It did take time to fix my car but that’s to be expected when the world stops for a pandemic. They were always kind and willing to help me out. They worked it out with my insurance and everything seems to be working great. I’m grateful that my car is home now.

My car has been with Front Range since March 12th. It is ready for pickup and all repairs done, however, after three weeks the shop has not submitted a bill to insurance.I cannot pickup the vehicle until FrontRange gets paid by the insurance. I do not understand the hold up and continue to get told that the bills will be submitted when they never do.It seems from past reviews, the shop can handle smaller jobs efficiently, but on larger insurance jobs, they get into the weeds, losing all communication with the customer.Ultimately, I am writing this review in hopes that FrontRange will submit the bill to insurance so I can get my car back.

I do not know if all of these positive reviews are fake or if im just the literally the unluckiest person of all time, but I would rather have like 10 root canals than ever deal with this business again. Here is my experience:We just moved to CO, and needed body work done. I was driving around the neighborhood and came across Front Range in Englewood and was impressed by my experience with Chad, the sales manager, so I decided I would go with Frontrange for the work. I was told the work would take ~3 weeks. It felt like a long time, but they seemed legit so we rolled with it. Chad was eager, and repeatedly followed up to set up the day I would bring the car in. I was assured that like other shops ive had work done at, the team takes care of paperwork with our insurance company to ensure that everything goes smoothly.Well, weeks go by, and I dont receive a single update from Front Range. It was odd because in my past experiences, I would get a call with updates at different stages even if the car was only there for a week, but I didnt think much of it because maybe this shop just isnt set up that way. I assumed good intent, which was a mistake. I then I get a call from Enterprise, saying that starting tomorrow wed have to start paying out of pocket for our car rental. It was very strange because we were told that Frontrange would keep our insurance updated, and our insurance would then extend the rental based on the supplemental provided by Front Range. I called Front Range, and Samantha, the office manager, told me she was handling it. That she needs to submit the supplemental. Weird that it hadnt already been done, but she was nice so we trusted her. She would say she would call back to confirm it was done, and never did. She then just began ignoring our calls all together, which is when we started to panic.At the same time, I called our insurance and they said that they did finally get a hold of Samantha, and she said she made a mistake and didnt send the supplemental to the right email, and she would fix it ASAP. Well, after being completely ghosted, we were able to get the number of Alex, shop manager (?) and get his help. Alex kept blaming our insurance, but our insurance kept their story the same, they were still just waiting for Samantha to submit the supplemental and from there, it would take 2-3 business days to approve. They didnt understand why this was so complicated. Alex ultimately allowed us to pick up the car, because at this point, the work was finally done (4 weeks later), and it was understood that they would finish things up on the backend and get our insurance company the supplemental, so everything could be sorted out.WELL, we move on with our lives and feel a HUGE weight off our shoulders that we never have to go back to Front Range again and can just move on. That is, until we get a charge $323 charge from Enterprise for our rental car. We call our insurance and they tell us they have yet to receive the supplemental, so the car was just covered for the initial estimate. My husband and I literally thought it had to be a joke. How could this be real? I would think that at minimum, if not for my sanity, Front Range would have incentive to get paid in full but to this day, Front Range has yet to submit the supplemental to our insurance.To be honest, I have never experienced this level of incompetence with a business. I want to reiterate that Chad is awesome, but there is something fundamentally wrong when a shop has such a great sales associate but is not set up to effectively support customers or just do the bare minimum. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else. Truly anywhere else.

Front Range is a breath of fresh air. My brand new truck was struck with an unfortunate hail storm and needed a veteran team to repair back to original. Immediately from the introduction, I could tell Front Range was dedicated to quality and customer service. I very much appreciated their attention to detail and hard work to streamline the insurance process. I received my truck back after their work was finished and could not tell it was ever damaged. They replaced with OEM parts and very much cared to protect my equity in the vehicle. Thank you entire Front Range team for your help and professionalism.

Great service, great results. Professional service and efficient front office. Estimate was provided using their new technology that allowed me to upload photos from my phone and then they provided an accurate cost estimate. Removed an annoying ding on my new truck and now it looks new again. Work was finished within two hours with only one trip to their shop due to their new on-line estimate process.

My daughter has a car with preexisting hail damage and was in a fender bender last night. I need to make some decisions on what to do with the vehicle. Chad from the Denver location spent a significant amount of time on the phone with me and gave me a wealth of information all the while knowing that I quite likely will choose to file the claim and have the car totaled. To me that is a sign of incredible integrity. I have never stepped foot in this business, but if I need a body shop in Denver again, they will be the first place I go.

