We had a very positive experience here. The expectations were very clear up front about repairing some serious hail damage to our CRV and the communications were great through the process. The end result was great - our car is back to a new-looking state.We were able to see the working area where the cars are repaired and it was very clean and organized, that always says something about an organization.This was truly a no-cost experience, no deductible or hidden costs.

But I’m so frustrated with the professionalism of this company that I don’t want to wait to leave this review in hopes that it helps someoneFirst we are COS and were told when I exchanged my vehicle at the rental agency that the car would be staying in COS at their shop here! NO that didn’t happen and we weren’t informed that the car was driven all the way to englewood until the day we were supposed to get the vehicle back. Also when the vehicle was exchanged I was told oh this would take 5-7 business days.. A MONTH AND A HALF LATER and still no vehicle. Still no communication on why it was taking so long, every single time my husband or myself called there was another excuse why it wasn’t done yet, but NO ONE from the office called us to let us know about the delay. Now at this exact second my husband is sitting at the rental car agency waiting for them to bring us our car. He has been there for two hours, the driver refuses to answer his phone, my husband left multiple messages for the owner and when I finally got through, he had no clue what was going on, wouldn’t stop talking for two seconds while I explained what was going on and tried to tell me the car was still in the shop. The whole deal “free repair, no deductible, free rental car” sounded shady to me in the first place and now I am ready to call the police if I don’t get my car back.All of this could have been resolved with some communication from the company but no one seems to know what’s going on there or they are all just a bunch of scammers…. I don’t recommend and seriously advise for you to find another more reputable company, elite hail is NOT PROFESSIONAL

EHS did a great job on the hail damage. You literally cannot tell that it ever happened! They did what they said they would do and did it on time.

I was referred to Elite by Messer Window Tinting. They had done such a great job I took their recommendation rather than my normal hail shop. When I picked back up my car the passenger seat belt was put back together wrong and didnt work and the plastic piece where the middle seat belt comes through the liner was failing down. I also notice a chip in my paint and a pry mark in my roof rack. I called to get this fixed and they said they would fix the seat belt right away and would look at the paint but it couldnt possibly be them that did it. I asked to have the paint fixed same day as this location wasnt convenient. I showed up and the tech looked at the paint issue for seconds and admitted it was them and they would have to take everything apart again to fix it. We had to schedule yet another week of no car and a different drop off time when they could get me a rental car. I was assured I just happened to fall through their thorough process for putting everything together and it would be perfect. I picked up my car for the 3rd time and the back light wasnt put together correctly. Very disappointed that they messed up something so simple on their make up try. Also, just now realized the passenger seat belt slide no longer works and is stuck up which Im assuming was their poor skills putting it back together.

We couldnt have went through anyone better than Elite !! It was 2 weeks before we left CO that we was hit with hail damage and even though they were pushed for time they got our suburban back to new in a professional and timely manner. They did it all for us, the claim to the insurance, the inspection, the rental car everything. The only money from our pocket was $50 dollars for the rental company at pick up but was refunded immediately after returned, amazing people to work with !! Definitely recommend

Robby and his crew did an outstanding job for us. We had a 2016 Lexus IS 350 damaged severely (in my opinion) by hail in Castle Rock. I contacted Robby and he began addressing all the issues and concerns with our insurance company for the repair. This eliminated us from having to deal with them. Elite Hail Systems finished the GREAT REPAIRS earlier than the promised date. The workmanship was OUTSTANDING. You are not able to see that there was hail damage to our 2017 Hyundai Tucson. Not only was the workmanship great, but the support staff were top notch. They kept us informed each step of the repair process. Elite Hail Systems WAIVED THE DEDUCTIBLE as well as provided the FREE rental vehicle. Other hail repair companies said that the deductible was waived and offered a free rental vehicle. However, one company stated the advertisement card left on our vehicle was wrong, and if we needed a rental vehicle they would only waive 1/2 the deductible. Well Elite Hail Systems lived up to what they stated: Deductible waived, free rental, and completed the vehicle repairs in 1 week. The most amazing experience Ive ever had. I was able to actually bring my car in, and get a rental on the same day I called, there was no wait unlike some auto body repair shops that have you waiting months just to get your car in for an estimate. They had a rental waiting (as I called ahead). After that they had my car for 2 weeks, which is exactly the time they said. They sent me an email every step of the way. They even took care of submitting the estimate to my insurance company and I didnt even have to speak to them once. Insurance approved estimate without any hassle (which is rare). They didnt ask for any form of payment and I didnt have to pay anything out of pocket. If youre wondering where to take your car to, youve found it. I just wish I had before pictures to post, but when my car was done it looked brand new. Ian was the nicest and made sure I knew what was happening every step in the process. These guys are quick, efficient and seem to really care about your car.

