It was pretty bad and we contacted a few different companies and I have to say just that I was not real impressed with the customer service or should I say first contact so we kept looking and found Dentagon. I spoke with Martin and I have to say what a breath of fresh air he was. From the phone call to completion was awesome. My car was beautiful again. He promised a beautiful job and delivered. I am a business owner and customer service is everything for my business and it was very nice to see they genuinely care about their customers. You cant fake that. Thank you Martin for everything.

Martin at Dentagon was great from the moment he came out to do an estimate at my home through delivery of the repaired car. My damage wasnt even that severe, but he treated me as if I was his only customer, walking me through every step of the process and working with my insurance company to provide all of the information they needed to pay the claim. My car came out of his shop looking better than it did before the hail storm! I would highly recommend taking your car to this small shop that will provide far more attention to detail than the big national outfits.

Had an amazing experience here getting my hail damage fixed on my truck from the hail storm this year. Martin even went out of his way to try and clean up some of my other exterior issues on the truck that werent part of the hail issues. So I got hail damage to my brand new 2021 Subaru Impreza from a freak hailstorm. I had dents all over my car.The damage was significant, so I looked up hail damage repair shops and lucked out when I called Dentagon. Martin looked at the car real quick while I was at work and gave me an estimate and walked me through what my insurance company would do once I filed a claim. So about a week later, I called him back and dropped off the car. He was very professional, friendly, and transparent about what work had to be done. He decided that since it was a brand new car, to go the pointless repair route so it wouldn’t devalue the car, which took more time than it would otherwise, but considering how bad the damage was, I had no problem waiting a bit longer to get it back. Martin kept me updated with what was going on the entire time and handled everything on the insurance side of things so I basically didn’t have to lift a finger and when i got it back today, the car looked fantastic, like nothing had ever happened (he even buffed out some small scratches I had on the passenger’s side door free of charge). I couldn’t be happier with how my car looks and I would recommend using Dentagon to anyone looking to get their hail damage repaired. I really appreciate how much time and effort Martin spent on my car when he could have just sent it into a body shop (which would’ve been easier on him) and had them do a whole bunch of work on it that would likely have devalued the car significantly. God forbid I get hail damage again, I know where I’ll be going to get it fixed.

I had my Mazda 2016 serviced on Friday, 10/5/18 . Martin was ethical, hardworking, efficient, professional and went out of his way to provide excellent service. He made sure all costs were covered and I didnt have to pay any out-of-pocket costs. I enjoyed the rental car that he provided for me even though I did not have rental car imbursement under my insurance. As a courtesy, he also took out some car dings . Martin cares about his business and so it showed in their work and ultimately, the customers. He was friendly and personable. He even washed my car upon return. I appreciate that he didnt overprice me and gave me the best deal at 5- star service. If I ever have hail damage again, I will definitely come back.

Got my car fixed after the recent hail storm when I was in town visiting family. It looks like it never happened now!! Probably the best auto repair shop i have even been on. i had hail damage all over my car which required at least three weeks. i has to move to cali in two weeks and has to ask him if he can fix it by then. I really doubted that he will get the job done by then. Two weeks passed, he called and said its all done. i came to check and it was absolutely perfect. i have no idea how he have done the work in the short amount of time as he promised. So happy for the work he has done for me as if he was a friend of mine. 10/10 rating!

My 2014 Lexus IS250 f sport experienced some light hail damage. Several dozen small dents all over the vehicle. The service was great. They also waived my deductible. The car looked perfect after repair. I did find one scratch on the interior of my vehicle, on the bottom of my leather steering wheel that looked as if something rubbed against it abrading the leather. This doesn’t look like it is repairable. I am not sure how that happened but that was my only issue. The exterior of the car looked amazing. They made sure to remove all dents from the hail or not. I am giving 5 stars but would like to know what happened to my steering wheel.

When I first met Martin he seemed like a great guy and made me believe that I was going to be a happy customer, after having my car there for a month, the day I picked my car up my boyfriend and I were doing a full inspection. I dont know of anyone who is just going to hop in there car and take off without looking at it, not us... Yes they removed all hail damage even replaced roof and hood, as we were continuing with our inspection we had asked Martin some questions and for some reason he did not like the questions being asked, Martin was very rude and angry at the end and just walked off leaving his customer with one eyebrow raised , I am happy with them fixing my car just not satisfied with how we were treated at the end. When it comes to business with me your not going to see a smile on my face while inspecting my car.. like I said thank you again for the dent removal but not the bad customer service.

