First time here and I absolutely loved it! Tina did a great job on my nails. Almost identical to the picture I showed her. Will be coming back!

First of all, we waited almost 20 minutes to be seen. My girlfriend has a usual waiting time, in other places, of around 5 minutes. We thought little of it and after the 20 minutes, she was seated. She already had a photo and idea of what she wanted, showed the nail tech the photo almost 7 times, and they still got it wrong. She had asked for acrylic french tip and got clear nails. The nail tech had reassured my girlfriend that they would look like the photo in the end, however, this was false. Will not be giving any names but this was very bad service. (1st photo is what she asked for, 2nd is what she got)

I have been in the area for a while now and Ive been to at least 6 different salons.. im never leaving this place I love the whole vibe. Eric is my nail tech she is very friendly and personable... I love how she takes her time with me and most of the time I do not have to tell her what I need or want...

They were so nice, and the lady who did my nails was amazing. This is the best nail experience I have ever had. She talked to me a lot and was very friendly. I will come back here forever now.

I’ve been getting services at this salon for over 12 years. These ladies ALWAYS take good care of me! My nails & toes always look great when I’m finished. They are pleasant & professional, & the shop is always clean. My nail tech, Erika is very meticulous & I love that because I am too. She’s so sweet & kind. Also Kathy, Michelle, Tina, or Lisa, u can’t go wrong with any of them.

Lisa , my nail tech takes special care to provide excellent attention to my needs. The owner is very caring and professional! I love the pedicure chairs, as they are very comfortable as well as the manicure chairs. I’ve been choosing to go there for several years, as I love it. I had a dip manicure and my granddaughter had acrylic and gel. A lot of colors to choose from, staff is pleasant, overall a very good experience. Both my granddaughter and I enjoyed our manicures.

This place is absolutely amazing! It is chill and relaxing. Everyone here is so professional and quick. She took her time to make my nails perfect. Excellent service! I cant say I have one favorite because I have never had a bad experience! Been going for almost a year now! Im so glad I found this place. I travel approximately 35 min to get there over several other reputable nail salons. Very laid back but always professional atmosphere.

Tina did a wonderful job. My toes look amazing. I found a good pedicure design on line and she was able to make it look even better. This is the best nail salon I have been to! Tina and Lisa are both great! They have a large selection of dip polish. My nails have always looked amazing and my hands have felt wonderful after a visit. Tina is always very gentle and even with dip polish my nails were extremely smooth.

I am in town with my husband for a conference and needed to get my nails done. I walked in and they were great. I got taken care of right away and did a pretty great job. Don’t be afraid to try you won’t be disappointed.

Very sweet lady waxed my brows & exceeded my expectations. Very fast. Left kind of a mess but Im sure less than what I would make if I tried to do it myself so I wont hold it against her. Ill be back. Wanted to do a pedicure but was in a rush.

Came in for a pedicure after the place down the street was booked and had a wait. Got right in, they seemed friendly enough! And Im not usually too picky.Got the same pedicure type my friend did (the #2)... I was done in 15 minutes... It was apparent the other lady was doing more for her. I truly feel like i could have painted nails at home. This is like probably the worst pedicure experience Ive ever had... still tipped- will never return. Dont waste your money.

I visited this nail spa on Saturday July 20th. They were not busy at all so I got in right away. The nail tech/male was not friendly at all. Very few words appeared to be angry. He had me sit at the ultra light table but I hadn’t selected gel nail polish. I sat there 15 minutes he didn’t come say I could leave or anything. There were 2 female techs that came to sit upfront both on heir cell phones. I finally asked the one at the table with me was I done. She asked the other tech. The tech told me that she wasn’t going to ask the male because he was mean and neither was the other one. I went to ask and he said yes. I left to meet my husband. Once I got outside my nails and toes looked like a child polished them. Last visit there. Nice place appears clean but not good customer service.

This place is horrible when it comes to acknowledging people who walked into their store. Nobody says anything and the look of people give you tells you they dont value business or money. Do not go here.

I was going here for years and the service level is horrible now. Management has decided to be negative toward black customers. Treatment for Whites seems to be very friendly and African Americans services in the salon to be negative, the owner is blatantly racist. The quality of work is not professional and it is a shame that having new management made this place a pitiful experience....

