Rented a mid size SUV for the weekend, and ended up having a small issue with it not long after the pick up, and this location was quick to make it right. Ended up being swapped out into a minivan, which turned out to be a much better alternative since I had 4 full grown adults riding with me. The staff here is incredibly helpful and easy to work with. If you’re traveling in or around Eugene and need to rent a car I’d definitely recommend using this location!

They came and picked me up, had several options plus I got the car I wanted for $2 daily over econo. I ended up renting it for over a week. They also called me the day after I rented it to see how the car was doing for me.

Hugely disappointed. Had reservation for 30+ days. Showed up to pick up car only to be told there would be at least a 45 min wait. Apparently, had to pick up cars at airport then clean them before rental.Had to change reservation due to delay. Wonder if it will be different tomorrow?Could they have made a courtesy call to let me know of unexpected and unanticipated delay?

Rented a compact vehicle for around 3 weeks. Very easy process to rent a car, no paperwork to sign, they use a tablet. Very fast and friendly service. The representative that helped me was very thorough on finding me the best deal (retail vs. insurance pricing). Highly recommend renting from them, will be going back when I need a car again.

I have spent the past yea renting enough cars from Enteringprise. Also spent enough money in comparison of buying a car. I was very impressed with the quality of customer service provided then. While watched as it charged more and less service care. I have never actually had a problem until recently. It is very hard to spend the amount of money that I did. Then getting the same quality of care. I would overlook never getting any rewards. Not knowing exactly from setting a reservation online. I do care about the way I never got to use the car I picked. Costing me more money than I expect. Here recently spending over $500 for a week. I have my parking pass lost and likely thrown away. What clearly states if lost $150 to replace. I am not sure what happened with the way the employees were not able to attempt to make it sound like they were at least apologetic and letting me know she worked the day cleaning the returned cars and they could really show less care for the inconvenience caused by forgetting to grab it.

Very sneaky with the extra charges. You make a reservation online they give you one price, then they get you into the car (literally sitting in it ready to go) then tell you about the $200 deposit AND the extra $20/day for insurance. Got the deposit back in decent time but the car went from about $35/day to $58 really fast. The prices online arent really the price you pay. Wont be going back anytime soon. I even returned the car a day early and was told if I did Id been credited for the day and I wasnt.

Had a small ding on rim that wasnt noticed in walk around that must have spread into a noticeable crack while renting vehicle. They said they dont miss damage (assuming my wife and I must have blacked out when hitting a curb hard enough to crack a rim). They are charging my wife and I for the rim replacement. They did the initial walk around of vehicle with wife who would be oblivious to any small damage as are most people. When talking to the local representative on the phone couldnt get past his rhetoric to any kind of resolution so asked for his supervisors name and number. He hung up on me. While trying to bypass the local number to get to supervisor and make a complaint I got stuck in Enterprises automated phone system that got me nowhere. I assume you only get hung up on when the person knows they can get away with it. Upon digging further for a phone number found that Enterprise Rent a car is not Better Business Bureau accredited and has a rating from them of a D-. Additionally when my wife called just before 5 PM to let them know she was dropping the car off they told her they would be there until 5:30. We pulled up at 5:20 to see a car pulling away from the exit with the gate locked behind them. We had to park the car on the street and assume any liability of damage (per a posted sign) when dropping keys into box.

Here in Eugene, Oregon when we need to rent a vehicle we always use Enterprise. The rental location at 810 W 6th Ave is the closest to us and the staff there are always nice and efficient. We have never had a problem with any vehicle we rented from them and they have a good number of vehicles to choose from. I highly recommend giving them a try if you are in need of a rental vehicle.

I highly recommend this branch of Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Associates are fully customer-oriented and particularly professional. Manager takes great care of his business. I enjoy the after-hour parking option as my need for a car has been beyond traditional business hours. As far as I remember, prices were also fairly cheaper compared to other rental companies in the area.

Frustrated by the slowness of this location, things take forever even with a reservation. Guy who checked me in seemed to have a problem with mask wearing.Edit to add: Later, I got a message from a manager saying there was a cracked windshield - After me and an agent inspected it and I was issued a receipt and left the facility, after they drove the car. Fortunately they did the right thing when I disputed it, but I shouldn’t have had to. Been several years of frustrations with this place, trying Hertz.

Was upgraded at no extra charge because the size I reserved was unavailable. Very pleased with the service; took all of 15 minutes to get my information and to drive away! Would recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for a nice car and friendly service! I cant complain about the 2018 Nissan Morano that only had 130 miles on it when I drove off the lot!

