Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago to have transmission serviced for a common issue. I was told they had the parts on stock and they would be able to take care of it. Then I was told just prior to the appointment that they cannot fix it, but need me to bring it in to scan it just to be able to order and wait on the part. Take time off work to bring it in to be scanned and after 2 hours of waiting they rescheduled me for next week and cannot even order the part to fix the issue until then.Could have left the truck there to wait until it can be scanned, but they do not have courtesy vehicles.

$50,000 for a used truck that can be found other places for high 30s to low 40s is absurd. Some of those are even lower mileage with more options. I have bought roughly 6 vehicles from Town and Country Ford in the past and felt like I was treated fairly. Usually a good group of people working there and who doesnt like the convenience of shopping local, but things have changed I guess. When the assistant sales manager asked what I thought it was worth he almost laughed. 2 months later they still have it on the lot.

Had a recall on my Lincoln 2016 MKX to replace the front brake lines. Had a very short wait for an appointment! Waited less than 2 weeks from the day I received the recall letter until I had the repair done. As always, very, very courteous and prompt. I received a personal ride from work to pick up my Lincoln! Where to even start is the real review. Service department is a joke. I understand the national loaner rental shortage on vehicles, but when I bring my vehicle in for repairs that total more than $3k and I get my vehicle back with other issues, that’s a problem. Not only that being told that you have to figure a solution out for a vehicle to get to and from work for their mistakes? Yeah makes a lot of sense. Not only that the technician that drove my car to find out if it runs right after the repairs, not noticing a turbo not kicking in. Yes I very unsatisfied is the only really review I can give.

To do this is hard, because I never leave reviews. But, I absolutely have to share my experience here. I bought a new car from them in 2019, it had yet to be cleaned or anything but I didnt mind as they agreed to clean it before I get the car. (it was trashed in food and dog hair) The salesman was literally finger eating chicken while getting the deal done with us, poor communication and rushing. I over looked it. I get the car, DIRTY. Has literally not been touched. Again, over looked. They stated that if I came back the following Monday they would have it detailed for me. Perfect. Drive it literally one mile, the check engine light comes on. I hightail it back, because as a single mom, and paying around $15,000 for a car this doesnt cut it. The manager, sales manager, WHATEVER literally did not want to give me a rental, nor fix HIS problem. The man who sold me the car pleaded with him for honestly 30 minutes. IN FRONT OF ME. He finally agrees to fix it. It was a $6,000 fix, mind you. Fixes it, gets it back to me 2 weeks later, it is still absolutely FILTHY. Ken told me hed have his friend detail and we would be good. Does it stop there? No. Detail was immaculate. No complaints. Ive had the car for one year, I have replaced: Brakes, rotors, calipers, windshield wipers, tires, ALL spark plugs, backup camera AND, finally, the wack job of a turning signal. As it was GLUED with super glue on to the car (fell off while driving). I hate leaving reviews, and Ive maybe left 3 in my life. But like I have stated above, as a single mother, in school and working full time. This is absolutely unacceptable. To pay this off in 2 more years and havent made it through year 2 and replaced, really, the entire car. Dont be a me, needing a larger vehicle and fall into the trap of bad, unreliable salesmen. Its not worth it.

Service department is completely rude and incompetent. Took my truck there for misfire and paid over $1k. Less than a month later it started misfiring in the same cylinder as the first time. When we took it in and tried explaining the situation the guy working on the truck told me Im done with you. Get your truck out of here because Im not working on it. To make it worse the other service workers kept telling me things out of the blue I would need to pay for to fix it. Literal random stuff. To put the cherry on top they sent me an email if I was interested in selling my truck to them. If the list of things they gave me was wrong with the truck why would you want to buy it? Whether your low on inventory or not. Ended up taking the truck home and read online how to fix the misfires. Less then an hour later and less then $100 I fixed the problem myself and it has been running like a top since. Ill never recommend anyone to go here for anything. I was warned about this place prior and should have listened the first time.

My daughter called 2 times to set an appointment for repairs on her car. After driving 40 minutes, like she was asked to do, we were then told at 4:30pm there was no one there to look at her car. ( even though online showed they were open until 5:30pm ) After speaking to the very RUDE manager , we were turned away. I feel, I must add, that the manager actually said to me if you had shown up at 7:00 and we were closed what would you have done ? He was VERY DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE !! We werent even offered a loaner vehicle for the evening.. We made an appointment for the following day. The repairs were made. The gentleman we dealt with on this day was AMAZING. He was very friendly and respectful. Thank goodness, my daughter traded her vehicle off a few days later to Expressway Dodge.