We had hail damage on our Durango and reached out to Lonnie upon a recommendation from a friend and we are thrilled with Elite Hail Systems work. Lonnie made a trip out to look at my vehicle, made an appointment for us to drop it off at their shop that weekend, provided us with a rental car and 2 weeks later we were able to pick up our Durango and drop off our rental at their shop and they took care of returning it for us. Lonnie communicated with us through the process and handled all of the insurance for us. All I had to do was answer a few questions from our insurance company and it was all take care of. I have lived in Colorado all of my life, but have been one of the few lucky enough to avoid hail damage to my car until recently. I had a unique situation as my truck was damaged from hail back in 2016 but due to high wait times from other auto-body dealers I was unable to get it in to get fixed. I was randomly given a business card for Elite Hail Systems back in 2018, so while I was sitting at home during the pandemic I stumbled on the card and called to see if I could still get my truck fixed. I was greeted with exceptional service and was able to get my truck in the next day. Even with the extended gap of the claim date EHS was able to get what they needed from insurance and get my truck fixed. I have a 2010 Nissan Titan and I cant tell you how many compliments Ive received in the past couple weeks from people saying the truck looks brand new. Incredible service and exceptional detail work. All around satisfied.

Believe the Hype!This is one of those times where too good to be true does not apply. I had my Jeep repaired by Elite and they did not disappoint. The service was excellent. My rep (Chad Davis) met me at the Enterprise location, handled the paperwork and took my Jeep from there. Upon completion he met me back at Enterprise we exchanged vehicles and I went on my way. That extra effort saved me a few hours of drive time and hassle which was great. The overall process was seamless, and I did not come out of pocket a single dollar on the deal. If you have hail damage and are looking for great service and quality work, you should see Rob Nelson and his team at Elite. If I have future damage to my vehicles I’ll be back and will be recommending them as well.

I have been solicited 3 or 4 times on my doorstep by this company and have asked them not to continue and remove me from the solicitation list. Apparently they don’t have a list so I have to post a said again .The elite hail representatives that solicited me twice on one day did not have gloves or mask 5/12/20. Again knocking on my door and standing 5 feet away with no PPE. If you are a legitimate business stop knocking on doors and endangering those at home who are quarantining and working. I realize you are trying to drum up business but your reputation should be enough, not unsafe solicitation.

I had hail damage from a storm back in May, took my car into Elite Hail Systems to have the damage fixed ($8500 worth of damage) I was told at the time of dropping my car off that it could take up to 4 weeks to get everything fixed which I was okay with. There was a few communication issues between Elite Hail and my insurance company, which resulted in my having to call or stop by the shop 3 times during the process (instead of being proactively called by Elite Hail) Also, it took closer to 6 weeks total time to have my car fixed. Aside from those challenges, the quality of work that they put out is why Im giving them 5 stars. I couldnt believe how beautiful my car looked when I went to pick her up, she looked like a brand new car! Based off their quality of work, I would recommend them to anyone!

The clear coat on the hood started to bubble and peel—it looked awful. I took the car into Elite and they were able to fix everything and exceeded my expectations. The hood looks as good as new! My sales guy was Brad. I had hail damage to my car and needed some work done. Brad was super courteous, easy to communicate with and was keeping me in the loop during the whole processes. I took my car in, he filed the claim for me and met with the adjuster so I didnt have to. They quoted me about three weeks for the work to be done but, it only took one week. The work they did was amazing. I would definitely recommend Brad at Elite and if I had another hail claim I would call him again.

