The first time I had these done it wasn’t really what I had in mind. However, going back and taking a picture with me helped! Absolutely loved them after that 😉

Let me start off by saying I love Eden and she does an amazing job. However after coming to my appointment today at 4, I was informed Eden was not there. I drove 30 min away and was not notified that the person I scheduled with was not in. The owner was going to step in which is fine, however that’s not who I wanted to do my lashes nor who I scheduled my appointment with. The owner stated it was just their policy not to notify clients when the person they scheduled with is not in that day. Worst experience here by far. Not to mention the girl at the front desk nor the owner showed any kind of sympathy or was even apologetic. If it weren’t for Edens amazing skills, I would not be returning here.

The staff was really nice but I don’t see much of a difference on my lashes after my lash lift, I don’t have very long lashes but I expected there to be more of a difference in the length and curl but they don’t look very different from my natural lashes.

I love the salons atmosphere. It makes me feel like Im in a fantasy world of flowers and sunshine. Everyone here is super professional and friendly, the bed/table is super comfortable and I love the restrooms! Thanks Lash Loft!Also, mad props to Eden Kresko. She is so professional and efficient. The Lash Loft was awesome. The decor was beautiful. Candles, music playing and very relaxing space to be in. The lovely ladies here are very professional and they know their craft. I had the microblading done by Therapist Leviya Graham. She was amazing! She made feel welcomed and relaxed my whole timebI was there. So if you are looking to have microblading, lashes lifted, etc I highly recommend Leviya Graham and the ladies at the Lash Loft for your personal needs...Great job ladies!!!

I have been a client at the Lash Loft for years. They do an amazing job with my eyelashes and they offer a wide variety of services. I live in Illinois and Ive been traveling to Missouri for years in order to get my lashes done because its absolutely worth it. My first time to Lash Loft was today,,,have never written a review before but had to because they ROCK it! The facility is very average but the customer service and personal services were outstanding. From the moment I walked in the door to being greeted by Kelly I had an A1 experience. I am visiting on business but will definitely make a trip back to see these gals. Keep up the great work!

This review is for waxing only (I havent had lashes done here) I went for a Brazilian wax and although the technician was nice, she WAS NOT qualified to do a Brazilian in my opinion. Ive had this type of waxing done for 10 years and this was the all time worse. She kept going over the same area several times because she couldnt get the hairs to come out correctly, she didnt remove hair from the backside which is part of the process, and at the end of 45 minutes I was left patchy at best. If they dont have technicians who have been trained in Brazilian, they should take it off their menu of services.

Ive been going to them faithfully for my lash extensions over the past year. The BOLD MINK LASHES are my fav! Patrice has been my lash specialist from day one. She has always made sure I am comfortable and pleased with her work. My lashes look soo natural on me and I always get tons of compliments. Everyone here is very professional, which is a big deal for me. One added plus is that they have different lash specials every month.

I’m here in St. Louis on a travel assignment and HAD to get my lashes done. I called lash brook at 1745 and they were able to fit me in for an 1830 appointment,This place normally closes at 1900. My stylist Sashane was super professional, she has a really cool, chill vibe about her. She took her time with my lashes, and checked on me thru the process to make sure I was comfortable. My lashes look Amazing. I will be going back to see Sashane for my lash needs for the reminder of my time in St. Louis. Thanks girl!!.

Ive been going to the Last Loft for about 2 years now and have always had a great experience. When I first went 2 years ago, i paid over $200 for the initial lash extension set, but Ive been getting them refilled every 2 weeks since then and im very satisfied. Its an addiction but worth it! The ladies are very nice and professional and the courtesy calls to remind you about your appt are a life saver! Theyve definitely gained a lifetime customer in me.

I came in after a lot of research regarding microblading. Natalie was wonderful, patient, and helped explain everything. She is also a perfectionist and took her time to ensure that I would love it (which I do) and she was happy with it too 😊. Id definitely recommend visiting these ladies for brows.

TERRIBLE!! I used a Groupon for Lash Extensions + 1 refill. When I went back for the refill I told the girl that I had a Groupon that took care of the payment. I received a voice mail stating that my Groupon was only good for the one set of lash extensions (even though it clearly states that it included 1 refill). They took it upon themselves to make a $50 unauthorized charge on my debit card w/o telling me. I will be contacting the Attorney General. BTW -- lashes only lasted 1 week :(

Ive been getting my lashes done here for the past year and have never had a negative experience with Nataile! She is absolutely amazing at what she does.

