Love this place. They have always been helpful and knowledgeable. More importantly they do quality work at a fair price. But not this time... I took my wifes car in with a low tire. They got me in same day and found a nail. They fixed it quick. The price? Nothing. Zero. They are great, I knew that but this still surprised me. There are many other places I could have gone and NONE of them would have done that. Well done guys, I appreciate it.

Simply the best, no doubt about it whatsoever. Another shop was going to charge me $600 for brakes plus $200 just to fix a broken latch on my door. These guys fixed my brakes for $354 and didnt charge a dime to fix the door. The brakes work great as they do on my other car I had them put brakes on last year and its nice to have my door latch working again. Not only did they charge fair pricing, theyve always finished the work on the same day Ive brought it in. Thank you very much and if I have to have more service (hopefully itll be a while) Im definitely coming back to quality automotive!!!

Im retired from working on cars, early retirement due to health issues. So I do know how shops work, what to expect and how at times it never goes the way a mechanic and or a manager wishes it to go.Some work I still do myself, rest I have Jeff and Bill set me up with a time that works for them. All the employees appear to be happy and glad to work there and on any vehicle that comes in. Even when the day reaches 100 degrees outside, its probably 20 degrees hotter in the shop.I dont worry about the cost cause I know theyll treat me right each and every time. Unlike most shops, they dont price gouge for a day profit. They believe in taking care of a customer and that customer always return. Its like the saying goes You can skin a sheep once, but can shear a sheep for life. My car wouldn’t start so I called around to quite a few places in the area to get quotes. Bill was very helpful and was able to get my car in quickly. My appointment was for 8am and by 8:11am, Bill had identified the issue and by 10am by car was ready to be picked up- the same day! I understand not all cases will be like this, but I highly recommend this shop. Fast, super affordable, and professional.

Quoted me a price, then called back after looking at my car saying they could do the job for a lower price. If they wouldnt have called, I wouldnt had known the difference. Simply the best shop that I have taken my vehicles for repair. Just a well oiled machine of a facility with the technology and trained mechanics needed to work on my Audi A8, which is not the easiest vehicles to maintenance. By far the GoTo place in Evansville and surrounding area for any repairs.

They always take such good care of me. Theyre nice folks, know their stuff and do good business. Definitely my go-to place for auto issues.

My vehicle broke down very close to Quality Automotive, and I ended up having it towed there more or less out of convenience sake. It ended up being a very simple fix, and Jeff called the next day to let me know the issue and that I could pick it up. When I arrived to pay, he wouldn’t let me. It’s clear that they are genuine people who just care about doing things the right way. I’ll be back in the future!

Great repair work and great prices! Took a recently purchased rebuilt title vehicle in for alignment. After they inspected it they called to authorize the additional work needed, around $360. When I picked it up the bill was $260 and they told me they didnt need to do all the work they thought to get it into spec alignment. Honesty & Integrity.

I called them on a Friday with battery issues, I use my car for work and they got me within the hour! My issues were fixed, reasonably priced and I’ve had no issues since! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Called there today to see if I could have them check my check engine light and why it was on the guy who answered the phone told me to take it back to speedy oiler where I had the fluids changed thats not got anything to do with why my check engine light came on thats is why I gave them one star how you gonna tell a customer who calls about their truck worried and concerned about their only transportation take it back to speedy oiler all they did was change the oil not work on it as he stated to me .

This place used to be the only place I would take my car (including my whole family - David, Sue, Kristi, Mitchell, Roger, just to name a few for their records). Jeff is a really stand-up guy, however the older gentleman working the phone line is rude and frankly seems to have a problem with women. Hung up on me after a 1 minute conversation after I couldnt find a particular number that he asked for. It saddens me that we wont be returning, which is disappointing as most of my family has used Jeff for years.

I was referred to Quality Automotive & Tire by 2 of my co-workers and they steered me in the best direction. My family had a mechanic for over 25 years and due to unfortunate circumstances, had to close. I dropped my car off a whole day before my appointment, I was barely down the road and got a call that an appointment cancelled so they went ahead and pulled my car in and already had the estimate. Just 1 hour later, my car was completed and it cost half of what another shop quoted. The fact that the also had a bible on the table was very comforting to see as well. Jeff was absolutely courteous and so was the receptionist. Theyve gained an entire familys business. Thanks Quality!

I just wanted my heater to work and find out why it was over heating. They put on a new water pump and thermostat. Had to take it back twice. Still not working. It cost $390 and it is worse than ever over heated at a stop light i was broke down until it cooled down, barely made it home. I have a tow truck coming tomorrow to take it to another garage. I am too afraid to take it back to Quality. I am just sick to my stomach over this.

My boyfriend needed a starter replaced, they let him bring in a new starter and only charged for labor! On top of that they were not supposed to get it done until Monday, they ended up getting it done the same day we brought the car in which was on a Friday! Awesome service!
