Absolute trash now! This place has fallen apart. Dealing with them the past couple of years has been about average. All of a sudden the past couple of months, customer service has disappeared! Took my vehicle in for a belt and simple oil leak, somehow it took 3 weeks to complete and now back days later... with issues that were not there before I took it in. During the 3 weeks, I called 20+ times with no answer. And no calls from them. I dont know what happened to this location, but I look forward to getting this strange situation taken care of and move on to another garage. Guess it is my fault for going to a tire place for engine work. But dang this place has gotten weird. Bad bidnessGot my vehicle back worse than I took it in, and they offer no answers.

Overall a good experience. I brought my car in to have the tires rotated and balanced. My one complaint is that they didnt check my tire pressures. My tires were at the right pressures when I brought in the car, but my car requires different pressures for the front and rear tires. Now that they are rotated, my front tires are under pressure and the rear are over pressure. Not a big deal for me to fix, but I expected better from a tire shop.**Update**I went to adjust the tire pressure and the tires were adjusted properly. The car had simply not updated the tire positions, so the tire pressure readout in my car was incorrect.

Service was good but when it was time to pay instead of it being 20.21 that was posted it was 35. When I ask why he advised that they had to use more oil then 5 quarts. That should have been communicated to me b4 they did it not after when it was time to pay n they was done. What if I only had what I thought the price was that was advertised then what??

I would give 0 stars if I could. They tried to cheat me to make more money. I took my car there for a front end alignment after getting new tires. They told me it needed new tie rods (over $250 for them to do that) before they could do the alignment. Instead I took it to my mechanic who said the tie rods were fine. Then went to Pep Boys & got the alignment with no problem & NO new the rods. Will not go back.

Cant beat $23 Oil change. I walked in and they were able to get me in within an hour. 👍

The service was great. Oil change and tire rotation. Service writer was very helpful. He made some recommendations for future needs, and looked up some tire sizes for my 1994 Corvette that I will need in future

They were great, knew immediately what i was talking about was wrong with the car and were able to fix it. I brought it in without an appointment so i understand the couple of days it took to get it in and fix it. I would definitely go back to them for anything else that needs fixing.

The folks at Best One Tire in Evansville are great and there products are of great quality too! I’ve trusted them to supply tires on six different vehicles over the years! They have competitive prices and very professional service people!Their alignment specialist is fantastic! He has always been very forthcoming to share his findings on the alignment process of my vehicles and even to work with me where I might have concerns or a special request as to the toe, camber and caster details.

We were told we needed brakes by the different auto shop... not knowing any different we took the car to this place they advised us we had a ways to go be for we needed brakes! HONESTY!!! AWESOME PLACE!

Affordable, very thorough & timely. They located the problem & called me. They were able to obtain the necessary parts overnight & completed the front end alignment early the next day. Everyone had a mask on & were very professional & friendly. Definitely will recommend!!

Just took my car in for alignment. Alignment itself was good. Unfortunately now my steering wheel if half way sideways when driving straight. I would not use them again.

Had my vehicle in there two to three times yesterday I picked it up they said it was fine running good got home pulled in the driveway back to the did not start need to find a way to fix it the right way please

Always have good service, but since new ownership has taken over BestOne, they are now nickel and diming for everything. Yesterday I was surprised with a 4% charge for the pleasure of using a credit card. I can understand the small mom and pop shops having to do this, but not large companies. If you need more profit, raise the cost of your tires.I don’t think I’ll be back until this business practice is changed.

Got alignment from that place and got a new tires put on them 900 miles and find out that my tires are wear off after there alignment. Go to the FIRESTONE and here we go. Upper phone with BEST ONE alignment and in the bottom how FIRESTONE fixed it. Do not recommend use this place.

My experience was not the best. I didnt receive my car back until 45 minutes after the store closed for an oil change not impressed...

The people that work here are terrific. I order a set of tires after John helped me understand everything I needed to know about them. Next day I decided to change my order and he graciously did it. They go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% happy. Ill be buying my tires from here for now on.

I scheduled a basic oil change W/O all the bells & whistles, the same service that I had them do a year prior to this, at the same location. She pulled my name right up in the computer, but she sure didnt bother to look at what type of oil change I had done 1 year ago. They charged me $60 for a $35 oil change! Who would ever expect to be charged an additional $25 for a service that cost only $35 a year ago? I wont go back!

Service was good but VERY disappointing that they parking my vehicle until a tree and the branches from the tree scratched up my hood.

Out of area and had a flat tire. They got me right in and diagnosed the issue - had to get a new tire. Honored my Best One road hazard warranty, had the new tire on and back on the road quickly. Great customer service and very friendly.

The tire store was very busy and I was from out of state having one of those days 😖 while pulling an 18 foot trailer in a rented truck but they worked me into their schedule and got me on my way sooner than promised! Good people.

I called on Monday, got an appointment on Tuesday, stayed under budget, waited less than an hour for installation of 4 new tires. Staff was knowledgeable and courteous. In response to pandemic they had spaced appointments to allow customers to maintain social distancing. The waiting area was clean and pleasant.

I am a little perturbed. I needed my Vue aligned because I had changed inner and outer tie rods, struts, wheel hubs and lower ball joints. So when they worked on it they said they needed cannot bolts that were adjustable. Without them they couldnt get right numbers so my tires would wear out on the edges. To replace two bolts and then turn the a half a turn cost me 120 dollars. Seems nuts. Then when I got in my vehicle and started to drive I have something now rubbi g on my drivers side . Never have before, so now I need to take off the wheel and find what was done to cause this problem. I am just not very pleased.

The day I called in for a price was the day they took my truck for a pretty extensive repair, all 4 ball joints on an F250 4 wheel drive, same day return.