My Insurance Company low balled me as Insurance Companys are trained to do and offered me $7800+ for my Totaled vehicle. I then then brought vehicle to Front Range Auto Body and Jon went to bat for me. The insurance company then agreed it was a Total Loss and upped their offer to $12,000+.Jon , having already researched the value of the vehicle in excess of $20,000 then advised me to invoke my appraisal clause , a detail I knew Absolutely Nothing about , and hire an appraiser , which I did. The appraiser , David Cowan of WreckExpert.com then stepped up to the plate and hit it outta the park! End result ; After my deductible and appraiser fee I cleared $23,300+!!!... Thats $15,500+ More than the insurance companys original offer. I probably couldnt of gotten that much if I had sold the vehicle myself before the Total. If you are looking for someone who truly believes in representing you and getting top dollar for your wrecked vehicle , go with Jon and his Expert Team of professionals at Front Range Auto Body. I got into a bad accident on New Years Eve and was extremely anxious about dealing with the fallout, having never been in an accident before. Chad walked me through the entire procedure. Even though I annoyingly called right at opening after leaving a message the day before, he was patient and understood why I was so anxious and pestering. This has been the best experience out of a bad situation and I am truly grateful for how my car was handled.

What an amazing experience! Never would I have expected for a dent removal shop to have such a nice and upscale facility. Not only that but they work on everything from Toyotas to Ferraris and everything in between.

I brought my car in there and was told a original estimate of 3000. They told me that they would take care of dealing with my insurance and just to bring my car in. 2 week later they told me that it would cost 10k instead of 3k so I knew my insurance wouldnt cover it(and they wouldnt) so I asked for them to release my vehicle. They said they would release the vehicle but they where going to charge me 5k to release my vehicle (which they didnt do any work on) simple because of garage storage fees. They where charging 5x more in garage storage fees then any other shop i did my due diligence on. Because they where going to charge me so much to release it I thought i could work out something with my insurance. In short two week later my insurance had to pay 10k in garage storage fees to get my car out of the shop. I then took my car to ramsey autobody who did a great job came in under the original estimate and gave me a life time warranty on the repair.This isnt just my car that this happened to they said they where having the same insurance issues with 3 other cars that where in there at that time.Dont take your car here one of the head guys used to work for a insurance agency so they know the ins and outs of scamming your insurance agency. In my insurance didnt cover that 10k in garage storage fees to release my car i would have been screwed. These guys arnt car guys they are sales men and frauds that will scam you to benefit themselves.

I has previously written a review for this place after work was done on my 2015 BMW 428 and it was all good until I took it home and started using things. I tried opening my sunroof and it wouldnt open so i went back and I was told that it hadnt been connected properly. I left and a couple days I noticed the headliner had not been put back properly so they told me theyd send someone out.They did but still wasnt right! Then I go to the carwash and water starts leaking in, took it back had the same issue a week later when i went wash the car. Long story short I went back 7 TIMES! YES you read that right, and still it wasnt right, finally I took it BMW of Denver and the double checked all the work, now its fixed. Dont be fooled by the nice store front. The quality of work does match up. You would think the 1st time going back they wouldve double checked everything, WELL EVEN ON THE 7th time all I got was an apology and my time wasted.

These guys are outstanding! The work is top notch and the service is even better. They have done work on two cars of mine (paintless dent repair). They were fast, fair priced, and just outstanding results. I would not hesitate to recommend them highly and will definitely have them handle my cars in the future.

I recently used Front Range Automotive to repair a small, odd dent on my hood inthe crease. Not the easiest repair and one sans paint loss (no idea how the dent happened). Front Range Automotive had the work done in one morning and did some additional touch-up paint for minor scrapes. Would recommend; seems to be a lower volume, personalized shop experience which is appreciated.

Just had one of the best auto repair experiences at front range. I had some time to kill and saw the good reviews so I figured I’d go get a quick quote. Ingrid was super helpful and told me she could get it my dent fixed right there and then and I’d be in and out in 30 minutes. She was absolutely right! The waiting area is also very nice. I called Front Range and they were happy to fit me in the next morning and took out the dent in 10 mins!Guys and gals, if you need ANYTHING done to your vehicle to keep it in top shape, do not hesitate to use Front Range! They have tinted the windows of all my vehicles and as noted, removed those door dings that keep showing up!

Had a small dent removed from one of my trunk quarter panels on my Subaru WRX - they had the best quote in town and did amazing work. It truly looks like it was never there which is a big plus. Great service and they got me in quickly.

