The owner Matt was very professional. He even drove me personally to the rental car agency so I wouldn’t be put out more money using a Lyft because this damage was caused to me by someone else. He called me with his estimate and a completion date of two days! I would definitely use him in the future.

My car was done ahead of time. The pearl white paint was beautiful and the car was cleaned inside and out! It looked like my 2013 Accord was a brand new car...beautiful job!! Id highly recommend working with Joe who does the scheduling. Five stars!!

Got truck back with over spray, check engine light, and 1 new tire when other three have 50 percent use, anyone knows you put at least two on, truck pulls to one side when driving and stopping, no pride in workmanship or customer satisfaction!Good news is insurance company had us take it to Douglas Dodge, they fixed everything and it’s like new. So if you get in an accident have your car towed to a credible shop and maybe it will be fixed right the first time with pride and the safety of the customer in mind.

So upset about my accident in my new car. They made it look and feel like it was never in an accident. So pleased and happy with their dedication to customer satisfaction.

If I could give this rating a 0/10 I would. Service was beyond what you can call terrible. My car was a Cadillac SRX that a palm tree fell onto during a bad storm. This auto body shop should not even be allowed to service the general public. I had to take my car to a second shop to have all of their mistakes corrected. My car was fixed with non- Cadillac parts glued on, falling off, and some parts I was charged for and the parts were not even present when brought to the second shop. When approaching the business owner and manager they screamed at my entire family while holding Wendys bags and dunkin donuts saying water pouring in my car from the roof was a pre-accidental problem when it was not. Needless to say, do not trust this shop unless you want to pay to have things done twice, very disrespectful unprofessional staff.
