Speaking up is a must with any manicure place. Also depends on who is doing your nails the one lady that looks like a whit woman is to never! Do my pedicure again.

First time at this nail salon and it was a good experience. I popped in on a Friday around 10:45am for a mani/pedi and was immediately serviced. My nail tech realized it was my 1st time and gave me such a warm welcome.I enjoyed our conversation and she did a really good job overall. I appreciated how she corrected smudges and such while making sure I was comfortable and pleased.Ill definitely be a return customer whenever Im in the Fairview Heights area!

Not impressed, very disappointed. They put nothing in the water for the pedicure, barely touched the cuticles, scrubbed in one spot on my feet and was sloppy. Same for the gel polish change on my hands, very sloppy with the polish and filed my nails all different and crooked. I’m in town on business but still wanted to leave a review because I was very disappointed and would never go back

Went to get a polish changed and my husband got a pedicure they over charged us because he was a male the service was not professional the man that did my nails stayed on the phone .I told him my nail polish was to dark and I wanted a change he didnt do it . They charged us 42$ then laugh at us. Will never return here again.

They take they time and treat you respectfully!! S

If they not packed you get prompt service. Ive been going here for well over 15 years.

The man there was really rough I asked politely several times for him to be gentle. I felt like I was doing surgery on my hands and my nails didnt turn out that great but the ladies there did a really great job on myself my cousin and sisters toes. Overall this used to be one of my favorite places but, it made me sad because, its been two years since Ive had anything done to my nails for this same reason.

Traveled all the way from STL to Fairview Heights to get a full set and pedi from Mimi only to find out when my pedi was done by another person she says she cannot do anymore nails to to her hands hurting. Now mind you I just saw her do a pedi and two full sets. If your tired that’s one thing but being rude as fucc when my appointment was booked with you, your totally out of line. Will not be returning, poor service

Dont know the lasted in nail artistry. Diamonds fall off your nails a day later. They dont know how to shape them right but they are nice so I go sometimes for basic nails. They dont do the Cardi B stuff.

First time here and it was a wonderful experience! The tech working on me did a fantastic job of filing my nails and removing the cuticles. Didnt get cut once! She also listen to all my requests without a single problem. Fulfill everything with great detail!

My nails were the worst to get off and looked like duck bills. They were chipped before i even left. I asked for square and i had to buy nail files to file them down and clip them so they wouldn’t look chunky. My moms nails weren’t that bad, could have looked better, but definitely don’t recommend

Good pedicure, but poor quality nail dip. My wife had her nails done here a week ago. Her nails chipped following the day. She had to go back to get it fixed the next day. Needless to say all of her nails were chipped within a few days. Her friend had a gel polish and didnt have any issues in the first week. The salon also needs some updating.

We went yesterday and everyone was really nice! We got pedicures and pedicures. All the workers were really gentle and did good to! They also worked well with my little sister. Over all they did a fantastic job and deserve more credit!

My friends and I went here to get her nails done. I didn’t know what you called it but she keep saying how much she like her nails. The service was a little slow because shortage of employees but overall the quality to the product was good.

This place has really gone down hill in the last couple of years. I like when the guy is there cuz he tries to keep things moving along. When he isnt the girls seem to be rude, not speak when u come in, sometimes no sign in sheet and they take their sweet time.

I paid $78 for the worst gel manicure and pedicure that I have ever received. My nails are uneven in both length and shape, and 8 out of my 10 fingernails have some sort of flaw on them (whether it be a circle from an air bubble of some sort, discoloration, etc) The woman that did my pedicure was also very rude to me. I will not be going back.

This place was HORRIBLE!! It is neither beautiful or spa-like. The salon is messy and unattractive. It is not a place that I could relax in at all. The ladies who worked there appeared very lethargic and very unwelcoming; in fact, one of the ladies was mean to a young girl whose gel manicure got smudged before she left. When her mother brought it to the manicurists attention, you would have thought she asked her to redo her little girls entire manicure. Then the manicurist complained about it to me and then spoke under her breath to the other manicurists in the shop (in her native tongue). I was disgusted with this attitude. I was just getting old gel removed and my nails cut down, everything but a polish. It was the absolute worst in my life and I have been getting manicures for many many years (I am 64). I asked to have my nails square and she filed each one unevenly and she didnt even work on my cuticles. She took less than 10 minutes on my nails and was very careless; they look and feel terrible. I will NEVER go here again and I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of this place. I have never ever written a bad review for anyone or anyplace because the people have usually been so kind and welcoming. Oh, and the potholes and craters in the parking lot are unacceptable.

