Trying to find an honest and trust worthy mechanic is is nearly impossible for a woman that knows little about cars, if you fall into this category like me.. Look no further for an honest one stop shop. Kyle and the rest of the team are truly AMAZING. My brakes started squeaking a while back, I was due for an oil change and smog, I took my car in and was on a time crunch.. The team looked at my breaks and determined that they were not currently due, just making some noise, rather than making the decision for me to replace them or not.. They texted me and gave me the option. They saved me money with their honesty. As long as these guys are around I will NEVER go anywhere else! Not to mention they helped my mother in law when a different mechanic shop in Escondido (mechanic mikes) did a shotty job on replacing the engine on her car!! Best. Experience. Ever! I reached out to I Got A Guy because my Mini Cooper needed brakes. They gave me an ACCURATE quote right away. The price was perfect! MUCH less than the dealer, and with MUCH better service. I made an appointment and got a reminder text (which I need!) a few days before. Not only were they less expensive and much friendlier, but they PICKED UP MY CAR! Pinch me. Kyle, the tech, was great! Super nice and helpful. Took my car, and got it done! They communicated with me all day, and guess what? The quote given weeks before was SPOT ON! None of this surprise work that the dealership always pulled on me. Needed our radiator fixed right away and they were able to accommodate us. It was fixed and we were on our way in a few hours. Great customer service and top notch work.

I dealt with Kyle on the alignment of my my Macan. He was friendly personable and outgoing. The quality of the job was excellent. This is a 4 wheel alignment that was half the cost quoted from the dealer. I just cant afford subsidising Bill Hoehns European vacations anymore.

Had my starter and alternator replaced in my Toyota Tacoma. This was the best experience I have had with an Automotive shop. Dropped the car off in the AM and I had it back and running perfect with in a few hours. Matt and Kyle were great and easy to work with.

Finally, I Got a Guy for my Prius! Its rare to find a good independent auto shop - especially one that works on hybrids, but these guys clearly know what they are doing. Overall really happy with the communication and service I received. Definitely will be back!

Can I just say how much I love working with these guys? First. They come and pick my car up from my personal residence. This is huge. Saved me so much time.
