Attempted contact with company didnt get past reception as soon as I said hello they just hung.

The general manager of this shop is amazing. She pays close attention to detail, goes out of her way to make sure that youre not overpaying, and doesnt do anything to your car that you dont need. You can tell that she works incredibly hard and really cares about her customers. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Emily is a real CHAMP!!!!!! got my car towed no hassle, then turns out to be the most patient and understanding mechanic Ive ever met. A lot of work need to be done to my baby. and shes on top of it all. I thought I knew a lot of things about my car,NOPE she told me about things I was COMPLETELY unaware of and is providing easy resolutions to these problems........ Simply Put You cant get better or quicker service any where else in the city!!!!

Really impressed with these guys! Very professional, and only person to answer me on a Sunday. My truck was immobile, and they were able to get to me within an hour and diagnose the problem (clogged fuel filter), and fix it for a pretty fair price. Most importantly, they got me back on the road within 4 hours of calling them! Highly recommended, Thanks again!

Emily is a great worker and very friendly. First time experience was incredible. She’s incredibly sweet and generous and really cares about her costumers.

I live in the mountains and was in Englewood visiting and my headlight went out I was at oreillys and being so mechanically challenged as I am I was struggling to get the damn light in. And out walks a grease covered angel named Emily.She was so helpful and knew exactly what to do.Although she just got off work she took the time to help us two morons when she couldve walked right by.I will be bringing all my vehicles the 150 miles just to have her work on them what can I say the girl knows her Sh#*! Shes got our business for as long as she can stand us.I will recommend her to anyone who will listen to me. Thank you Emily and by the way.....Love the haircut!

This shop is now closed. There is note on the door and place is locked down. If anybody reads this and their vehicle is still in the shop please stop by tomorrow morning. I will have Englewood police department there first thing in the morning to release vehicles. My vehicle is one of them in the building.

Emily seemed like she was reliable and honest however after 7 days with my car and dozens of excuses as to why I couldn’t pick it up I was forced to call the cops for her to release the vehicle. She claimed there was a gas leak in the garage and the heat went out preventing her from removing the car from the garage. I confirmed with the adjacent business (also her landlord) that nothing of the sort had happened. Emily texted many times telling me she was working on the car and making progress and that it would be ready. These were long drawn out explanations of what she was doing. There were about a dozen items she claimed to have worked on and fixed. A half dozen times she told me she was going to bring me the car or I could pick It up only to wait hours and hours and not get the car. When I arrived the day she claimed it was ready she was still working on the brakes. I waited in her garage six hours for her to do the brake pads and caliper. Any other mechanic could have done that in 45 min. When I took it to another mechanic to look at her work, she had only done the front brake pads and a caliper. She charged me $700 which is six times what the estimate was for the brake pads. She basically robbed me and kept my car hostage until calling law enforcement.