I just have to say how absolutely amazed I am with the level of customer service that Elite Hail Systems has. I dealt with Allyn Anderson the whole time and not only did he come to my work to help me with my car, but came to my house to deliver my finished awesome looking car back to me. ELITE IN EVERY WAY.I’ve lived in Colorado my whole life and up until last summer had somehow avoided the dreaded hail storms that seem to come every year. But then the expected happened and my car was pummeled with ice pellets falling from the sky resulting in more bumps and bruises than a pubescent teenage boy.I was reluctant to take my car into shops to get it fixed because I heard so many horror stories, like shops taking months to actually fix your car, endless battles with insurance, paying tons of money out of pocket etc.But after seeing an ad for elite hail systems I finally decided to get my car fixed.Rob answered my call right away and said I could bring my car in that day.When I arrived I filled out a bit of paperwork and had a rental car ready for me.Rob and team handled all the logistics with insurance and paid my rental car fees, which meant I paid zero out of pocket.1.5 weeks later when I got my car. I hardly recognized it. I just moved from Chicago to Denver and didnt know about the crazy hail season here! My car got hammered last weekend and looked like swiss cheese. I called right away and Paul Helfrich was so informative and easy to work with - he calmed my fears right away and got my car in within a day. He also took care of booking me a rental, even though because there was SO MUCH hail damage in the area that most rental car companies were sold out. He was persistent, kept calling, and got me in within two days! I definitely recommend this honest and fair company in the midst of a lot of dishonest scammers out there. Call them right away! If I could give zero stars, I would. The company had our car for 6 MONTHS, (which by the way they advertise 2 WEEK TURNAROUND, NOT 6 MONTHS!!) and when we got it back the sunroof didnt work properly, the paint wasnt blended and the hood was crooked. They took it back again and when we got it back the hood was still crooked! Anyone off the street could clearly see that hood was crooked, and how supposed professionals could say that car was fixed when it clearly wasnt is crazy. This place was a nightmare from the first day. They would promise the car was going to be done and then it wasnt and we had to call them, they didnt call us to let us know it would be another week or whatever. They even wanted us to talk to their vendors to get updates on our car. They went back to our insurance TWICE for more money after telling us that they never do that. And their attitude was that we should be grateful that they were even fixing our car because it was such a wreck. I would rather drive a dented up car around for a year waiting to get into a real body shop then ever do business with this place again. Beware! If the promises seem too good to be true, they probably are.

Some of these companies have a questionable reputation. That is the main reason I had neglected to even bother doing anything about it after getting hit last summer. I have filed two hail storm claims in the past. The first time I got screwed by the repair shop, and the second time I got it even worse from my insurance company. So when the sales guy Zach went on about something on hospitality and redefining the customer experience in their industry (after also telling me hed been working here only a few months), well needless to say, I was VERY skeptical at best. After seeing online that they are in good standing with the Better Business Bureau and that they offer a guarantee on their work, I decided to put them to the test.I have to say, I was fully prepared to tear them apart in this review. But Zach swore he would not waste my time, and was true to those words. I have never experienced such a level of consideration for the value of my time in ANY of my dealings. Ever. More importantly, the quality of the repair is incredible. I cant even tell I was ever hit in the first place.If you get hit this year, call them immediately!

My car wasnt an easy one to fix. There were several bumps in the road along the way but Jimmer was always in touch with me so I knew what was going on and he went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle was fixed properly. All of the work on it looks great!

I brought my car in for hail damage and when they were done it looked better than when I purchased it from the dealer. Very quick turnaround. The customer service is STELLAR! I cannot say enough good things about this business.I recently was due to turn in my 2016 Ford Fusion per the end of my lease. Ford sent an inspection team out to assess any excess wear and tear on my vehicle prior to handing it in. What I thought would be minor or non-chargeable wear & tear actually came out to about $4,000 worth of damage, and the car was due to be turned in that week, not to mention my insurance had JUST EXPIRED!Pity party aside, I had a full-on panic attack, and did not know what to do.After looking around for a solution, I came across Elite Hail Systems.Donna Kerlin was my point of contact throughout the entire process. Elite Hail Systems and Rob Nelson’s group took immediate and professional care of our situation. They contacted our insurance and the next step was getting our car back with all the hail evidence 100% gone. It was returned with a shiny finish, inside cleaned up and the the shoes were shined (tires 😂). I highly recommend!

Elite Hail systems was amazing! I’m a teacher and they were willing to work with my tight schedule- they even drove up to me to switch me Cars so all I had to do was give them my keys and they took care of the rest! My car looks great and it they even washed the outside and interior when they gave it back!

Elite Hail Systems (Jimmer and Donna Kerlin working there) provided excellent communication to me about the process and the ongoing process while my vehicle was being repaired. Cleaning and detailing was performed on my vehicle. It was difficult to tell that I had an 11 year vehicle when the truck was returned, it looked so new. They did a great and fantastic job with repairing the hail damage done to my vehicle from the June 2018 storm.

Jimmer was persuasive but I am glad for that. My experience with Elite Hail Systems was excellent. The service and workmanship was outstanding, and the whole process could not have been easier. I spent one hour dropping off my car and getting the rental. Jimmer and Donna kept me apprised throughout the process. I picked up my car today and it looks amazing!! All the damage is gone...like magic. And, as he promised, it cost me nothing for the repairs or car rental. Well, okay, I re-filled the gas tank on the rental, but $25 is easy to swallow considering my car looks like it did when I drove it off the lot six years ago with only seven miles on the odometer.

Can’t say enough good things, Lonnie helped me out and I’ll forever refer friends/family with hail damage to him! I’ve told many about Elite already. Seriously, the service is great, I can’t stress that enough!!!
