drop off a tire because my car was getting towed. An older man with glasses was the one who took the tire. While we were talking he noticed a bulb fall out of the tail light housing, he then proceeded to pick up the bulb and throw it at my tire in the trunk, shattering it, when I confronted him on it he gave me attitude and it was only when I asked if he was going to clean up the glass he got everywhere that he even apologized, not cool

I have never seen someone tailgate others so closely!! I was honestly afraid for myself for over FIVE MINUTES of being less than a half-car-length behind me (I was stuck behind someone else with nowhere to do). Once I was finally able to get away from him I saw him do it to other vehicles, too! Absolutely appalling, terrifying driving.

Probly shoulda checked the tire b4 I paid. Lucky to make it back to Rochester. Woke up to a flat. Not REAL profesional.

Good service creindly people steve the owner will go out of his way to get me best deal on tires for my silverado. With no gimmicks. Or say you have to get these it just try to sell one certain brand.

Right on....they were there right away the first time...then 2 days later...yup...they came down and got my truck from owatinna back to faribault. I didnt have to wait as my wife was behind me and we just had the driver call us when he got back...settled up...that easy....very friendly...I recommened

They dont stand behind anything. The scratched 2 sets of wheels on both of my trucks and still made me pay full price even after I pointed out the damage to the manager highly recommend NOT going to glenns for anything

Im just gonna say that the whole team is as nice as you can find ANYWHERE!!! They worked with me and saved me literally hundreds of dollars. Just all around good people, and that is a rare find these days!!!

Awful service. They charge hourly and drag their feet to make sure to charge you for as many guys and as long as they can. Prepare to waste your entire day waiting around.

We ran into the ditch on I-35 today. We called Honda roadside Assistance and we were told it would be about an hour. An hour and a half later a local service called and said they would not be able to help us. We should call 911. Luckily, Guy with Glenns Towing saw us in the ditch. He pulled over and got us out with no problems. We are so grateful he stopped! We highly recommend Glenns Towing.

I was broken down on the freeway, having a panic attack and needed a tow and a repair. These guys came quickly. My vehicle was towed and kept overnight so that the necessary repairs could be made. When it was time to pay I was floored by how cheap the tow and repair cost me. These guys are the best and I have their number in case another service is needed! Out of gas near Fairbault on Sunday evening after too long of a roadtrip and 30 minutes from home. USAA insurance was not able to dispatch any help for us. After waiting 2 hours we took matters into our own hands and called Glenns Towing and they were able to help inside of 20 minutes. They were so nice and helpful!!!! Wish we would have called sooner.

Great experience with Glenns Towing and Service! They went above and beyond to help me and my family. While visiting from Denver Colorado our vehicle was involved in a hit and run accident. Glenns was called out to tow and impound the damaged vehicle. We were taken to Glenns Service station to wait for a replacement car. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. It took several hours before the replacement car arrived and although Glenns Service had closed for the day, Don stayed with us until the replacement car arrived and then took us to the impound site so we could get our things from the damaged vehicle. I got a flat tire on my way home to MN from TX. My car was packed to the top and the mechanic changed the tire quickly and gave me advice on if I needed to purchases 2 or 4 more tires. Gleens is dirty and they lie and do the cops dirty work they drove off with my ride claming to be sweats why put your ride in dirty peoples hands save you self some time and money go any where but gleens they are dirty and they do work for the police and do what the cops tell them to they will hold your car and say they dont have it so when you do find out its there it cost you so much more money for each day it sat gleens is the worse plus they do cops dirty work they snoop throw your car and steal why go their its on you if you want to but if getting screwed is your thing then gleens towing rocks.

Called them to see if they could come put air in my tire. I live a half mile away just need air in my tire ti take it down there for them to look at it and fix it. $40.00 WTF.......