Update Review: My Tesla Model 3 recently received hail damage and of course, I brought it to Dentagon. Based on how well they repaired my Civic the last time, I wont trust anyone else. I was most concerned about the aluminum hood which looked like the surface of the moon. The team at Dentagon successfully repaired every dent on the car without replacing any of the body panels. I took my 4runner into Dentagon based on their excellent reviews after it was pelted with some pretty large, mile-high, hail. There were dents all over the hood and roof. It is very rare nowadays to find someone who is more concerned with quality rather than quantity, and Martin is definitely one who takes pride in his work. My daughter recently moved to Denver and shortly experienced the major hailstorm in May of 2017. Knowing no one in Denver by reputation that we could depend on we lucked into Martin at Dentagon. We recently used Dentagon to get our hail damage fixed. We had scheduled a time to bring the truck in but the day we went to go drop it off, Martin called and said he was sick and couldn’t meet us. Understandable but frustrating as my husband works long hours and we had scheduled a time where we could both be available to drive the truck over.The day the truck was fixed and I went to go pick it up and I kept getting multiple calls on what time I would be there. Frustrating as I was coming during their business hours, have a 5 month old, had to drop the rental car off and have them shuttle me over there. Difficult to stick to a strict schedule but Martin kept calling asking when we would arrive.Picked up the truck, looked great! But then he asked me to write a FIVE STAR review. I hate it when companies do this. It says to me he’s just looking to look like a great company not actually strive to be a 5 star company. Why wouldn’t you just ask me to write an honest review? Afraid of what people will write? 🤔The main reason for my 2 star review is when I got the truck home, the check engine light was on, the remote start no longer worked and the windshield wiper fluid would no liner dispense. All things that were working before we dropped it off. When I called him about it, he left me a message that said, “The quickest way to get this all fixed is go to a dealership. I probably just forgot to hook up the windshield wiper fluid line - is about a 50/50 chance I remember to hook that up” (his exact words, not mine). Not an apology or offer to fix it or anything! I could not believe it.After further inspection, the windshield washer fluid line looks like it was cut in multiple places and taped back together. So he clearly knew the line was bad but thought that taping it back together would suffice? Not hooking it back up? Not so much, Martin.Long story short, we paid him about 10k to fix our hail damage and now have to pay however much more to get more to get everything else fixed that he ruined. Not an apology or offer to get fixed. Here’s your “5 star review” you asked for Martin...little do you know I provide honest feedback unlike the other “5 star reviews” on this page.

I was one of the many folks who were affected by the May 8th hail storm, and my 2015 Forester was nearly totaled. After looking around, I went with Dentagon on a referral, and they took amazing care of me. Martin made sure the entire process was easy, and he was true to his word that he took care of everything after I brought him my car.The work was completed faster than I expected, the price was fair, and the adjustment to the insurance payout was handled without me having to deal with anything. **5/19/19 Edit: My conscience has been eating at me since I wrote my original review so Im updating this to inform a future customer. Overall my experience with Martin was great; however, he subbed out my car to the detail shop next door (one business down, to the south) to detail the car and to wax/polish it. This is where the issue lies. 2 weeks after I got my car back I wash it for the first time. After the wash I looked at the car in the sun and realized that there were swirl marks from front to back on the car. I was sick to my stomach. You have to understand that I flew to Chicago to buy this beautiful onyx, triple-black Lexus GS430 and drove it all the way back to Colorado because it was in IMPECCABLE shape. The guy before me waxed it every weekend and used high-end products so I was in shock when I saw how bad the paint was. I talked to Martin and he tells me to bring it back in and hell make it right. I brought it in and Martin didnt offer to talk to the guy next door about having the polish re-done, but instead told me to talk to him. I walk next door and start to explain the situation. At this point the guy next door starts berating me in front of everyone in the parking lot and tells me Im an idiot for asking what Im asking for and that the paint was so bad when he got it that it took them forever to polish it. At this point Im thinking This isnt my issue, I never asked for my car to be polished by someone else at another shop, why am I dealing with any of this. Martin asks me if everything is alright and I tell him no. He gets the guy at the other shop and gets him to agree to re-polish the car. Long story short, the guy polishes the car again, there is still swirl marks on the car but it was better after the second attempt. I know that Martin will reply to this and say We tried to help you but you didnt express any concern after the second polish. How many times am I supposed to bring the car back to fix a problem I didnt create, and deal with a person I didnt ask to do business with in the first place. Martin was punctual - he returned calls, finished repairing the hail damage when he said he was going to, and always showed up when he said he would. 2. First time getting hail damage repaired on my car and my insurance recommended some places but they had okay reviews. I went to Google and Dentagon came up and had outstanding reviews; so I gave them a call and spoke to Martin (owner). He went above and beyond to fix my car! I had previous hail damage (2013) that was not repaired with another insurance company. My current insurance wanted me to cover my deductible +plus a portion of the 2013 deductible. Martin worked with my insurace and I paid $400 and he pulled out old door dings and some nasty big dents for free! Go to Dentagon if you have hail damage, best decision Ive ever made!