Took vehicle in before leaving on vacation for new tires and alignment, got tires and they checked everything over. Drive home, park go to work the next morning and my wheel bearing is completely blown. How they did not see it while in there is astonishing. Now I just paid almost 650$ for tires and a complete check over of the driving components, I have to turn around and rent a vehicle for 12 day vacation which is another chunk of money. Dont recommend at all.

Excellent service!!! Recently had Best One install a set of tires and had a second service patching a tire after a nail punctured it. Both services were past 4:30pm and they worked past closing time to finish and on top of that communicated with me to ensure I was able to pick up my car that evening. Wont go anywhere else.

I can always trust that I would be told exactly what is wrong with my vehicle! And can always trust the work is done completely. Thats a good feeling! At a fair price.

This was my second time using they. Both times I got excellent service. Frist time was for auto repair, second time for tires. I found them to be very honest and caring

I called before I came and was told my oil change would be $70 $40 with the 2021 discount I told them that I had the best one card and he told me it would still be that price because I had a truck when I got there I seen the sign that said any vehicle with best one card in 2021 would be $20.21 I inquired about it again and after I did so only then was the price that was supposed to be given given to me I was blatantly lied to this happened 10/11/21the only reason you got one star is because I couldnt post this without giving you one

Everyone at the Burkhart store was fantastic. The customer service was outstanding, they worked with me to get what I needed and got my vehicle in early for both of my appointments.

I have found that their prices are quite competitive, and beyond that, I highly value their honesty...i once came in for what I thought were squeaky brakes and they evaluated them and told me they looked fine, and didn’t charge for the eval. That level of honesty won my business. Their front desk has always been exceptionally friendly and kind too which is a major bonus!

I decided to give best one, one last chance. My last experience was not a good one. After replacing all tie rods, track bar, the works. Took it in for a front end alignment. Drove home, everything seemed ok, I do live close by. Couple hours later, went to run to the store and start to hear an odd sound. So I pull into a parking lot(barely), my tie rod connecting to the driver side hub is laying on the ground. My front wheels are at a 45 degree angle facing opposite directions. $100 to tow it home, havent figured up the replacement parts, but tie rod is bent, tie rod boot is bent, and a chunk is missing from an almost brand new tire. It will cost me $0 to NEVER use, or refer any service from best one again. And to top it off, Ive left a voicemail requesting a return call and have yet to receive one, and have called twice and no answer.

The Best One Tire crew did their usual great work, yesterday, at a competitive rate. This is one of the few shops in town that handles wide, low-profile tire installation quickly and economically. I use my Mustang in Autocross competition. This requires regular tire changes and flipping tires to counter the wear pattern competition camber setups create. Ive used the Tutor Ln (Burkhardt) Best One Tire 4-5 times per year to mount or flip tires and then balance them for the last several years. Ive never had a complaint of issue. The work was always done on time as promised. I highly recommend them. (Back again). I received the same excellent experience I’ve always received.

I recently moved to Evansville and have been looking for a tire shop that I felt comfortable with. Coming from a small town where everyone knows each other and family has used the same shop for generations, I just didnt think I find that in a national chain. Thankfully I was pleasantly mistaken. I woke up to a flat, aired enough to get down the road to Best One. They were helpful, quick, courteous, and honest. They fixed my tire and gave me an estimate for the set. I really appreciate how good their customer service was. Their lobby was comfortable and spacious, while waiting I had time to catch up on some paperwork. Thank you to very nice people at the Tutor Lane location for doing such a nice job.

Great place for service

I had a 1pm appointment for brakes and rotors. Turns out I only needed the rear axle and it took 4 hours. I couldve done it myself in 2 hours. I made an appointment because I thought it would be quicker. I took a half day off work. It took an hour for them to even pull my car into the garage. $351+ for pads and rotors for 1 axle. They were friendly but I wont be back. $50 worth of parts and they charged me $160. $90 for labor and $80 flushing my brake lines which I didnt ask for. Nope.

Had them change one side brake pads do to overtightened and rounded lugnuts. (They were the last ones to have those wheels off by the way) way overcharged on labor.

I have been a Best One customer for years and they have always taken great care of me and my vehicles. Good prices, and great service.

The staff always does a great job. Called in to see if they had time before closing to install a new set of tires I bought. Austin was very professional and invited me in, I showed up about 10 minutes later, and in less than an hour I was out the door! Fast, professional shop. I got home and inspected the install, checked tire pressures, etc. Everything looked fine and was consistent across all 4. Highly recommend!

I had brought two of my vehicles to this shop in one day.1 3/4-ton truck for a wheel alignment1 car for rear hubs and spark plugs to be replaced.Had close to actual estimates prepared for both vehicles and the work was done without issues. I would say this is a proper shop.

I called on short notice for an oil change, and tire rotation. They were able to get me in that same day! My ‘job’ involved getting 4 new inner tubes for the wire wheels on my 1974 MGB. But the only labor ‘today’ was remove/dispose of the spare tire and replace tube on 1 wheel. Because I had to remove wheel bands on the replaced tube wheel it required 2 visits. Not much labor or profit for Best One but a lot of overhead cost. I was impressed by the patience of the B1 staff. The staff had experience with tubes, wire wheels and knew about tire talc, inflate/deflate procedure and ‘burping’ the stem. My charge was fair and I will remember this good experience in the future.

Called to have tire put on rim. Customer service rep said they could get me in immediately. Upon arrival, they had tire mounted to rim under 20 minutes. Great service and price! 3-30-19 Had great service again! Thanks!

Something went awry with the order for my tires. Instead of telling me they didn’t have the tires in stock and sending me home to come back later, they bumped me up to a better tire without charging me more. That’s going above and beyond for the customer!