Absolutely love the service provided by Kim and MiMi. They are our favorites. My daughters and I see them on a regular. I only do natural mani/pedi, but one of daughters does the gel nails. The shop is nice and clean.

I’d put a no star if I could. Absolutely the WORST service/experience I’ve ever had. When my friend and I got there they sat us right down but completely vanished for 10 minutes. When the lady came back she put nails on one hand then left and waited on someone else. Came back then said “wait one more minute” then got on her phone and was texting!! Finally she started doing my nails. When she cut them she didn’t even ask if the length was ok she just kept cutting and they’re SO short. Then when it came to shaping them she didn’t even ask what shape id like. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone.

This place really takes the time and effort in getting you right. Ive been to other shops for my pedicure and it was like they rushed and didnt care. But this place takes the pedicure to a whole new level.

I love coming to Beautiful Nail & Spa! I just moved here in November and randomly found this place when my regular place was closed. They did an amazing job and still do every time!

My pedicure was subpar, and that is being generous. He rushed through it fast and didnt do a good job. I went in on Saturday and it is only Wednesday and my color is already chipping. Also when he painted my nails he didnt do it very good because the nail color wasnt evenly painted and I could see some of my nail in a lot of spots. I got a manicure as well but I took the paint off when I got home because it wasnt put on well and you could see my nails through the paint as well.

Poor service barely a pedicure nails filed uneven. Mancure even worse, used rough file and piece of my nails ripped up. Left dead skin around nails. Asked for French on toes and she complained my nails were to short, after she cut them. Very rude and talked about me in another language, unfortunately for them I understood every word! Beware smiling to your face while calling you names and sloppy work. Yes theyre cheap, but you get what you pay for. Read their guarantee on the wall, polish warranty is 2 days... clearly they do not believe in the products they carry. Never again, if I could post negative stars I would.

They do a really good job and youll leave with an excellent mani/pedi. Dont expect politeness though as they are rude.

The guy was hurting my cuticles on purpose!!! Nail techs are rude and nasty not changing gloves between handling money and pedicures. They over charge for awful results. Dont let the decorations fool you!

I went to Beautiful Nails last evening for a French Manicure - my polish started bubbling and cracking shortly after I left. I would not recommend.

Unfriendly technicians, observed technician putting my used acetone back into the jug using a filter, gnats flying around, reused flip flops, technician was not helpful picking out color and talked about customers in front of them. I went because their prices are cheaper than others around and now I know why. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Really wanted to like this place, but I got my nails filled yesterday and just the day after i was opening a package and one completely popped off. The prices are good and the workers are nice but wouldn’t recommend.

Ladies did a great job on my cousins eye lashes and eye brows.

Let me start off by saying the staff was very nice. Ok now for my negative review, I had a full set done with gel nail polish. The nails are really thick, I didnt get the shape that I asked for, and the gel polish is all over my fingers. I chose this place because of the reviews but never again will I go back. Im pissed because I spend $35 and my nails look horrible.

Had dip done! 3 days after I had my nails done I noticed my nail was changing colors. Come to find out I got a fungus. I walked in feeling a little uneasy, decided togave them the benefit of the doubt. The place was dirty, utensils were not cleaned, did not remove all the previous dip. Lesson learned trust your instincts

This place is TERRIBLE. My mom and I went there to get our nails done for my birthday. The service/ customer service was awful got treated very poorly. We both showed the ladies what we wanted and got nothing of what we asked for. I will never go there again. My toes look like a child did them.

They’re always very slow with their work, takes you about an hour and a half to even get your service and there is a woman who stops work and refuses customers to sit on her phone and claim “I am tired and I can’t work”. Horrible place

The people who work there are very nice, but afterwards I noticed some of my nails were botched. I received a gel manicure and there was gel on my finger and I had to clip it off with a nail clipper.
