If I could leave 0 stars I would. I got there when they opened. Every staff member was rude. I waited one hour to be seated only to wait more time because they were so unorganized that no one knew who was going to do my nails. Two people worked on one person in the pedicure area while I waited 10 more minutes to finally get service. I picked my color and when LEE came back with the color it didn’t look right. He began on one finger and I said that it still didn’t look right, but I liked the color however it wasn’t the color on the nail stick I chose. He said that the color would change and kept going. After all 5 fingers are done I said that it didn’t look right and to go back and look at the stick to make sure. He came back and was angry that it in FACT didn’t look the same and I asked him to take it all off. He began to get angry and say that I should’ve said something before (WHICH I DID) and I told him that. After he soaked my nails he refused my service and told me to leave. Very unprofessional. It’s not my fault their colors aren’t updated on their nail sticks. So be aware of that and be aware of the rude staff as well. I’ll be going back to my usual place!!

Would give 0 if I could, always late opening and have inexperienced people doing pedicures. Hate that they dont have enough guts to say anything in English when you complain

Got a pedicure. The lady NEVER even rubbed my foot for even ONE SECOND. Was a rush job and then poked me with her LONG POINTY NAILS when trying to put the foam piece in to paint them. Will never go back here. Dont waste your $ or time!!!!!!

As always Lee is phenomenal!!! Ive trusted him with doing my nails since I moved to this area and I am never disappointed

Very clean, extremely professional and polite

I asked for a manicure and pedicure, they placed me in a pedicure chair, the lady started my pedicure then the older gentleman came over with a bowl of water and had me place it in my lap and put my hands in the water, then he brought the gel dryer, and a few magazines, took the water, placed the magazines in my lap and then the dryer on top of the magazine, he then proceeded to work on my nails while hoovering over me. He would put my polished nails in the dryer and have me hold the dryer still with my forearm. Fastest most unprofessional service i have ever had. Last time for Today Nail Spa!

My pedicure was great but my nails were terrible price for my full set was decent only $30. Acrylic set was horrible had crooked nails messed up the shape and 3 hours later my fingers were sore and swollen.

I love the powder dip manicure that I’ve gotten every single time!! Lasts 3 weeks easily!!!However, don’t waste your time on a pedicure by the time I got home, my heels felt rough, already. of course in the store after soaking in warm water they felt great but the whole process beginning. This nail salon salon never disappoints. The job they do is so thorough and if you have a problem they will do everything they can to fix. Very clean and courteous.

I’ve been going here for about 2 years now. It’s been pretty good service, they could be rude at times but otherwise it was nice. I went a few days ago, and my total was $63. I gave the wife $30 in cash and said pay the rest with my card. I later realized that she charged my card $63 and pocketed the $30. In conclusion don’t come here, the service has gone down hill and they change the price in the middle of the service.

My pedicure was decent. The problem is cleanliness, they seriously use a power foot sander to smooth the rough edges, thankfully the girl next to me got it too, seems standard. The issue is the sander wasn’t cleaned and was used on others before me and I assume others after me. Manicure, same issue only this one was smaller, reminded me of a drimel tool, not clean. Plus my top coat has raised spots like it had glitter or something in it. Maybe it’s flecks of nail?? She sanded a perfectly healthy nail, for nail polish, I don’t do fake nails. I have healthy long nails, now they are damaged until they grow out.

The pedicure was rushed, and done poorly.The man seemed like he didnt want to deal with me, didnt understand me well and his communication skills consisted of grunts, pushes and pulling on my feet. I left with crooked toenails, feet still VERY dry and sugar scrub still stuck to the back of my leg

Claudie does a fantastic job! She’s patient and makes sure my nails are perfect! She also makes my eyebrows look awesome. There is one staff member, a woman, who is always rude. That’s the reason for not giving 5 stars. Also the facility is not five star quality.

Do NOT go here. I quit going here 5 years ago and started doing my own nails, because after 6 years of going there, their customer service declined tremendously. I went back in for an acrylic overlay 2 days ago because Im going on vacation and they DESTROYED my cuticles (see photos). Literally, they were BLEEDING. I washed my hands and they still bled. There was blood on the acrylic when the technician painted my nails. I told him they were bleeding and he didnt even acknowledge it. Its currently 2 days later and I could barely take a shower because my cuticles stung from contact with soap. If they get infected, Ill know exactly where it came from. I even filed them the way I wanted them before I went in there and they didnt follow my file line. I asked for the almond shaped nails and my nails are uneven and jagged. I also went in on Mothers Day with my daughter and just had mine painted... The paint lasted 2 days. When I paint my own nails, they last a week. I couldve done a better job myself and Im not even certified. From now on, I will. Its disappointing that I have to leave to go on vacation with my nails looking a mess and my hands hurting.

