John was great and gave great service. My truck is running great 3 weeks after the repair to my driveshaft. During the repair John received a bad part and let me know that he would make it right. He kept my car for an extra day and made sure the repair was done correctly. Thank you for the great service.

If you have a performance vehicle, do not take your vehicle here. Billy the mechanic, a self proclaimed Mustang man, stole my performance clutch. Said it wasnt compatible. Put in my old clutch and charged me for a new basic one. Thank God Citibank has consumer protection. I was able to get all my money back. But, am still stuck for the $700 performance clutch I purchased. This is a chop shop. The owner, a master mechanic said he would work on my mustang but instead passed it off to his mechanic. Billy has characteristics of a meth user that are very apparent.Save yourself the hassle. Thank God for Gosch Ford Escondido. They confirmed my suspicions regarding both clutches and dropped my transmission, per my request, to show that none of my gaskets had been replaced, as I had asked advanced 66 to do and that they charged me for.Caused me a lot of grief.

The employees at Shop 66 were friendly and very helpful. I had trouble finding a shop that would replace my battery (which was still under warranty). The shop that originally installed it was no longer in business. Shop 66 made a phone call to the distributor, ordered the battery and took care of it for me!

I was referred to Advanced Shop 66 for repair on my Acura. Master Mechanic John by far exceeded my expectations! Reputable, fair and a Hella good Mechanic. Thank you John, its nice to know I dont have to worry now when it comes to my car! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for auto repair or service in North County San Diego!