I made a reservation to pick my rental car up at noon. When I arrived no car was available. I waited for almost 40 minutes before a car arrived. The car that did arrive was the wrong class. They gave me the ‘upgrade’ for no additional charge, However, I specifically requested an economy car for the better gas mileage.Seems odd to have a reservation for a specific car and to be be picked up at a specific time and neither of those specifications were met.

The management and staff of this Enterprise location were extremely nice and helpful. They worked an half an hour late on a Friday evening to accommodate my trains late arrival. However, if this location coordinated their operation hours to align more with the Amtrak train, then this would have not been an issue. This location does claim to be the location to serve the train station, but closes at 5pm and an on time train is scheduled to arrive at 5:04pm.

Frank, the employee texting in the picture attached, seemed a bit preoccupied with his phone for 7-10 minutes while a separate customer & I patiently waited for assistance. While his two coworkers did step in and help us with the early paperwork process, we still had to wait for Frank to even look up and acknowledge us, finish his texting, and finally come over to do his job.Every past experience with Enterprise has been superb, having rented 30+ times in the past two years (for work), but this location will not be receiving any future business of mine.

Well long story short had to swap the car because of a recall then was given a truck as a replacement vehicle cool right... Guess again check engine light 5 minutes after picking it up but I was to busy to go back. Then to top it all off was give an extremely high rate for my long term rental that was double what there website was offering. Never book in store !!!

We rented a little Nissan Sentra for a 1000 mile trip. We got wonderful gas mileage and the car was easy to drive. Thank you Enterprise for making this trip much easier ! So the service was fine until it came time to return the car. I ended up buying a car out of town and when I called the 800 number to see if I could return the car to another enterprise she stated there would be an unauthorized drop fee. Thankfully the dealer offered to return the rental for me. Also I had scheduled to switch rental companies, due to insurance, and the local Eugene,Or company REFUSED to drop me at a Hertz. I’m assuming it was because I had to switch companies, none the less it was a petty and inconvenient call by the local manager. Next time I’ll just not use Enterprise AT ALL. Hertz was willing to pick me up from Enterprise. Why make things harder for the customer? I don’t get it. I guess the tag line of ‘we’ll pick you up’ only applies if they see fit.

What a crooked company. I rented a car on September 1st. There was a question of whether I would need it later in the day on Monday the 2nd. As it turned out I did not and turned it in as instructed along the fence line of the Enterprise lot. I have a receipt showing what time I purchased the fuel so obviously I didnt drive around much after that because I had to turn the car in with a full tank. I tried to contact the office that I rented from and no one returned my call or adjusted the over charge. Someone checked my vehicle in at 6:52 pm when the car had been on Enterprise’s lot for hours. In addition this lot sits in a part of town that has a large community of homeless. They had gathered in a group for whatever reason near my personal car so I felt since I am handicap it would be best to wait until they dispersed. I waited nearly an hour before the group broke apart and moved on.In addition I was originally quoted on-line with a confirmation sent to my email a weekend rate of $12.99. I had to change my pickup location to another location 3 miles away and my rate went up to a weekend rate of $17.00 even though I was told at the original booking location my rate would be honored at the other location. I ended up having to pay $25/day. Disappointed doesnt even begin to describe how I feel about my experience with Enterprise especially when I was charged for 2 days not the one day I used the car for and then when I contacted the local office they did not even call me back.The car I was given smelled of a smoker and a wet dog. How did anyone miss that. It was so awful I had to purchase a car freshener to make the car drivable. Disappointed I forgot to take it when I returned that car. That was an additional expense of $5.I will not recommend this office to anyone and fairly sure I will never use them again because of their lack of integrity.Enterprise could do a lot to correct this by refunding the overcharge of the extra day. I couldnt even find a corporate email address to send a message to regarding my experience. When I got this request to rate my experience I was more than happy to oblige.