I have had the pleasure of working with the folks at Front Range twice this year. Usually having your vehicle in the shop for an insurance claim is not pleasurable, but the staff here is so great that they made it as smooth as possible.In August I dropped off my S4 for PDR and they immediately went to work on the estimate, filing a 4k+ supplement to the insurance company. They worked with the adjuster to make sure they had what they needed to repair the vehicle to factory specifications. Insurance approved the supplement and work began right away, 8k in PDR took a solid 4 weeks to complete but I can honestly say It looks as if nothing ever happened. If anything the car looks better after having some of the moldings replaced! Also not something you expect in this situation.In September I dropped off my Q5 to have PDR work (same storm as the S4) and collision damage repaired (happened while waiting for the S4). I explained to them the abnormal situation of having two active claims on the vehicle, and without hesitation the took it on. Over the next 5-6 weeks Cody worked tirelessly to make sure I was made whole again, whether that have been repair or a total loss. The car ended up being a total loss, but again Front Range handled it like pros and I couldnt be happier!Thank you again to Cody, Anson, and the whole team over there. Cheers!

Our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo was backed into a couple of weeks ago. Damage was done to the passenger side/rear door. Front Range did an amazing job repairing the damage. They are polite, professional, fair priced and do great quality work. I highly recommend them. While you there, get your windows tinted. I did and they are also fantastic. I would definitely return for any future needs.

I had a small dent on my back left bumper and really did not want to be paying $900-$1000 to remove the entire bumper. I found Front Range Dent Removal online and read their fantastic reviews. I took my car there today 2/18 just as they opened. Andrew and Ansol took me in even before their doors opened at 8. They accessed the car, gave me a price, and a time estimate but worked on it right away. I appreciated their kindness and customer service. My car was done in about an hour! It was perfect. To be honest, never would I have expected to have the experience I did - or to feel a need to give a 5-star rating - to the place that repaired the hail damage on my car. Ive been through these things before. If youre lucky, theyre fine. However, the experience with Front Range Dental Removal was completely different. Not only did they do an amazing job on the repairs and coordinate details with the insurance, but everyone there made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Starting with receiving a welcome from the owner when I arrived to drop my car off to receiving fantastic customer service while I waited in the lobby to pick up my vehicle. Staff is super friendly and really want to help, but ultimately cant deliver on high quality work, which they charge for. This review is about their auto window tint service, and its sub par. They even had to re-do it because there was obvious problems with the first application. Unfortunately, they only have one technician doing this service so although the second time was slightly better there is still problems with the tinting application. Looking at the tint there are what appears to be tiny bubbles, which they said was due to dust/debris in the shop area. I have had my car windows tinted before and never has this been an issue. A dirty shop should not be your reason behind bad service. In addition, there is a knife cut in the driver window tint. Overall sloppy work. You might as well save your $500 and pay a neighborhood kid to do the work.

The techs here know what their doing. Andrew provides excellent service. If you need body work done, this is the spot to go!!!

After being through 3 hail storms my car again looks like it is brand new. When the other companies were telling me that parts of my car were totaled and needed to be replaced and repainted you were able to repair it so that it looked like the day I bought it. Then on top of it all you only had my car for a fraction of the time that others repair facilities were going to take. Ansons staff was very detail oriented and nothing was missed the attention to detail was perfect, my car looks brand new. If I ever need a dent removed again this is where I am going.

Front Range Automotive Solutions is a fabulous, well run shop! I drove all the way from Castle Rock to have a clear bra and window tint on my new car. I was able to wait in their lounge area and watch Netflix while they completed the work. The staff is trustworthy and professional, the shop is clean and the services they provide have always exceeded my expectations. They have earned a repeat customer.

After hail storm after hail storm here in Colorado I realized I had to get a few of the major dings repaired. I called Front Range and spoke to Anson. Super nice guy & very helpful over the phone. I got a really great quote and just jumped on it! - Once finished I couldnt even tell I had any existing damage. Top notch work all around!! Thanks for the quality work.

I took my Tacoma in with lots of hail damage. Ingrid, Anson, and crew got it looking like new again lickity-split. This was by far the best service I have had done to my vehicle. This is the only place we will have body work done to our cars.

We were in Dillon visiting and managed to put a 4 diameter dent in the plastic bumper. I found Front Range through Yelp and called them later Thursday evening. Ingrid was very helpful. Asked me to send her some photos. Based on the pictures, she told me she can get the dent out to at least 95% of the original. She also managed to fit me in on a short notice the next day. We showed up, met with Jose who was very professional and had the dent out in less than an hour. Other than the scratches, the bumper is pretty much back to the original condition.These folks are honest and capable and does a great job. I would highly recommend them.