I went here for over 3 years and usually an appointment with Lee unless I was in the area and just dropped in. I noticed on several occasions they would tell Black women “come back” “come tomorrow” but gladly welcome Caucasian customers. The wife has the nastiest attitude I’ve ever witnessed, I would never patronize their business again. They take customers for granted LADIES TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE

I have been getting my nails done here for over 7 years. Lee and Brit are the best!! The quality of service you get is always above and beyond!!! There isnt a bad nail tech. Be sure to tell them exactly what you want and if you arent happy with something, just let them know!!

The only place i let do my nails and eyebrows

I came to Today Nail Spa just need a quick manicure. Was seated right away. As I waited to get my service, they was a side conversation between what appeared to be the manager and a client discussing a previous service at their place that ended up in an injury and a trip to doctor. The customer was demanding being reimbursed for the prior service, due to the fact the service had not been completed and she had to leave for the doctor, it was uncomfortable to hear this knowing I was about to get my manicure. The technician came over and reach in the drawer and grabbed a set of clippers and nippers, I usually see these being removed from a plastic bag showing that they are fresh from sterilization, but not today. I glanced at the tools and they appeared to be clean. But I have know way of knowing for sure. After soaking my nails for a few minute the tech cut my cuticals and trimmed my nails. Next was almost a 60 seconds per hand......hand massage. After I washed my hands he asked me if I wanted to buff or put clear on my nails, I stated buff, but the tech stated they didnt have anything to make them shine. I stated again I wanted them buffed, Miraculously a new buffer appeared, but now he stated it would be $5 in addition to the already $16 service. I declined for additional services, paid the shop, tipped the tech, which I probably shouldnt of, and left. Yeah they got me once, but never again. Definitely not worth the 10 minutes I was there.

Checker at Dierbergs had nails that caught my eye and said Lee at this location did them. Stopped in after work and Lee was available, and he has a bit of a following as 3 ladies came in after me and were willing to wait. He knocked out a full set including gel polish in about 20 minutes. They look great!

This is the only place I like for waxing my eyebrows. Theyre always done properly and just the way I like them.

Excellent Quality and Amazing price Best pedicures I have ever found and cheapest too! They have a special tool that they use to really smooth the heels. Highly recommend. Only down side is that they dont have a whole lot of color choices for the gel manicures.

Terrible service. Technicians were rude, have limited colors/designs, and unable to do simple nail art. The only thing they have going for them in my opinion is the location. Im not coming back and I dont recommend this place.

This place is horrible ! I always hated it cause there rude af! But today I decided to go and I wanted box shape nails and the man didnt do em right , so I asked nicely could he shape them down because it wasnt right. The man said well Ill still have to pay 40 dollars because he would have to do a lot of work . And then he said I could go somewhere else and I didnt do anything to the man . He told my mom that she was welcome there but I couldnt come back . There rude af I dont think anyone should come here anymore !!!!

I have gone to this salon many times over the years... And always had good service. They wasted wax on my new sandals that were only $15. I was getting a service of a deluxe mani & pedi. They did try to get the wax out but the damage was done. I only wanted them to take the price of the sandals off the total which was over $50. But instead they kicked us out and was told to not come back, as if! Very rude...

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! When I complained about my nails being completely wrong the owner told me that it was my problem. I said I didnt want the lady to fix my nails and he said shes responsible for them and she can fix them. $21 wasted on my end. If I could I would leave them with 0 stars. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

I dont know why this place has such a low rating, compared to other nail shops in the area, they get you in fast and my nails are always on fleek. Not to mention, B will get your eyebrows right. Its not a 5 star facilty but the service, price, and craftsmanship are untouchable! And its sanitary. I got the best dipped nails here and Ive tried three other salons, one in Ofallon, Il and two in St. Louis for dip. I dont come here as often anymore because I moved across town but best believe when im on this side, Im going to Today Nails.

Accidentally pulled nail off to find I have a nail fungus. Only go to this place so I wont be going back. It could have gotten really bad had the nail not come off when it did

HORRIBLE ...got may nails done on Friday by Sunday 3 of my nails had already broke. When I went in to complain and get them fixed....they wouldnt discount or redo my nails without having me pay full price.
