I stated if I couldn’t receive a refund I will walk in and demand my nails being fix as anyone would being they spent their hard earned money and I still have all my old messages. I also reached out as my family and friends attended your shop and I know the lady who messed my nails up does not work for you therefore attempting to give you guys another chance because you, Lorena actually do a good job with nails and the quality. I mean but go ahead and speak you spot, every story has three sides; my side, your side and the truth and if you want to make false accusations that’s on you.This place is unprofessional. I went there before covid hit and a worker named Kathy refused to fix my nails so I asked for At least a partial refund being I spent a good amount of money for the design. I attempted to go back and book an appointment and I was told they won’t service me over something that happened 2 years ago and was their nail techs fault. I really liked their work however after messaging on social media to try to book I was blocked. I think this is very unprofessional on their end which is extremely disappointing

I have had trouble finding a nail tech that can make my ideas come to life until I found Diva Magical Nails! Lorena saved my day when I had to get my nails done before my birthday and I didnt know where to go and Lorena was to kind to take me last minute and she gave me exactly what i wanted! Ive been going ever since ! Not to mention she is the sweetest person on earth! I dont live close by but I will definitely make the trip every time to come here. 10/10 overall

First time trying them and I did like the job on the nails but it took forever but I did appreciate that she did recommend a lot since I hardly get my nails done. Loved my pedicure.

The staff is nice. However, I left unhappy with my nails. The nail tech was patient and did her best to fulfil my request as close to a picture as possible, but I kept asking for the nails to be drilled down because they are chunky. I was explained that because of how the glitter nails were applied it’s normal for those nails to be chunky, which I understood. My issue was with the white ones some were uneven and bumpy. Overall, I was there almost four hours and I did my best to trust the process because I really wanted to love my nails, but I just couldn’t. After 4 hours I was ready to just go I didn’t have it in me to keep repeating myself, so I didn’t have the nail tech even finish the design. I told her to leave the middle fingers with designs and the other fingers as is to which she complied.I’m sure you will have a better experience, I’m just unfortunately very picky about my nails.On another note the lady who did my eyebrows did really good. I was very happy with her.UPDATE: I’ve gone back twice since the original review and I’ve done my nails with Alejandra both times. I really like her and she is always so on point with my nails when I show her reference photos. Check her out.

I LOVE Diva Magical Nails! I live South Shore and will drive the 16 miles (about 45 minutes away) to get my nails done by Lorena because she does an incredible job. The shop is clean, the atmosphere is nice and quiet and all of the nail techs make you feel right at home. They’re super friendly, accommodating and just nice women all around. I’ve been there 3 times now and I now call this place my nail home. ❤️oh and they do some of the best nail art in town PERIOD!

I have been going there for over a year. I love the service. Everyone is professional and nice. But I usually go with Lorena. If ypu havent been there ypu have to try it. I have tried different other places and theres nothing like Diva Magical Nails.

I love the environment, all of the girls are super nice! They all have amazing ideas. I recently just got engaged, and Cathy did an amazing job. She made sure I was happy with my shape, color & design. If the picture doesn’t show, I don’t know what does.

I found this gem on Instagram and I am so glad I did! I booked an appointment , all the girls are super friendly. I got my nails done by Nertila she is amazing!!!!!! definitely worth the price these girls are talented. I recommended them to my mom and she also started going. Super clean work!

After my nail tech and friend of many years moved to Florida I had a difficult time finding a salon that was anywhere close to comparable. Thanks to a family member I found Lorena and Diva Magical Nails! Very professional, friendly and sanitary. Never disappointed!

This is the best nail salon in the city. They are all pros, and do a gorgeous job every time. The nail techs here are so consistent and accommodating I feel so relieved that I found them.

After searching for a new place to do my nails and reading the reviews I decided to give this place a try. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING FOR THE POOR SERVICE AND NEVER EVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!Not even an hour later after getting the no chip, it was already lifting from a few of my nails. The nail tech never fully removed the old no chip and just drilled my nails a bit and added the new no chip on top to old. The next day I called and explained what happened to I believe the owner, and she asked if I wanted a new set and I said yes, so we arranged for me to go that afternoon. After going again, and to my surprise, the same nail tech, again drilled a bit just those nails that had an issue and again just added the no chip! The same process as the first time. I when in thinking I was going to get my nails redone since the majority had an issue and that was only fair, but boy was I wrong. I was not even asked anything about that, nor did it seem like that was an option! It was more like come sit down and let me get you out of here! After getting those nails “fixed”, the next day they started peeling again! I am planning on calling again and discussing this poor service, unfortunately another down fall is that they don’t open on weekends...!This is just very frustrating, disappointing and a waste of time and especially money, since now I have to go to another place and spend more money because of this poor service!

Fill in acrylic. A nail came off end of day I had it done. I went back, they fixed it free of charge. 2nd nail came off two days after. Not going back. $3.00 COVID fee??!! $2.00 fee when paying with debit card.

First time here! And there services was amazing. Joce was my nail tech, very professional,nice new exactly what I wanted! She gained a new client.

As a regular customer, all of the ladies are friendly and the location is clean. However, this last time that I did my Acrylic No Chip my nail broke off and I went to get it fixed. A day later 2 other nails break off. This cant just be bad luck. My usual nail tech wasnt able to attend me this time (Nertelia I believe is her name.) Very disappointed with the work of the other nail tech.

This is the worst place ever. The place look nice.But there very rude and they take so long.There is only one girl who does a good job. I went there couple weeks ago and told this girl to do a French manicure on me. When she started doing the white line she took 30 minutes just for one nail. If I had a chance to give this place 0 stars I would.

Owner is amazing! i’ve been going to Diva for a year now & have never been disappointed. they all do amazing designs & take time with their work. i’ve never felt unwanted or rush! highly recommend if you want to invest in yourself.
