Went in there for the first time for an oil change. While I was in the waiting room I overheard the owner on the phone with a customer. He went over what they found that car needed and explained why AND went over what they found that did NOT need attention and why. I never heard that before, anywhere. When my truck was ready, same conversation about what they found was needed and what was not needed, such as not needed were disc break pads, air filter and tires. The oil change was cheaper than the dealership. I saw the clean, orderly shop area and was very impressed. Going in there I knew I needed a new timing chain. The quote was almost half that of the dealer. I scheduled an appointment for the next week. Great original art on the office walls, done by the owners father. Those alone are worth the trip in to see them. I WILL be back.

Mitch, Efren and the rest of the team at 5th Ave Auto Service run a first class operation and deserve every one of the 5 star reviews they have! Since I found them I have not gone to any other mechanic. They service all of my vehicles including my MINI which is highly modified and scares most mechanics into either not working on it or charging me an exurbanite rate to scare me away. 5th Ave Auto Service do anything and everything your car might need and they do it in the cleanest shop I have ever seen. Now fixing cars is one thing but customer service is another and as someone who wants to know exactly what is going on and why, I ask a lot of questions and Mitch and Efren have always taken their time to hear me out and answer all my questions. This type of service is very hard to come by nowadays.
