Rude and gross!Never again! Where do I even begin... its so hot in there, the owner never turns on the air conditioner, she only adjusts the fan on her! The plexiglass is absolutely gross, never cleaned! The pedicure station is gross. They dont use anything to clean the tubs off, just rinse with water after each use(I witnessed it during my pedicure). The owner never used a scrub on my feet nor apply any lotion. My paint job was terrible all over and not clean at all!My manicure- never soaked my hands, poor paint job, never applied lotion and nor did a hand massage. This place is gross and save your time, health, and money and go elsewhere!

Katie is awesome. Always friendly and she does a good pedicure. Her mum does my eye brow, she does a good job too.

This is just can not be serious.. i asked the girl who did this dont you think its not good? didnt ever answer.. at least the other girl (with glasses) did a good job with the pedicure..

The owner embodies terrible customer service. She rushes through every service and cant be bothered to make sure you (the client) are comfortable. Every waxing experience with her was terrible. Shell pour the wax so hot it drips. Today it actually dripped into the corner of my eye and she gave me only a small paper towel to clean it. On top of that she ALWAYS takes off too much. Tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but this is visit number 5 with her and the treatment is still the same. The other girls are always great. Always pleasant and great customer service. Three stars for them. Just beware of the older woman.

Don’t even come here n waste ur time ,the lady is so rude n very disrespectful, she don’t speak English that’s not a problem but to being unprofessional is very awkward, she didn’t finish my nail n when I asked her that’s not the design I showed u she said I can’t do this n I had take them out . She even didn’t help to clean my nails . It was so painful I guess she has vision problems.

Dont ever get acrylic or gel nails. Terrible! They look so thick and ugly I had o take them off myself the next day.Besides that, they are greedy and fake

She cut me, had an additude rushed me out because they were closing meanwhile I got them around 5:30 and they don’t close until 7:30 and I was the only person there and shortly after I left the polish got messed up and they is glue stuck to my skin.