As I finished up my latest round of golf, I found the passenger door of my truck to be the unfortunate recipient of an errant golf ball :-(Fortunately Front Range Dent Removal was able to come out to my office, give me a quote, and then repaired the dent while I was at work! A Hit and run in a parking lot left my bumper with a large dent. I called Front Range they were kind, efficient, and gave overall great customer service. My car looks like it was never hit. I am so grateful and will refer all my friends to Front Range. They are miracle workers.

Given that many of the (Google) reviews are clearly friends of the owner(s) (it was a new business at the time so some shill reviews were needed, I guess), I thought it was necessary to provide a thorough review on how this place operates. In short, use this place at your own risk.TL;DR version of my hail repair service: seat-belts reinstalled incorrectly (and rendered non-functional), marred body work, broken vent on hood, extra miles on the odometer, floor mats not placed back in car.Took my car here to have some hail damage repaired. With multiple high-end cars and works-in-progress present, a tour of the shop by one of the owners instilled the confidence I needed to leave my car in their care.Fast-forward to the pick-up date. A walk-around inspection of the exterior revealed that all the damage was repaired. Paid my balance with the shop and got in the car. Noticed immediately that the seat belts on the front driver side and the passenger side did not work (I could not pull them at all). Informed the owner, Anson, and he nonchalantly said that they must have re-installed the seat belt mechanisms incorrectly. It took the shop another hour to have two guys fix it. A critical safety item was not checked prior to handing the car over?With that huge oversight, I decided to give the car a closer inspection before leaving the shop. The floor mats I kept in my trunk were not there, but rather put off to the side on the floor near their detailing booth. Had to put them back in the trunk myself.For those who dont know, there are typically dime-sized access holes in the trunk and hood that communicate with the cavity between the external body/skin, and the internal skin. To pop the dents in (the external skin of) a hood or trunk, they insert a long metal rod through these holes. Leverage is applied against the metal around the hole so they can force the dent out from the inside-out with the rod. When I looked at the access holes on my car, the metal surrounding them was completely chipped/marred up to the point where the raw, shiny metal was showing. Only one of the holes had touch-up paint applied. When I showed Anson this, he developed an attitude and said this is how things are done. Really? So you only touch-up some holes and not others? He stormed off and had one of his guys apply touch-up paint to the remaining holes.There is a plastic vent on my hood that has clips under the hood to hold the lines for the windshield washer fluid. Noticed that all the clips were broken with the lines dangling in the engine bay. Informed the heavy-set woman who runs the front desk about it. Said they probably broke during removal of the hood because the plastic was old and brittle. Took some firm words to enlighten them to the fact that if you broke it, you fix it. They did eventually do it, but not because of any semblance of integrityNoticed that my car had 18 additional miles on the odometer. Approached the heavy-set woman again with my finding...she said its because they had to keep moving my car in/out of the shop to make room for other cars. 18 miles, a distance similar to going from Denver proper to just shy of Castle Pines? Ok lady. She even went on to say that they have Lambos and Ferraris in the shop, so why would they joy-ride in MY car? Needless to say, the logic matched her slovenly appearance, amongst other shady practices (e.g. offering to lie to insurance on the cost of repair...yup).Regardless, details matter, and this shop fell short on many. Laughable, really, when you consider a place that also does detailing work missed so many details with my service. Don’t be fooled by the flash and glam of the cars, the garage, or the waiting area. It’s all a façade to make them look edgy and urban, like those ridiculous car shops on TV. I would say they put more details into the look of the place than the quality of their work.And if you do use this shop, check those seat-belts, man.

I just got my car back from Front Range Dent Removal, and I am very pleased with the whole experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and easy to get ahold of, and my door looks as good as new. Anson and his team are great at what they do and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them and will be using their other services (clear bra, ceramic coating) in the future.

Front Range Dents did a great a job in repairing dents on my car. The estimates were half then the lowest i got from other shops. I had some paint damage as well and i never wanted to go to conventional body shop for 10 yr old car and pay the price for new bumper. Front range went a step forward and helped me with touch ups as well.I truly appreciate the honest and exceptional service given by front range.

Wow! They do great work. I had a frisbee golfer dent my brand new Mini Coopers door. I was in and out in less than an hour and you cant even see the dent anymore. Everyone who works here is friendly and professional. Great place to go!

Anson and his team were absolutely, without exaggeration, incredible. I brought my brand new 2015 (2 weeks old) bmw into them following the first bad hail storm earlier this year. These guys COMPLETELY restored it to brand new condition in just a few weeks.