Had my car in service took them about 2 mouths to figure it out. Got it out last monday still has a misfire that they said was fixed and ready to go paid them almost 1500 and my car is driving just as bad. Worst experience ever also have called the Service Managers number always get voicemail and never a returned call. I dont suggest them to anyone.

Don’t bother paying for a inspection with oil change because while they may say it was done, they can’t be bothered to fill out the form. This happened my last 3 appointments. Yesterday they recommended $398 worth of repairs found ‘during the inspection,’ but once again, couldn’t fill out the inspection form to detail what the supposed issues were until AFTER I pointed it out. Given that your staff is unable to fill out a 60 second paper, I don’t see how I can trust them to actually complete a repair or any other service.Edit/update: Oh no, I’m in your system. I had a 1:30pm appointment and have repeatedly given staff my correct information, but yet they’ve never been able to remove prior numbers and even a number I’ve never been remotely associated with. It is yet another longstanding issue with the entire service department. There’s nothing necessary to rectify for me; I cancelled future appointments and the oil change was free. There’s just zero point in returning to a business where I have had one good experience in over 5 years.

I have an active warrantied 2019 Super Duty 6.7L and it needed service from a check engine light. The service agents were polite and kept me updated with progress, however this dealer does not have qualified technicians to service Powerstroke diesels. They were able to make the CEL go away after spending 6 hours there but it came on again after a few days. When I took it in again they told me they couldnt fix it and recommended me to a competitor. Absolutely unbelievable! I wasted my time, multiple days without my truck, loss of diesel fuel from the multiple manual regens. What dealer sells a product but cannot fix it? Ive purchased (8) Fords in my life and my next one will be elsewhere.

Went to Town & Country Ford trade in my 2014 Ford focus (which I also got from them). Out salesman Matthew Hall listened to everything we wanted and we only looked at a few SUV and test drive one. I ended up loving it and walked out in a timely manner with my brand new 2018 Ford Escape. He when worked down the payment tosomething we could afford. I have bought several cars from Town and Country over the years and was well pleased. Recently took my f150 in for a 100k service and asked for them to listen to the timing chain (3 times) since I could hear a slight clatter. Was told everything was ok in spite of my suspicions. I drove it about 100 miles before the timing chain had either skipped a tooth or broke and fell into the running engine causing catastrophic failure. I emailed on their system for a service or dealership manager to please call me regarding the problem. No response. After 2 days of trying to get the service manager on the phone, he promised he would look into it and get back to me. This was 2 weeks ago and I have not heard a word. Its likely that there is nothing that they could have done about my trouble but the lack of response to a long time customer is not acceptable.UPDATE: Yes your service manager spoke to me 7/23/2020 when I called him after the morning meeting. He claimed it was the first he was hearing of this in spite of the fact that I spoke to him prior and he said he would investigate and get back to me. Also, in spite of you saying above that he has attempted to call and leave a message several times. After our discussion he said he would investigate and get back to me. He did attempt to call while I was with a client. I called him back and he was in a meeting. I called him again and left a message with Chris from service to please call me with results from investigation. I have never been to Henderson Ford (previous owner may have). I bought the vehicle used from DPatrick after first checking with your dealership to see if you had the truck I was looking for. However, as a loyal customer, I brought it to Town and Country for 100k mile service.As I mentioned in my original post, its likely that there is nothing you could have done about my trouble... It is the lack of response that is my issue. Now I finally get a response from you on a public forum. Our Ford Certified Engine Technician verified he did not hear a timing chain issue. When a person brings a vehicle in because it is making a new noise and asks about timing chain, then is cleared and timing chain fails within driving 200 miles after inspection and causes catastrophic engine failure to the tune of $11,885, that person deserves an explanation from a manager.

This is the only ford dealership worth going to. The service people are always nice, and the techs know what they are doing. Unlike Dpatrick ford, I know the employees are going to be honest with me, and will be able to resolve any issues I have.

Ive baught a used 2015 f150 six months ago and a 2018 new f150 yesterday my sales man Matt Hall is a pleasure to deal with, is there working for me when I need anything and the service dept is outstanding as well , also they happily honer all warranty issues🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 rating in my book
