I do not recommend this place. It was my second time and both experiences were not good. I thought maybe the first time someone was having an off day. This time was worse. I seen dead roaches. The nail tech didn’t understand me and when I asked to do it a certain way with another person who understood me she became upset and rushed it. Very unprofessional. 3rd time won’t be the charm.

Poor nail color service. Unfortunately I was ok with this place. But after today OK went to no more. Rush and sloppy work and no one understood me. Finally when I went to pay, I told her I was paying for my group but each would give their tip. She panicked and wouldnt stop asking for more tip as I had given hers to her only. She finally stopped after she saw the others were giving the tip. It was just a bad experience and poor service. Only reason why I give it one star is that my mom did say her foot massage was good, she did pay $48 for it. But nail color, communication and pace was poor.

I would avoid this place at all costs. They are very rude and they rush.the lady with the rusty hair color rushed and was very rough.and when I didnt tip her the amount she thought she deserved she threw the pen and my card at me.

Best manicure/pedicure I have had in a long time. I have driven my Dazzle a million times, meaning to go in, and I am so glad I did.The Owner, Lee is very friendly, and took her time, helping me to pick out the right color. It’s hard sometimes to pick a color, other places I feel rushed, and then just end up getting my usual “Big Apple Red” or “Ballet Slippers” but Lee took her time helping me find the right color pink for me.Andy did a beautiful job on my nails. My nails had to be “fixed” as I had decided to go back to acrylic (for length) at my previous nail shop, and they did a horrendous job. Andy gave me thin, beautifully shaped, very natural looking nails. I kept saying the whole time, “I am so happy, these nails are beautiful!” Very glad to have found Dazzle, they have good quality products, the salon is clean and bright, friendly employees, and a good selection of colors.Thank you Dazzle!

They dont like black people. They refused to service my black son. They simply ignored him and walked away when he addressed them.

I used to come here when they first opened, about 5 years ago, and the service was excellent. Not anymore...they rushed everything, and when I went to pay, I left a tip on the credit card. The nail technician kept pointing at it...at first I thought I made a mathematical mistake, nope, she didn’t think it was enough. It was 15%...the service was not great! I don’t think I’ll be going back

Went for a polish change for my toes and wanted my nails trimmed and the girl working on me cut the top of my big toe with the clippers ! It bled profusely. She did not know what to do. I sat there 45 minutes bleeding . They had no First Aid Kit. I asked if they had band aids and they gave me a blank look. Then they were running around to each desk looking. After leaving I had to go to my foot doctor. He put antiseptic on my toe and antibiotic. The nails she did trim were awful. Not at all professional. Very disappointed. Will not go back . The girl that was doing my nails left me with another woman as she waited on another customer !

My pedicures are always good! I dont get manicures, so I cant comment, but place is clean & from what Ive seen its hygienic. Ive gotten many pedicures and never had any problems. Service is fine, depends on how busy they are, how hurried the experience is. I try to go during off hours, especially since the price is less. If not, I get the $45 deluxe for the great foot & calf massage.

Nice place, definitely better than the nail salons in the mall. Some of the ladies rely on the electric tool a bit too heavily. Sometimes it is better to use a regular nail file. Andy is by far the best person there.

This place was awful. The 1 star is not even what they deserve. I walked in no one speaks English. Not even a hello. I got a pedicure and no chip manicure. My pedicure is terrible My two year old grandson can paint better. My no chip manicure not even coats all nails are different shades. The young man who did my nails could not even answer a question regarding if they had both polishes to match. He said I dont know. AWFUL SERVICE will never go back.

Worst experience ever. Needed a fill in, did a horrible job. I kindly mentioned how the previous color was still all over cuticle. Said it’s my fault!! I stayed kind, but Lord it was difficult. Worst fill in ever. Came home and redid myself!I’d NEVER go there again. Redic!

The place does not seem hygienic. The do not look sanitized. Just a place for a fast manicure and pedicure. The crew do not seem to take time to make sure that the treatment is done right.

They are so rude and racist! They didn’t greet me at all, practically acted like I didn’t come through the door. So I had to greet them myself. However every white woman that came in got the 5 star treatment. I’m spending money here, if not more, like everyone else.

The young man did my daughter nails and they were crooked, lopsided and color was sloppy. The good thing about it was the manager looked the nails off as my daughter ask. With np and ahe said thank u. I appreciate it.

