I had rented a car through Avis a couple weeks ago. I was so please with how patient Alexis was when I came back in for a third time after finally sitting in the car. It smelled of stale cigarettes and I was unwilling to put my 1 yr old in the vehicle. She was very understanding and quickly offered me an alternative. The car was great and the service was excellent. I will definitely be going back for my next rental need. Thank you!

We didn’t end up being able to rent our car. I will never use this location in the future. The blonde woman working on 03/01/2020 was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. When I scheduled my pickup it did not state I had to be at the location at that time, I picked mid afternoon so that I knew my newborn baby would be up and ready to go. The woman was not understanding at all and quite frankly disrespectful. I wish now that I would have asked her name so I could complain about her to corporate specifically. It’s unfortunate that she has now made me dislike that company as a whole due to it being my only experience with them. I used a different company in town and when I told them what had happened they said I was the 4th person just TODAY to say they were treated the same way by the woman at Avis. Either get a new personality or a new profession.

The ladies at the 99 location have exceptional customer service. I can’t say the same for the airport location where the ppl there had me close to losing it. Anyways, I’ve rented twice for two separate trips in the last few months at the 99 location and Alexis helped me twice and was awesome to say the least. Also her co-worker crystal was friendly and inviting. More than anything if a company has good customer service it keeps me coming back. If you can avoid the airport and make the short trip to hwy 99 location, do it. Great job ladies! You make Avis a great place to do business. Thank you.

Went with a good friend to discuss some charges on a bill that werent clarified properly upon rental, leading to an extra $450+ extra charge than was anticipated... Was referred to as that one in a negative manner and made to feel very poorly by staff for asking for clarification and politely expressing my concern in regards to how the associate (at the time of rental) failed to properly explained the charges, when she finally decided to adjust the bill half-heartedly... Very poor customer service...

It took 2 minutes to book on line. Then to pick up it was about two minutes also. when we brought the car back it was less than a minute and it was all done. The car was great. every thing was perfect. I will be telling my friends and anyone who will hear me.

The clerk was great. Super friendly, I think his name was Mike. The process went fast. The return was easy and so was the extension I needed. I will use this location again for sure.

The woman working here is incredible. Crystal? Kristy? I forgot my license when renting our honeymoon car and she drove it to our house after closing just in time to catch us before we drove across the USA. You saved us! On the other hand, the hidden toll road fees avis charged were quite excessive.

I was an hour and a half late with a car full of packages. That was created by aggressive time stamping by the pick up Avis who took an extra 25 minutes after time stamp to actually give us the car. Upon return, I was immediately told to get my stuff out of the car and take a bus or cab home. I thought they have drive home service like Enterprise. Avis employee was as rude as could be as he took my keys. I asked to keep the car a second day to take home my packages because I was charged a second day for late return and was refused. I was charged an extra day penalty while the car was also rented immediately to someone else. Nice scam of double billing two parties for the same car on the same day. Pure Sleeze!

I had a very unfortunate exchange with avis, they were not helpful at all as far as the exchange. Getting the vehicle was easy, but I was charged on two separate cards, and when I expressed this to the customer rep, I was told to call my bank and ensure the proper actions were taken. I view this more as an inconvenience for me, when Im just trying to pay the bill and get on about my business, but instead Im spending part of my day trying to sort out the problems that Avis caused.

Worst car rental experience ever ... never again will I use Avis. They lied to me, tried to over charge me and now are lying again about my refund. Avoid at all costs ... better to walk than rent from these crooks!

Good prices, but wasnt told specifically what the whole bill would be on a 7 day rental.

Ive rented cars from most of the companies in town. The Avis / Budget on 99 is by far my favorite. Its easy and quick to pick up and drop off, with great parking and easy location to get in and out of.

Very nice people and a free upgrade!!

One often has to wait for them to retrieve a car from the airport. Other than that, nice and friendly people...
