When I left my car in the excellent hands of John’s Automotive to have a timing belt, oil change and an issue with my steering completed, when finished, it was driving like a new car and was done in a timely and more than affordable price.

Mechanic came out and said dont be nice and just yank it. He pulled on it and sure enough it came off. I was like wow! They were about to let me go. I asked them to go ahead and replace the wiper arms and worn cowl with parts I had. boom they got it done for a great price. Honest mechanics. I was thoroughly impressed and I highly recommend them.

They took care of me like I was family! The undercarriage was hanging loose and dragging. They fixed it up quick.Thanks guys- I really appreciate it!

Honest straight forward auto repair shop.

Once again a wonderful experience. Every time I go there I understand exactly what Ben and Matt are doing with my car and why they are doing it, unlike so many other places that are cryptic and only want to hand you the bill. Furthermore, because they help you make an informed choice on everything regarding your vehicle maintenance. As always, John’s will remain my first choice for any maintenance needed on my car.

I brought my Jeep to Johns Automotive because they were referred to me by a friend. Ben and Matt at the shop were professional and honest. Yes.... Honest!!! I was expecting to get raked over the coals, as shops usually do, but I was given a quote for thousands less than the dealership, they used Mopar parts and didnt cheap out on china parts, and delivered on time! What more can you ask for? I would give them 6 stars if I could. Great shop, great people, and amazing service!!!

Really and truly one of the best! Wanted my AC compressor replaced and my brakes checked. They did a vehicle inspection and found a few other issues that were handled same day. Everything was done for a bit more than what a chain store would have charged for just the compressor. This included: new compressor, chemical clean, new lightbulb, and new front and rear brakes. My car drives like a different car. Really, if you need some serious auto work done, look here. When they thought it was going to be an overnight job they offered to bring me anything I needed from my vehicle. Truly amazing in every regard.

I was referred to Johns Automotive and was very pleased. I have been dealing with a sub par shop off Rose Street and have had nothing but problems. Even problems they caused and refused to fix. I went to Johns Automotive and within a few hours got the call that my Dash lights were fixed!! Cost was great. I will definitely continue to go here. Thanks Ben at the front desk.

I wish I could give 6 stars at the service, kindness, and price point of Johns Automotive. I am blown away by their customer service, and they definitely embrace the mom n pop aspect of a local business. They will go out of their way to make sure you take care of your vehicle properly, and are always available to answer any questions without judgement. I found my mechanic, and I will be suggesting this place to everyone I can. Ben is a great manager and customer oriented, well versed in his trade, and overall, just a nice person.

Ben was awesome. engine trouble on the way to work. called Ben the morning of. he got me in and was done with all the repairs by the time I was off work. super personable and did a great job. showed and explained to me the problems my engine was having. I felt like he was a neighborhood mechanic due to how friendly he was, standing with me at my engine, showing me ways to prevent this from happening again in the future.

Last week I had a problem with my car. I was in serious trouble. I stopped in this workshop and when the mechanics came out, they saw the seriousness of the matter, they took out a car jack, and they solved the problem for me the instant. All hard like 15 minutes. When the car was lowered, it was already repaired. When I went to pay they told me that they would not charge me because the repair had not been complicated. I want to thank God for the favor they gave me and for how kind they were with me, because even though I could have turned in the car, they repaired my car without charging me anything. They said it was a simple repair and they would not charge me anything. How honest this workshop really was with me and my family.
