Since purchasing my 2002 7.3 about 2 years ago these guys have been a lifeline. I live and work close by and Ive been well aware of how busy they can get but even though they are one of the most busy shops in town they never act stressed or like they have no time to help. Ive had to call CSC multiple times over the last couple years to get insight and help with my truck. Juan has been very kind and helpful even when the shop has nonstop major jobs coming and going. To this day I have had them replace injectors, replace hpop, resealed fuel pump and 2 oil changes too. I will use this shop as long as I have this truck.They also take note of other discovery items that need should be fixed but dont pressure you at all to repair. Respectful and some of the hardest workers you find these days. Cant recommend them any higher.

I took my truck in for glow plug replacement and couldn’t be more happy with the service and price. The treatment you get from this shop is above and beyond and they make you feel like family. I personally go out of my way and drive a hour just to have Josh and his crew work on my truck. I highly recommend to anyone reading this to take you vehicle to this shop.

Had a check engine light on my 2011 6.7 Powerstoke F350. I knew it was something to do with the DPF filter or EGR system. Called another shop and couldn’t get in for 3 weeks. CSC offered to have me in the same day. They found the issue as a faulty sensor and saved me considerably on that repair. They also spotted a leak from the valve cover (which I had seen and planned to address) they got that gasket replaced and fixed another issue they spotted while in there. All while getting my transportation back to me within a week, lifesaver!The manager that I talked to when I called, Juan, was very friendly and knowledgeable, not just some customer service rep who takes notes and can operate a schedule. I highly recommend these guys! I just hope they don’t get too busy to fit me in next time, but they seem to have plenty of business, so I’m confident they’ll keep up the good work.

I had an appointment, and they did my repair immediately when I arrived. CSC is my regular repair shop, as they are fair and honest about what needs to be done and how much it should cost.

This is the best shop I have ever been to! I was out of town on vacation when my Ford 7.3 started leaking oil (a lot of oil), I called several San Diego area shops and nobody would give me the time of day, fortunately, or I wouldn’t have found Josh, Juan and team at CSC. They took my call and had my truck in the shop within 30 minutes. They helped me get a rental car at a discounted rate so I didn’t have to put my vacation on hold. I was 800 miles from my house and needed my truck fixed. They could have easily taken advantage of that. They did NOT! They called within two hours telling me the issue was an easy fix! While the truck was at the shop I had them do so general maintenance items and the truck is running awesome! They are also probably the nicest guys I have ever met. Great shop, great group of professionals and I highly recommend them, especially for Ford Powerstroke diesels (although they work on all vehicles)!! Thanks Juan! Thanks Josh!

Ive been going to this spot for about 7 years, which makes me feel sorta old; it was recommended to me by a family friend back in the day, and Ive been returning to it ever since. The crew has been amazing, from the ability to assess the problems in my car(s), to the capacity to fix the problems in a timely manner, to the excellent customer service, to the super competitive pricing. Its great to have found a mechanic and a crew who are genuinely good people. Honestly, its an amazing place, and a great resource for Escondido. Highly recommended.

Update - We took our Sprinter RV in for a 60k service. Again, Juan and the team at Certified are highly professional, experienced, and very friendly to boot! Its hard (if not impossible) to find a Completely Honest auto shop in California. Seriously, if they tell us something needs repair, we trust them completely. Great service every time!

Brought my truck in for a temp issue. They tested it and with in 20 min said it had a blown head gasket. Gave me a 7k estimate. Took it to ford dealer. The after market temp gauge was broken! What a bunch of crooks! Just drove the truck pulling my 12k trailer in 110 deg heat 300 miles . No problem at all! THEY HAVE NO SHAME!!!

First off, all the guys here are super informative, nice, genuine and very hard working. I’ve gotten lots of parts replaced and I have no complaints, this is the best place I’ve found and the only place me and my boyfriend will be going to, we recommend it to all our friends and family. Juan the front desk, he is great, I can’t believe how well he is with customers, I could never be that nice and sweet, the new mechanic, Danny he fixed my timing belt and some other things, and my car is running soooooo much better I love it, I can go long distance and it makes me really happy,thank you to all of you for being so great to us

I feel so fortunate to have found this auto shop. Their diagnostics skills are far superb to many places Ive been. They provide service with a smile and are some of the most professional people I know in the automotive repair industry. Id recommend them to anyone. Theyve been able to repair the air conditioning on my car twice now, an item that even dealership mechanics were incapable of finding and repairing, much less other shops. Theyve kept my car in top notch shape. Yes, its cost a bit, but it sure was cheaper than buying another car. Well worth every penny Ive spent for them to maintain and repair my car.

Took my Subaru Outback to Josh and he was able to diagnose an issue that 2 other mechanics couldnt identify. His front office staff has excellent communication and kept me in the loop of the status of my car. He also replaced brake pads and rear rotors. But my front rotors were in good enough condition to reuse after getting machined flat. His pricing is excellent and so is his customer care. I figured out why he was able to diagnose my car and the other mechanics couldnt. He drove my car! The other 2 mechanics were too lazy to recreate the problems I was having.

I can honestly say that Certified Service Center Inc. of Escondido, Ca. is the most ethical, mechanically knowledgeable and most customer Service oriented shop around. I was referred by a friend because of their expertise with Ford vehicles and their very reasonable prices. Josh the owner, has true professionals working at the shop Ben, Shani, Mike and Juan are all on task and helpful. Although, I live 45 miles away, this is my go to shop for all of my vehicle needs. Wow! Certified Service Center is one of the best automotive repair facilities in San Diego County. The owner Josh is so caring and attentive. He never tries to up sale which a lot of repair shops like to do. Juan the service advisor is amazing.I purchased my 2005 F350 DRW a few years back and bought a third party extended warranty from the dealer. Each time I brought my truck to other repair facilities I was constantly have to pay out-of-pocket for majority of the work. In short, those repair shops werent very persistent in getting the warranty claim covered. However, every time Ive brought my truck to CSC Juan has worked with my warranty company, often having to call several times throughout the day, and made it to where Im not having to pay out-of-pocket as much.As far as mechanical work goes the staff is excellent. I always feel confident bringing my truck to CSC knowing the problem will be fixed correctly the first time.

Need some help with some issues on my VW carb. They took it in and tested it on their engine and made some adjustments for me right there on the spot. I went home and installed it and everything ran perfectly.