Giving them a 1 star is very undeserving, I had to go back several times for no chip applications that lasted a few days. They weren’t very happy with these returns, but in my mind business is business. Unfortunately the last time I returned, I believe my nails were purposely soaked in something whereas they now will not grow back. I had never received this step of soaking before and believed it to be a new additive, but since this, my nails break off and will not grow even with getting a no chip elsewhere. I have not been back and truly believe I was soaked in something out of maliciousness.

I had a no chip and pedi there!!! Never again my toes began to chip with in days. When she was filing my nails I asked her not to, but she continue to. So I asked her again and she got mad, my no chip nail polish started chipping in a week and my nail became so soft that started breaking. They were good I dont know what happened. Maybe with new owners cheaper products or maybe the worker dont care about keeping a paying customer!

Pedicure is cheap. But you get what you pay for! Had the young guy with the green hair. Was very fast, didnt massage my feet, didnt cut off the dry skin around my toes (it is usually done). I was VERY disappointed in my pedicure this time!!

They shut the lights off on you when your nails arent even dry yet and tell you to get out. They rush everything. Not one worker there has a smile on their face. They are all so ignorant and have terrible attitudes. Since they changed management this place sucks. They ask for tips when you pay. No one should do that! This place needs to step up their game. They used to be so busy and now they arent because of the way the treat customers.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR GEL. Although service is good and the facility is clean. The nails are not. I got a gel manicure and the second day my nails started turning from pink to yellow and by the fourth day they had begun to chip at the tips even though its gel

Worse service ever! I walk in and decide not to get a pedicure because the lady behind the register was already looking at me like she didnt want my business. No smile. No greeting. Just what for you today 😐😒. Im a manager at a clothing store I know for a fact thats not how you greet customers!! I see that they have $18 pedicures on Sunday. Ok why not try it out? Well here are a list of reasons on why I shouldve kept my money:The massage chair didnt work and the lady behind the counter saw me trying to turn it on and she ignore me.The water kept getting cold!Once the lady who was working on my feet came to sit down I asked her if she could make it hotter. She complained about not wanting to cut the plastic bag to drain the water first because there was too much water in there.She used too much lotion to lotion my legs.She was rough whole time she was putting on my flip flops.She made no effort for conversation.Lastly. I didnt feel welcomed! This is top on my list of worse nail shops!!!! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Great service! My no chip last me about 4 weeks. Pedicures and hot stone massage are great! Im always taken care of and my nail tech always takes her time .

Nails are badly damaged due to the removal of no chip polish and them Im made to pay for repairs. I also got a nail fungus on my big toe after getting a pedicure. I always ask not to have my cuticles cut, one time the nail tech insisted that there was a small piece of skin that needed to be cut. I almost lost my whole toe nail, so no more pedicures here. Finally, when you tell them something they dont quite understand, they talk nast about you in their language. Most of the staff have unpleasant attitudes. Im done with this place, not worth the money nor the travel time. They dont respect Americans, they only want your money.

I got a no chip manicure with my friends. The person doing my nails was kind, she smiled at me. However, the polish was pooled up in the corners of my nails, everything is uneven, the polish when over the top of my nail, the cuticle is flooded, and it’s already peeling after ONE a day. I had to go home and slightly file the sides so it wasn’t pooling. Also, my friends that did a regular manicure, you could see the brush strokes. Overall I’m never going back again because of thei poor job to do my nails.

Very clean, very fast, inexpensive and they put down plastic for each pedicure which I loved! I give dazzle 5 stars.

They honestly do not know what they are doing my acrylic full set was horrible ! I had crooked nails and lets not mistake that for crooked fingers because Ive been doing my nails for years and I know what a properly done full set should look like. The nails were also very lumpy not sure if it was the polish but I got gel polish and it chipped within two days i was so unsatisfied It was not just one mistake my nails looks very bad I just dont understand why someone who doesnt know how to do nails is working at a nail salon

The worst service of my life at a nail salon!! Worst place ever I am never going back again!my reasoning behind this is because a young lady that did my nails have the worst attitude ever, when I sat down it was so awkward that she didnt even ask me what I wanted or even a hello and then, she tapped on my hand and I was like what does that mean and shes like oh you have to soften your hand!!At that point I had lost it because I was so mad because of her attitude she was giving me that I was like you know what go get me somebody else go do my nails right now!! I highly dont want to man going to this place it is the worst service of all time, I thought I was going to this please to get my stress away not to gain!! not to mention that the manager didnt even care, I was told I was the first one to talk about that service

