Very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and kept us in the loop at all times.Barry stopped by the house and showed me just how bad both are cars were. We had no idea. We knew we had some dents here and there. He took care of the whole process from documenting the dents to sending the information to the insurance company. He offered us loaner cars while each car was being surveyed and fixed. Actual work on the cars took a day each. Both cars came back brand new. They even massaged dents out that were not hail damage. The cars were delivered back clay bared and waxed. Clay barring is the process of getting the impurities out of the clear coat of your paint job. They both looked amazing. 10 out of 10. 100% will recommend.

All I can say about this service was, WOW!!! Barry, the owner, is such a hard worker & was so unbelievably nice. In addition, my car looked better than the day I bought it! They fixed all the dents, as a result of my hail damage & when I got the car back, the outside & inside had been completely detailed. He even said, due to my low deductible ($250), he was going to refund me something. I just can’t get over how fast & seamless this process was & how respectfully both my husband & I were treated. His car looked phenomenal, as well. He had to get his fixed due to the hail damage, too, I highly, highly recommend this team & will call them for all future needs for this type of work. I hope your experience with them is as outstanding as mine has been!!

Definitely utmost attention to detail and dealing with Barry made me feel completely comfortable leaving my vehicle in his care. I have used other dent removal companies in the past and so I was skeptical this time around, to say the least. I took a chance once again as I have been disappointed as I stated, but he exceeded my expectations and the quality and the outcome of my vehicle,...well..it looks better now than when he began the process. This was the best experience I had thus far with a body shop, in this area. They very professional, they also let us know exactly what was going on, when to expect things, and they were done in a timely manner. I didnt recognize either vehicle after they completed the repairs! We were both blown away! Our vehicles look more beautiful now, than the day we drove them off the car lot we bought them from! We had some hail damage and wasnt even going to get it fixed, but we were told they would cover our deductible and it would be no cost to us. Not only was it free, they took care of everything including talking to the insurance company, and got it done very quickly. The car looks like new! Friendly employees, great service!

Barry is professional and a great human being. He walked my wife and I through how the hail damage to our vehicles would be taken care of and he took care of the conversations needed with our insurance company once the claim was filed. My 2020 KIA Optima had over 200 points of damage while my wife’s 2011 Honda Pilot had around 50. When we got our vehicles back I was amazed. Not only did the surface look amazing but his team detailed the inside of the vehicles as well. My KIA looked better than it did when I drove it new off the lot.

Customer service unfortunately is not so common anymore. However Barry and his company Dent Doctors exemplifies customer service. From the beginning assessment to end Barry laid out everything and makes it so easy, working with you and taking care of everything with the insurance company. I did not have to lift a finger. His customer service was impeccable and delivered my car as promised looking like new again. Barry always had a huge smile on his face, a super friendly, hard working and all around great guy. He worked with the insurance co., who set up a rental, but it only took two days. I did not need the rental. Dent Doctor took care of everything and cleaned the inside of my car!
