Our experience was excellent as was the amazing quality of the work completed on our Sprinter Van. It was heavily damaged and now looks Brand new! This company and staff is highly recommended. Overall a 9/10 experience. There was one dent that was not completely removed. I still have to take it up with them. Just such a schlep to be without the car again. Otherwise a pleasant experience working with them.

They repaired hail damage on my truck for free (waived my deductible). They did an amazing job. Rated them 4 out of 5 because it took 6 weeks, I had to install my new truck bed cover, I had to pick up the truck (they said the would deliver it) and I never received the $100 for recommending a client who used them for hail damage as well. If you recommend them to a friend and they actually use them then you are suppose to receive a $100 gift card. Months later never received even with 2 phone calls to remind them. Customer service contacted me after the original feedback. I was provided my $100 recommendation so I changed the rating to a 5 of 5.

We just used this shop to repair some hail damage on my husbands truck. As someone who works in insurance claims, I was not impressed with the service we received. The only reason for 2 stars is because the actual work they did on the truck was great, as it should be after 4 weeks.As for the service- it was terrible. With all the hassle and time I had to spend on this it was NOT worth them paying my $1k deductible. We ended up having to pay almost $200 out of pocket for our rental because of their games and delays. We could have had our truck back in half the time with a more reputable shop. We will be telling our friends and family in the area to STAY AWAY from this shop, and when the inevitable next hail storm comes, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Here is a timeline of my experience7/12- dropped off my car, they were an hour late. When I handed over my keys I was told I would be updated regularly.7/26- 2 weeks passed by and not a peep. my auto insurance adjuster was not able to get ahold of them regarding a supplement request. I tried calling, and was sent to a full voicemail box. I reached out to the sales person who set up the appointment out of TX, and finally got a response. There was some run around about what actually happened with the adjuster. They told me they were waiting on the estimate from the adjuster. I was able to view it on Geicos website and see that the estimate was completed on 7/21 and forwarded it to them.7/29- I was told my truck would be ready 8/4-8/58/5- was told truck would be done 8/6 but i would have to come to Denver and pick it up. Couldnt do that so they said it would be delivered 8/6 around 1-2pm8/6- was told that there was no one to deliver the truck, and I would have to drive up to Denver on Saturday 8/6 to pick up vehicle.8/7- shop was not able to meet when I was available, had to reschedule to Sunday 8/88/8- texted before 9am regarding when to meet in Denver. Did not receive a reply until noon telling me he could meet in an hour. It was a 2 hour drive so I could not make it8/9- truck was finally delivered

So, I was skeptical because they came to my front door. On a cold winters night, and Im generally not very nice to those people. They caught me in a moment of weakness, and were very kind and knowledgeable. After reading others reviews, I decided to give them a try. They were fantastic from start to finish and had excellent communication the whole time. Our truck had pretty severe hail damage from June 2018, and even needed some minor body repairs. They were timely and the truck looks great. They were great with dealing with our insurance company and were even kind enough to pick up and drop off our truck at our home. With our busy schedules and kids, this was a huge time saver for us.I really cant say anything negative! They did a great job!As much as I hope Mother Nature never hits us with baseball size hail again, I will definitely use them again if need be.

I put off getting some hail damage fixed for quite some time as I dreaded the length and complexity of the process. Thankfully I went ahead and tried out IntelliDent. Everyone was very friendly and nice. There were a couple communication issues and there were a few things they missed the first time they brought the truck back. After those issues were fixed they brought it back a second time and it looks great now. They delivered the truck to greeley for us and met us at the rental car place. Made the whole process very easy.

Matt and Fernanda were exceptional. Had to do a rush repair job on the company vehicle. I only had 1 week to get the car back for the CEO to come to town. Knowing it was a hard ask, they still committed to repair a bit of hail damage on the hood, chrome and upper roof. They navigated insurance company silliness, and they worked with other suppliers to get chrome parts; even picking up the materials to save time on delivery. They delivered the car back to my office in 6 days, beautifully repaired, and clean inside and out.

Id been putting off getting the hail repaired on my car for a while, A) I thought it withholds be super complicated, and B) didnt have the $500 deductible to get it fixed. When I finally mustered up the energy and money, I called IntelliDent and WOW!