I live not too far from dazzle nail and spa and decided to try it today. I walked in, it seemed fairly pleasant. I came in for a fill-in and a pedicure. As I am soaking my feet, the lady walked up to me and sat right down. She didnt introduce her self. She didnt even say Hi. I work in customer service so firstly I thought that was rude. Secondly, she rushed my pedicure! I literally had a 10 minute pedicure. Thirdly, I am very ticklish so when she go to the part where she scrubbed my feet I was laughing. She got upset and said ok fine I wont do it. If Im paying you to do a certain job you shouldnt take your attitude out on me because your having a bad day. Fourthly, the part came when she put the lotion my legs/the massage. She literally put one drop of lotion in her hands and put it on my legs. No massage or anything! fifth, the supposed hot towel was not hot. And she only used it to wipe the lotion off my legs. I have been going to nail shops since the age of 16 and I am now 22. Ive had my fair share of good and bad nailshops. This isnt the worst nail shop Ive been to but it is the second worst on my list. I changed my mind about my manicure and everything. And Ive never just walked out like that before! I will never come here again!!

This place has slipped, no one understands English. I repeated 3xs a 10 min massage w/my pedicure. Absolutely pointless. Tried to tell the girl up front, she couldnt tear herself away from her cell, she finally came over i pointed to the basket of products, she nods...again pointless. I gave up, going to look around. Someone must be able to understand this is the U.S. right?

The manager is argumentative. All I kept asking is that my nails be filed round and no sharp edges and that they all be of the same length. Then they were mopping the floors and they almost mopped my feet and didnt care that we the clients would have to walk on a wet floor to leave. Then they employees became combative as we asked them to dry the floor. They also had a technician leave a a client so that he could clean. The manager is the worst I have ever encountered.

Ive been coming here since they opened and they were great back then.. but since theyve come under new management, everythings gone downhill fast. The service is awful. I had to tell one woman to change her dirty gloves three times during a pedicure.. Gross. If youve got a complaint, forget it. You wont get an apology and the rest of your experience is rushed and filled with attitude. Save your money and go somewhere else where youre appreciated. Looking into new nail places as we speak.

This place is horrible I would never go back there again . I noticed that they reuse latex gloves I noticed that the latex glove had red nail polish stains. I asked the lady who was doing my nails to change latex gloves she began to have an attitude. Their products are cheat my no chip began to chipCouple of days after I got my nails done

I will never go here again. I witnessed my nail tech reuse the tools she used on me with her next client. I was suspicious so I watched her as my nails were drying and I’m sure she never sanitized them. I called Village of EP to report them. They need to be shut down.

Love this place very clean and love that they have liners in there pedicure chair tubs .

WORST NAIL SERVICE OF MY LIFE!! I went for a fill in and the nail tech rushed on my nails and they were lumpy. The next day, two nails broke!!! I went back for them to fix it and they wanted to charge me AGAIN!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!

Went to get my eyebrows done and they were in such a rush that they literally took off a part of my eyebrow that should not have been taken off. I havent gone back since.

I dont know how to post pictures but this place is horrible. The woman that greets customers is rude in person and over the phone. I got a no chip and a pedicure and my mother got a full set with no chip polish. The pedicure was rushed and there was polish all over my skin. When I pointed it out, it was inspected as though I was lying. I still had dead skin all around my toes as well. My no chip was so uneven and they chipped the next day because she filed my nails AFTER the polish was cured. The manicure itself was terrible. Only one hand was buffed and she didnt shape them at all. When I mentioned she didnt buff the other hand, she claimed she did and finally half assed the buff on the other hand while oil was already on my nails. My mothers full set was bumpy and uneven. I have pictures. You can clearly see how bad they look and her no chip was going the next day. 100 dollars for horrible nails.

This was the worst experience I have ever had ! The lady who started my nails was rough and cut my cuticles until they bled ! I wish I can show a pic ! I asked her nicely to be more gentle and she was more rough on purpose . Then as Im getting my pedicure the lady brings out a used up old nasty Pumice bar to scrub my feet . One side should be dark purple and the other is supposed to be light purple . It was so worn out and had so much grime that it was literally black on the light purple side ! I asked for her not to use it and she acted as if she didnt hear me ! On top of it all I am pregnant and now have one nail from my no chip where my whole nail is literally fallin off Im not sure why and it is painful ! And another nail where my skin is all infected from her tearing at it ! That place is unprofessional and not clean ! I reccomend not wasting your time because the price is nice .... the over all price you pay is painful !
