I have never had a bad experience at D-Patrick Audi. The Technicians are always helpful and do a good job reviewing and/or explaining everything with your vehicle. Their multipoint inspection printout not allows gives details about your vehicle, it also tells you what Audi recommends in the future for the next service along with the costs. You always know in advance what you will be paying for your service so there is never sticker shock. The waiting room is comfortable with snacks, water, and coffee available. They also provide cable television, daily newspapers, and a good assortment of magazines.

Excellent service, and outstanding staffs. They went above and beyond to to consult and assist me with all my needs from the time I dropped off and picked up my car. I want to especially thank Brad for his outstanding and excellent customer service! I highly recommend D-Patrick!

Very fast and exceptional work could not have been any better.

We were half way through a cross country road trip and needed our timing chain replaced. The service center was able to fit us in and complete the work while we finished our road trip and were able to pick our car up on our way home 5 days later. We then drove home 700 miles with no issues. Friendly, professional staff who took care of us during our travels.

Third time at D-Patric, worth the 130 mile drive. Very nice people. Will be back again. Fast service, on time, easy to make apt.

Awesome place to Repair your Bimmer you can also rent a Porsche for about $100 a day while your vehicle is being repaired and or other selected vehicles and of course love checking out their inventory

They where ready and welcomed me for my scheduled service. They had all the needed parts and finished on time with no additional costs. They even completed freed a jammed vanity dash door for free. I highly recommend D-Patrick for service. Extremely professional from start to completion and example of how service should be.

My power steering went out. They did a great job with getting it fixed. My only complaint was that it took 2 weeks to get my car in for the appointment! Obviously that is out of their control though.

Company and Dealer Backup their reputation, they accepted to correct damage happened to the backside of the driver seat during a previous repair was made last month, Very well done

Ben and Brad both do a great job at D-Pat. The service is always well done. The only downside this time was that it took over a week to get an appointment. Probably COVID related.

All issues were addressed and questions were answered.
