I was attended to as soon as I arrived. Jaime greeted me with a courteous and professional demeanor, did a great job at letting me know that my tires would soon need to be replaced, and was just plain helpful. Alejandro performed the oil change and it was one of the quickest services Ive had! 10/10!

Had an oil change at this location this afternoon. The service was fast, courteous, and affordable. Unfortunately on the way home my vehicle started billowing smoke from the engine compartment and I had to pull over with my baby on a busy highway. When my husband checked under the hood, he noticed that the dipstick was not not pushed in all the way. My engine compartment was covered in oil which had sprayed everywhere. Thankfully I still had enough oil to make it home without my engine seizing.When I reached out to this shop to let them know, they did apologize, but did not offer to make it right in any way. Thats bad business in my opinion and I wont be returning to this location.

Great customer service, no stress or push for more services. the technician noticed I had a low air pressure indicator on my Dash and filled up my air without being asked. Very impressed.

A couple things: Tried to drop off used oil at this location and the tech there said theres a charge for that. Told him it was free, by law and he reluctantly let me drain the oil into their collector. On another occasion, tried to get my tires on my fleet truck rotated and was told that he wouldnt do it because the lower treaded tire(not at tread bar though) in the front, should stay there in case of a blowout, the vehicle wouldnt lose control. The guy obviously doesnt know what hes talking about because youd want the better set of tires up front because thats what steers the vehicle! Youre less likely to lose control if the rear blows out. Makes me question their automotive knowledge.

Employees were friendly but the company itself is overpriced. I went in for an oil change on a mustang I’ve had for 13 years and have never paid more than $30.00 at any other shop. Their price was $69.99 for an oil change a half if that was for labor. They were gracious enough to tell me about a $13 off coupon online but I still paid over $60 for just an oil change. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I dont trust anyone with my or my families vehicles. But the people at this location are awesome, honest, and hard workers. I had taken my moms car to this location. And they were quick , efficient ,professional and greatly priced. My mom is driving to Texas. And they explained my moms car didnt need an oil change! They were honest! And even filled up my moms tires. Just to know they took care of my family means the world! I work at Pacific Sales so its so convenient to leave my car with them. There is parking all around there. If you need to wait and kill time. You have Platos Closet, Chucky Cheese, heck even a gold store! Food places, hair cuts, and a post office. So it makes it really convenient location to get an oil change done or any other service. Bravo to all the employees that work at that location. Thank you so so much for taking care of my mother! She appreciates it as well!

Was quick,easy,polite &friendly.

Passing through before driving a few more thousand miles and I remembered I need new brake pads so I didnt accidentally plow into a school bus. Two dudes running the joint were solid and professional. 10/10 recommend for all lubrication needs.

If you dont mind dealing with thugs then this is your place. Did not vacuum my car or clean my windows. Doubt that any of the other things included in their signature oil change were completed either. 😑

I went to Jiffy Lube to get an oil change. When they opened the hood they found a snake. They guys were so nice and helpful dealing with the snake problem and my over heating problem. I will definitely be going back to them.

Great service and got everything done very fast. Definitely would recommend this location over the other Escondido one.

Jiffy lube might be ok for oil changes but don’t get ANY other work done here! They put subpar brakes on my work truck that wore away completely in one month! Almost got me killed on the freeway. I took it back and demanded replacements, which they did, with the same terrible brake pads! Now I’m getting them replaced for the THIRD time in 6 months (at a real shop). The new shop told me they also used the wrong anti-seize on the brakes as well which contributed to the deterioration. Needless to say this is not a place I would trust with any vehicle.

These guys tightened my oil plug so tight that i ended up having to take it to someone else to break it loose. I will never go to another jiffy lube again.