I rent cars all the time and while Enterprise stands tall among other rental companies, Colleen G. at this location stands tall versus other employees Ive encountered at virtually all rental companies. When my vehicle was in an accident and sent to a repair center she came and brought me a vehicle in LESS THAN 15 minutes!When I got the vehicle that I wanted I noticed it was missing a backup camera. Rather than apologize, Colleen took the time to appreciate my concern and accommodate me with another similar vehicle that had a backup camera (Enterprise: dont rent cars without cameras--its 2017!).When I went to return the vehicle, Colleen even remembered me by first name. I just felt very welcomed and appreciated as a customer which is extremely unusual in my experience with rental car companies. The whole staff at this location was friendly, and even the manager Jay was nice to talk to... But my 5-star rating is due to Colleen first and foremost. I dont take the time to review things often, but she genuinely did offer service with a smile and made the entire ordeal as painless as could be while offering exceptionally efficient and high quality service. She deserves a raise and a promotion, and other rental companies could learn a lot from her service and this location. On one occasion, I needed to add additional days to my rental and they made the process very simple. Most recently, I arrived to rent my vehicle early... once again, no stress. We received amazing customer service from this location. We were blown away by how everyone went out of their way to help us (myself and 4 boys) before and after a recent road trip. I was pretty stressed out when Billy arrived to pick us up at our house to take us to the rental agency. His great attitude, calmness, and smile immediately put me at ease and lowered my stress level greatly. Not only did he pick us up, he picked up my sons friend from his house on our way! And he did it with a smile. Thank you Billy! The transaction continued to go quickly and smoothly once we got to the counter. As if all of that wasnt enough, Gracie, another employee, insisted on unpacking and repacking all of our thrown in/squeezed in luggage. We had brought a ton of things: our luggage, food and sleeping mats for the 5 of us for the weekend. Gracie was so very patient with us and left us with room to spare! Billy drove us back home after out trip and was just as awesome as he was when he picked us up.

Malik and Erika have been so helpful. This location has great staff. I do think the cars need to be checked more throughly before being rented. I had one that leaked oil and another that went back into gear of reverse easier than park. One with bad wipers. So check out your car before leaving the area just in case. This is in general for all car rental places, not just enterprise.

At times they seem a little understaffed but that is to be expected I guess. During our recent snow storm Eugene experienced a bit more than is customary for us and the folks at Enterprise made things as easy on the customers as they could. We were traveling in our class A REV to drop it off for repairs. We had a rental reserved but it turns out the rental was at the Eugene airport. There was no place to park the REV so we had no access. We needed a car in a hurry. After checking google maps we located Enterprise not too far away from Junction City. Enterprises online app allowed us to reserve a car at very reasonable rates and the next morning we were able to pick up the car with no problems and still make our service appointment. Wed previously rented cars at this Enterprise location so we decided to rent with them again and Im happy to say it was a pleasure to deal with the staff at this agency. Everyone was very polite, professional, efficient, etc. I cant say enough good things. They helped us tremendously and gave us a very good deal on our rental car, which thank goodness for that because this whole car accident couldnt have come at a worser time, being so close to Christmas and New Years. If and when we should need to rent a car again, we will definitely be going through this location first.

The Enterprise team went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service to my husband and me. We were planning to take Amtrak from Eugene to L.A. when the Carr fire hit, causing Amtrak to cancel the train. Joanna was tremendously understanding. She said it was no problem for us to keep the rental car wed had for five days in order to drive home and even offered to reduce the drop off fee. While the drive was long and hot due to the weather and smoke from fires along the way, we were very happy to return home. On another note, weve rented from Enterprise in the past, however this was the first time a team member called after wed had the car for a few days to see how the car performed. I didnt request to get a ride home when returning a vehicle and it was near closing, and when I asked for a ride home they were like sure, no problem! And they were super nice about it. Inaccurate business hours posted! We were left stranded. We had reserved a car to be picked up on a Saturday. Our email confirmation simply said to pick up our vehicle after 9am. The posted hours on this shows that theyre open until 2pm. But when we arrived at 1 they were closed!! Business hours posted on the locked gate said that theyre only open from 9am - Noon! No where on the confirmation email did it say we only had a 3 hour window to pick up our car.You would think that they would have posted their business hours in their confirmation email. And/or when they saw we had reserved a car and the business was about to close, a courtesy call would have been extremely helpful.We then called the only Enterprise in town that was open, the airport location, and they told us we could get a car from them but it would cost us $220 more!!! Ridiculous!We also had a reservation for next Sunday. Again the confirmation email states to pick up our vehicle on Sunday after 9, but the hours posted at the locked gate state that they are closed on Sundays so how the heck are we supposed to get our car at the time we need?Terrible service!!

Thanks to the great policy Enterprise has in place of hiring only the best college graduates to staff their teams, their customer service is superb. This Eugene location in particular was as good as they come. As soon as I arrived to the 810 W. 6th Ave. location, I was greeted and made aware that someone would help me shortly. I had a 10 min. wait while two other customers were being helped simultaneously. As my turn came, I had papers filled up and a car picked up in no time. It is always so easy to deal with these young, energetic and friendly customer service representatives. I cant imagine renting a car from anyone else. Made a reservation more than a week out - when arrived no car available. Even with a confirmation number - the first response was oh well after almost an hour a vehicle fromacross town was located for me, to top it off there was NO GAS in the vehicle so I had to go straight to the station. Once I left and checked me email for the rental contract I noticed they also overcharged me so I had to call in and straighten that out as well. What a great start to vacation. I will never use enterprise again.