I give my full, 100% stamp of approval and recommendation to this place.Bought a voucher off Groupon for Lashes. Booked my appointment well in advance (they were super nice on the phone). Arrived a few minutes early, was guided to the bathroom to make sure I removed all my makeup even better so my eyes were literally super clean. Once that was done, I had a consultation with my eyelash technician and another woman, who talked to me about the basics: whats your everyday makeup look, how many coats of mascara, do you curl your eyelashes, do you wear eyeliner, etc. I am a girl who wears full make-up most of the time, and rarely leave the house without my lashes curled with 2 coats of mascara.. so they set me up with a thick, long lash trio (10,11,12).I was then lead into the spa room- super quiet, very clean, bright, calming, smelled good, music wafting... I laid down on a bed/table thing, she covered me a little with a white blanket and had me rest my head and close my eyes. she put a cooling, squishy pad under both eyes, then there was some taping around the eyes.. and then she started doing the lashes (I guess??? I couldnt feel anything, lol). Within minutes, I fell asleep and was out for pretty much the entire time (about an hour). Such a relaxing experience!She gently removed the tape and cooling pad from my face, then helped me sit up. Showed me the lashes in the mirror and VOILA! Literally... amazing. So so so nice.Once I had gathered my things, I walked to the front desk where I was given a care tips, an eyelash brush, and some recommendation cards for friends (which Ive since already given away).The after: I had these lashes for my birthday as well as a wedding. For me, they lasted 4 weeks (after 3 weeks, they got a little too spaced out/random so I just slowly but surely picked or rubbed them off, lol) and no, they didnt rip my eyelashes out or break my eyelashes or anything. Now I have to make another appointment.I will definitely be going back here! Such an amazing experience!!!

So I recently visited the salon and spa, and may I say I loved every second I had in the salon.To begin with, when I made my app, I think her name was Meshon, was very polite and gave me all the information I needed along with little suggestions on what services I should receive. So the day before my appointment, I got a call reminding me, which came in handy because I completely forgot. My services were: Sig. Gel Mani/pedi, Wax, Massage and make up. Boy did I get my moneys worth. I got a little lost arriving but they worked really well with me on directions. I was greeted with water, tea, wine or coffee. They had a lovely bar full of beverges and the were really nice not to mention the services. I will definitely be back.

Great customer service but I had to go to another esthetician to get what I paid for. Ill just have to continue to drive to Hazelwood to get the quality Im looking for.

I found this salon through Groupon and went there for a Brazilian wax. It was the worst waxing experience Ive ever had. Courtney waxed, waxed and waxed again for more than half an hour and I still had hair when I finally told her she had to stop because my skin was too irritated. But on top of that, I was burned and bleeding when I left. 24 hours later Im still burned and clothing touching me is painful. I bought a Groupon for 3 sessions, but will never go back there again.

Im sad to even give this place 1 star. Went there for brow consultation. Paid the $50 up front over the phone. The esthetician came out to the (very unkept) waiting room, I thought she was calling me back to the spa procedure room, but to my surprise she says, the rooms are all busy. We will just sit here in the waiting room (with everyone around listening) and discuss what youd like done. Okay, VERY weird. VERY unprofessional. VERY uneducatational. VERY uncomfortable. It was a complete waste of my time and money, Im embarrassed for this place. The consultation consisted of, the employee writing on the back of a piece of scrap paper, web-sites that I should look at when I get home...seriously, I did this prior to. The staff was unkept AND I thought it was odd that all of them had unkept eyebrows as well. The employee that talked to me for the 10 minutes had a piercing in her cheek that had dried blood around it and dirty nails. I called The Lash Loft to cancel my follow up appointment, the receptionist that answered my call (she was extremely nice) asked me if you dont mind me asking, why are you cancelling. I really had planned on just cancelling and not mentioning my complete disappointment. I told her, I was really exited to get microblading, as Ive wanted this for years. I decided to give it a try when The Lash Loft was running a special. I went on to tell her my disappointment and told her the $50 was a complete waist of money. I left there with no intentions of ever going back, due to the unprofessionalism, lack of patient confidentially and dirty surroundings. She WAS extremely apologetic and couldnt be nicer. She assured me that the owner would be in contact with me...that was a week ago...Ill just leave this here and hope The Lash Loft well.Ps, no one ever called.

I can not rate the actual services but I do not recommend going to this salon especially if you plan to use groupon or Want to have a spa party. I am trying to coordinate a bachelorette outing and I called to ask if they could accommodate 8 girls on a Saturday. The receptionist said yes and I also told her we found them on groupon and asked if we could all use the groupon deals for massage and mani/pedi and she said yes. So I got ahold of all 8 girls and called back. The same receptionist said we would have to put half the money down to book the appointment and I said as you recall we are paying through groupon. She said ok and asked all the girls names and what services they wanted done. Then she asked to out me on hold. After returning to the phone she said they could not provide massage and mani/pedi for all girls. I had already called to verify this earlier. Then she said they only had one massage therapist. I dont see how that would have worked for 8 girls in the first place. I do not recommend planning a group outing even though they supposedly offer group packages because they obviously dont have the staff to accommodate!

Approximately 1 year I purchased a groupon for the last loft and scheduled my appointment for dec. 2013. They cancelled my appointment due to weather. After trying to reschedule they couldnt get me in until March. They cancelled my appointment a day or 2 in advanced due to a water main break. After trying to reschedule they couldnt get me in until June. The day of my appointment they called and cancelled due to the salon being relocated. After trying to reschedule once again they couldnt get me in until Oct. They never returned my phone call but posted on facebook that all Oct. appointments would be cancelled again due to the relocation of the salon. I expressed my opinions about their lack of customer service on social media but they deleted my complaint from their page so no one else could see it. They expect Groupon to refund my expired certificate from over a year ago that they continued to say would be accepted by their salon but I am fed up and dont want to attempt to return for the services. The other issues is that even after I bought my groupon last year they continue to offer this discounted service several times through groupon making me wonder how many people have been in this same situation.
