First time here and the best French tips I’ve ever had! A guy did them, he did a perfect job!

The new manager Kim was very professional, friendly to customers in person and on the phone. All of the staff were friendly and very professional as well. The shop is really nice and clean and I love that they are following all guidelines during this pandemic. Kim did an exceptional job on with my pedicure and nail dip. I wanted ombre on my nails and Kim did it flawlessly! I love it! I am recommending her to all of my friends and family!

My mother and I went here to get our nails done for my wedding. I am IN LOVE with the nails Im gonna strut down the aisle with, they were friendly, welcoming and the place has such a relaxing atmosphere. If I was from here.. and not Kansas, Id go back here everytime. My mother said shed go back as well.Definitely worth the visit ❤️❤️❤️

The new manager Kim of this shop(as of August 20th 2021 was very professional, nice informative and attentive to all the customers walk ins and on the phone. The shop was very clean and all the nail technicians were very professional. I already recommended this shop to all my friends and family and I gave out their business cards 💯👍🏾😊‼️

Made an appointment still had to wait 30 minutes. Couldnt do simple ombre nail style I wanted. Price was more than quoted on phone. Took 2 hours for a full set. All said and done I have nothing good to say except that the shop is cute and it was clean as far as I could see.

Kim did a great job on my nails and anna did a great job on my pedi i will definitely be back they have a great selection on colors to choose from

Love the precautions to keep us all safe during the pandemic here. The lady who did my nails today was very nice and did a great job. I got gel polish and design on 4 nails (as requested) and it was $50. Not bad at all for a full set...Second trip for a fill ($35 with gel & minor design) and I am still impressed with this salon from my experiences. Also, added plus the salon does NOT stink like the classic nail salon chemical smell so my husband will go with come with me again lol Happy to say for the first time since I moved to IL from KC I found my new go to nail artist with Paul at Tip Top Nails💅🙌🙌

Used to go to the salon whenever it was in the Saint Clair mall and I have not been this happy with my nails before in my life since I was a kid and I am absolutely in love with my nails

Very nice people! My manicure and pedicure are very nice. Very reasonably priced and they always have their friendly puppy at the door.

I got my nails and feet done. I called and made an appointment with Mary ahead of time because I looked thru previous reviews and seen that she was the most recommended of the people that are still working there. She messed up on 2 of my nails and left it. There was a lot of glue around my fingers that I just sat and pulled off while getting my feet done. And then she started the process for my feet and then told me someone else was going to do. Tho I set my appointment with her. I’m glad he did my feet because he was meticulous and did very well. He even fixed my nails for me because some needed reshaping and cleaning up. He was really good.

The young man there was very sweet and made me feel welcome they are also very clean and neat they have you wash your hands and take your temp to ensure safety it was very pleasant, clean and peaceful. The staff was kind the older guy at the front desk is a sweet heart.

Was very rude. Gave our appointment out to walk ins and told us we should of been there sooner when we were 10min early

Newest visit.....new place is great. Lee was wonderful. Took his time and paid attention to details!First visit......I had nails from hell done at another salon. Tip Top did a wonderful job of fixing them and didnt charge a fortune to do it. The gentleman that did my nails took his time and was wonderful. They made sure I was happy with all they did. MY NEW NAIL SALON!

Got a full gel set and pedicure for well under $100. Beautiful salon, staff is super friendly and got me in right away as a first time walk in. Jo is dedicated and takes her time to make everything perfect. So happy!!!

Walked in this evening for a set of acrylics and got sat immediately! The gentleman who did my nails was efficient and incredibly kind, and I was in and out in under 40 minutes. I loved how bright and clean the salon was, and will definitely be back.

My experience at the salon was great. Vicki did my nails. She was very gentle and very professional. We even had a personal conversation. I thought my nails looked great, but she went above and beyond of the call of her duty. My nails look amazing and I will be returning soon. #firsttimedipper

Wonderful place of business. I love the staff; especially Mary. They do a fantastic and professional job and are very reasonable. Very thorough. I miss the later weekday and weekend hours of operation since the move to the beautiful new location.