Giving one star is being generous. Went in for a full and a pedicure. Got gel polish, and my pedicure was $42. Then she said sea salt? I complied, and that added an extra $5. Pedicure was horrible, at best. Lasted maybe 12 minutes, and I couldnt believe I was paying $47 for it!! Then she pointed to her chair and instructed me to bring my things over and sit down so she could do my nails. While walking over I said, does that $47 not include lotion? She replied that she uses cooking gel instead. Wouldnt you think for almost $50 your pedicure would at least include a message!?!? I have two kids...thats what I go for in the first place, to relax and be pampered!!! Absolutely revolting experience. Not to mention, while she was doing my nails I asked her to cut them down, and she was going so fast that she cut two of my nails into my skin and made me bleed. Then acted like she was doing me a favor by not charging me to replace the two nails she chopped off. WILL NEVER RETURN, and you shouldnt either!

Standard pedicure: $27Stand pedicure with gel polish: $42That’s $15 extra for gel...that’s ridiculous. I get my nails done all the time & I’ve never had a place charge more than $10 ectra for gel.So I start getting my toes done. I already have gel on my toes from my previous pedicure..she tells me it’s an extra $5 to take the previous gel off my toes.This place is SOOO overpriced. Save a little money & go down the street to AQ nails. It’s WAY nicer & a little cheaper.Never coming back here :)

I went in and had to wait which was no problem because I was within an hour of closing time and they were busy. They were nice enough to do my pedicure and manicure. Although, the lady who did my nails wouldn’t stop asking me if I wanted gel nails. I would turn them down every. Single. Time. And she still asked me. She asked me 5 times after saying they were better. I get it, but I didn’t want them. Then, after my pedi I went to get a mani and she kept asking the same thing. She wouldn’t let me leave without getting gel nails. I told her I couldn’t have them only for a week because of my work but she wouldn’t back down. I just wanted to get something nice and cheap. I won’t go here again because of that lady bullying me into spending more money. She was nice, but that doesn’t make up for the fact that she only cared about me spending more money. I got to the point where I almost walked out. I definitely should have.

Walked in - they were very busy, but helped me immediately. Friendly, shop clean, excellent basic services, reasonably priced. Cathy corrected the mess of cuticles & nails I had from the last salon I tried in Fairview!

WORST PLACE EVER!!! If I could give one star I would. Walked in and they were RUDE. One woman took my nail polish off and acted like she was getting ready to do my nails and then walked away and starting working on someone else while I was picking my color. No one even bothered to tell me that I had to wait 30 min before they had me take a seat. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your money on this joke of a salon.

This nail salon sucks and is over priced. they charge 27 dollars for a fill and 30 if you want your nails cut down. The employees are rude and there are always nail technicians sitting around watching shows on their iPads. Very unprofessional and rude. Save your time and money.

HORRIBLE PLACE !!!!I CAME FROM LAS VEGAS AND SHOULD OF CHECKED THE REVIEWS THEY DIDNT CLEAN MY FEET GOOD IT LOOKED LIKE A 4 YEAR OLD PAINTED MY TOES AND MY NIECE GOT A FULL SET AND THEY WERE NO WHERE LONG AND SHE CHARGED ME 30$$$ SAYING THEY WERE TO LONG...SHE SNATCHED MY CARD OUT MY HAND TO MAKE SURE THEY OVER CHARGE ME I WAS UPSET AND TO RE PAY SOMEONE TO GET MY NAILS AND FEET DONE THE RIGHT DOOOOOOOOOO NOT GO HERE THERE HORRIBLE!

Horrible Experience !!!!!! Waited 30 mins before anyone acknowledged me. When the lady finally did I asked for a pedicure and a fill with Shellac Color Change polish. Was then told to wait another 30 mins. When i finallt got serviced the lady doing my nails was roughly taking off my old polish on my toenails.

By far the worst salon experience I have ever had. I paid 10 extra dollars for lotion.

I am embarrassed to admit how much money I paid for a brand new gel set nails that ended up looking like the old set. Then, I had to go back a couple of times for chips on the new set. Please go somewhere else.