Great service. Got my car into the shop 3 days after the massive hail storms on Memorial Day. I was receiving constant updates and was able to take my car back in once the back ordered parts came in. They are willing to give you a ride so you dont have to get a rental or use Uber. I will be bringing my vehicles here for all my body shop needs.

I just got my escape back and am delighted beyond words. The hail damage was intensive and I was being told I would have to wait a year to get it fixed. When my car was hit by the last hail storm, I was lucky to have found Dentagon so quickly! They got me a quote and got me in to repair in a reasonable time! I needed a car to get back to work while they had mine in the shop and there was a rental provided at no cost to me! They saved me a lot of money in the process! I suggest this business to anyone!

I was caught in a hail storm traveling through Colorado on my way to Arizona from Wyoming. While spending a couple of days in Denver I decided to get my dents fixed. I searched online and Dentagon came up with good reviews on BBB. I made an appointment and these guys quickly repaired my vehicle so I could get back on the road. My experience was hassle-free and Martin the consultant went over all the details of my estimate and job repair details. Hopefully I wont get stuck in another hail storm anytime soon, but I am glad these guys got me back up and running.

Very professional, great work and fast! He dealt with the insurance company and took care of all the annoyances of an insurance claim. I dropped off the car, got a rental, waited a week, took the rental back and got my car back. Easy as that. I wish the other 4 insurance claims I had after the May hail storm were this easy. I hope to never need his services again, but if I do, I wouldnt hesitate for a second to go back to him.

I was referred to Dentagon by a reliable body shop for some PDR work on my 13 BMW 335. Dentagon was able to remove some very deep door dings from both sides of the vehicle, as well as a difficult crease in the trunk lid, without any paint or other repair. I dropped my car off at 10AM and had it back, completely dent free, by 2PM. Highly recommend.

I had the hail damage on my Chrysler 300 S repaired at Dentagon in Englewood Colorado and they were outstanding to deal with. Martin had all of the dents repaired and they even had a neighboring repair shop fix a scratch on the door at his cost. Martin promised and he delivered!! I will send all of my friend to them. Update 8/16/2019: I got hail damage again this year and returned to Dentagon for the repairs. Once again, Martin was super nice and easy to work with. He took my car in on a Thursday, had my insurance company out to do a supplement by Friday, and the following Wednesday he called to let me know it was ready. I was shocked, I expected it to take 2-3 weeks. He did a great job on all of the dents, my car looks beautiful again! He waived my deductible, took me over to Enterprise to pick up a rental, and in the end I paid $0 which is amazing. Why would anyone not fix their hail damage when it wont even cost them a dime is beyond me. I hope that I dont get hail damage again anytime soon, but if I do, I will be going back to Dentagon a third time.2 years ago: After recently moving to Colorado, I experienced my first hail storm leaving my car damaged. I had zero idea how to even start the process of fixing my car, so I called Dentagon and asked what to do. Martin was amazing, he told me step by step how to start the claim with my insurance before I even brought my car to him. Once I dropped off my car, it was only in the shop for 8 business days before it was fully repaired, and everything was much MUCH easier than I anticipated. I had put off getting the repair done for 2 months because I was dreading how stressful the process would be, but it was nothing like I imagined. From dropping my car off, to getting my rental, to picking it back up.. everything was simple and stress free. I walked away with a fully repaired car and windshield with $0 out of pocket and zero hassle. If I ever have hail damage again, I will absolutely go to Martin again.

Dentagon did a marvelous job in fixing the hail damage to my 12 year old RAV4. It was always garaged (except THAT DAY). The damage was repaired in such a perfect manner that youd never know it had been damaged. Martin also was very courteous and took care of other small spots that were not caused by the hail as well.