Customer service is A1 Unfortunately my pedi felt good all of two days afterwards my feet felt like I ran through sand paper. Worse than before I received it!

The service was amazing. We walked in without an appointment and they were able to get us in in 15 mins. Employees were very nice and patient and took their time. Only thing was is that 4 days later my gel nail polish was peeling off whole. The other times when I have gotten gel nails this hasnt happened.

Tina is the BEST!

Excellent service. Tina took her time and listened to what I wanted. Only thing is that it was cold and had to keep my coat on the whole time. Otherwise Id give 5 stars.

THE WORST MANICURE IVE EVER RECEIVED. My nails arent even shaped the right way, the whole nail didnt even get polished. They didnt even get filled in all the way. The guy who did it was in a big hurry. Ill never be returning.

Me and best friend went here for the first time and we both felt like the lady who did our pedicure rushed on it however the guy who did our nails who I believe was the owner was very nice and polite. I will be back.Update: my gel polish is already coming off after a week

Actually the worst manicure I’ve ever had. The tech doing my nails broke my skin on four different fingers. All of my nails ended up uneven and she left dip and gel all under and around my nails. Not to mention and extremely easy nail design that turned out terrible. The staff seemed very friendly and kind but the actual service was a nightmare.

I have been going there for over a year the owner Mary did my nails .At first she did good but then she was doing sluppy. And the last time I went she raised the price on my fill without telling me she waited till she did my nails n then tell me that prices went up .Thats a lie so I will never go back there. And lately I was getting fungus alot n my nails would lift after a week .What a ripe off .....

The person that I had rubbed my toenail skin raw and all of my fingernails are uneven!!

The same day I got my nails done the polish fell off one toe. Then 3 days later i have half polish kn 2 different toes. I paid $44 plus a $6 tip. $50 thrown in the wind. I will never go back there.

Not cleanly, the work space that was used before me was not clean nor after me before seating their next client, Various things I concerned me and the cleanliness of their tools. I asked for a manicure on their brochure, I got charged more than what it is on the brochure. I also said I wanted just a basic manicure and I got gel placed on. Extremely unsatisfied with the service.

Although the staff was friendly and the wait was short the quality of services received is extremely lacking. I went in for a full set and just had them painted (nothing fancy). Some of my nails where very uneven on the tips and the polish is terrible. I can see my actual nail on my thumbs and some of my nails arent painted on the sides.

The first time I got my nails at this place, they looked wonderful (ask for Jo!). The second time a man did my nails. I first noticed he didn’t sand off all of the red I that had been applied at my first visit. I should have said something but I didn’t. He also didn’t clip my nails evenly. Getting a new color is a different story. He did a terrible job. Ray Charles could have painted my nails better. The polish ran over the cuticle. I noticed a big space he missed on one of my nails and I pointed it out. He seemed irritated. I still tipped because I’m a nice person. But I will never go back! $33 wasted!

They had a lad y doing my nails that completely meaaed them up and my daughters

They messed up my nails and i paid $45 for them and i showed them the design i wanted and the didn’t give me what i wanted the lady who did my nails started bleeding while doing them also they wouldn’t give me my money back DONT GO TO THEM THEY ARE RUDE AMD WONT GIVE YOU WHAT YOU WANT

Never go here!! The customer service is horrible!! I went here to get a polish change and the guy that did the polish change was very rude and he also didnt know what he was doing! I was so disappointed with his work and I will NEVER return to this nail salon EVER!!

WORST nail place I’ve ever been too paid $30 left $5 tip $35 altogether 3 days later nail broke paid $3 get fixed and now 2 days later today not even a week (6 days) had fix 2 nails on my own pay 🤦🏽‍♀️. Worst customer service