It was a great experience. But when I was looking at what I was charged no one said or did I found in the fine print that if you have someone else drive too you will be charged $12. I was shocked and makes me not so sure about adding a person to drive. Just when people are being checked in. The person needs to say something about the extra fee. As a student I am very tight on money so this was a little stretch for me. I know I will get comments saying well don’t rent as a student. Just saying up front needs to be mentioned.

This is the third time to rent the car in Enterprise. Everything is awesome. My car was free upgraded, wonderful. However, because I run at No 73 toll road, I want to pay the fee. Unfortunately, I can not pay the bill due to the rental car. I dont know should I pay the fee and the manager in Enterprise let me wait for the call or mail. Anyway, I like the Enterprise, and I will still rent the car there.

Incompetence, thats about the best way to describe what I witnessed during my experience with Enterprise rental. I place the reservation online, and contacted the store about filling out a form to use a business credit card that I did not have in my possession (it was my bosses card, I was picking up the rental for him), I have filled out these forms before, with Enterprise, but was told by agent over the phone that this was not an option any more(turns out it really is). But fine what ever Ill just have my boss pay me back, oh but wait when I show up they tell me I cant use a debit card because its for an SUV. I dont use credit cards, and all I had was a debit card. I asked why when I had already spoken with a representative about payment this wasnt mentioned, all I got was a dumbfounded look and a shoulder shrug. I insisted that I would need to use a debit card and after much prodding they charged my card for it.I have had a good customer service experience with Enterprise before so I dont think this is a company wide issue, but this branch needs help, get your polices straight, buck up your customer service and provide a reliable product, not too much to ask. Sorry Enterprise, I wasnt picked up, I was let down.

Ive rented a car from them only once. It was a very comfortable SUV. Very reasonable, fair price. The staff was very friendly, helpful and patient. If you need a rental car, this is the best in Eugene

A Welcome Smile Goes A Long Way... i could just leave it at that. But I wont, these people have always gone above and beyond for me to make sure i am happy. So i will go above and speak about ROHAN CAIN. Now let me say i am a hard one to please. But this man is always nice and helpful no matter how busy, how tired or how difficult i am. Good customer service goes a long long way with me. This is why i stay at this location.

Avoid.I reserved a car online. When I went to the store to pick it up, they said they didnt have any cars available. I showed them my reservation confirmation email, but they just showed me the door. They made no effort to accommodate me, nor did they even apologize for the mistake.If you reserve a car at this location, dont expect your reservation to be honored.Edit: In response to the owners response below: Why do you need my details to look into this further? Is this such a regular occurrence that you cant even figure out which screwed-over customer I am? Because if this is instead a rare occurrence, then it should be trivially easy to find out who I am and reach out (which hasnt happened).Regardless, I submitted a complaint at the email address that the owner suggests the day that this happened. I received one automated response, and nothing else. Clearly, this response by the owner is faux-concern aimed at convincing potential customers that their customer service is something other than terrible. Dont fall for it.

Great staff! Got there just as they were closing - when I booked online, it did not mention the closing time was the same time I had reserved the pick up if the vehicle. They were so gracious and took care of us, gave us our vehicle, ensuring the documents were correct and got us on our way. The vehicle was clean and easy to go.

I dont usually leave a review, but I have been very satisfied with this branch that this is my second time renting from them, highly recommend! To be honest I wouldnt if Christian the branch manager there hasnt been very helpful with amazing customer service its not common to find such effort to help when it comes to a person with a different background aka (not white).

Very friendly service. The car had some pretty extensive dents on the rear bumper and the seats in the front were badly stained. Be sure to go over the car thoroughly when you pick it up before renting. There was not a large inventory to choose from, so I had to take what I could get. The gas tank was empty so the rep had to take it to the gas station to fill it up before I took the car. The one thing I would have appreciated was to be told the office would be closed on Sunday when I went to return the vehicle. I was not told this nor was I given any instructions on what to do if the office was closed when returning my vehicle. Fortunately, when I went to park the car in the lot indicated on the gate to take it to, the store owner next to the parking lot was outside and he instructed me on what to do. If that person would not have been there, I would have had no idea what to do!

The car and the service were great. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because we were charged for an extra driver simply because we were not married. I think it might be time for Enterprise to catch up with the times.

The service here is consistently professional and courteous. I get in, get what I needed and out the door free any hassles. If youre not using Enterprise Rental youre throwing away time and money.
