Came in to get my nails & eyebrows done for our baby shower this weekend and I absolutely love them! Kim is super sweet and gentle, and Tony designed by nails wonderfully. Clean, professional, and talented. Highly recommend!

I went for Mani and Pedi Spa.Everything was fine, they cut my cuticles too far from one finger and it bleed, after the lady was having troubles to get a smooth finish with the nail color I choose from the shelves, because the enamel is too Old and sticky, thats why.She finish hands and feet.I wait to dry....and wait...and wait...and wait...and after 10min under the drying station it was still sticky and i notice more than 3 nails have marks and bubbles 😤I grab my things, pay, tip, and told the owner it was a terrible job, and left.

It’s 11:58 Wednesday August 25, 2021. live close by so I keep trying to give this place a chance but I regret it EVERY single time! The lady doing my pedicure convinced me it’s easier to do a regular pedicure instead of a no chip pedicure I just said ok. This is thee worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Since the last one I had here. Smdh. She literally only polished and soaked my feet. She didn’t use a pumice stone, didn’t get rid of dry old skin, didn’t cut my cuticles. NOTHING. Then to make matters worse my toe nail color is bumpy and bubbled up. My 5 year old could’ve polished my nails more evenly. It looks very sloppy and bumpy I’m so disappointed. I kindly told them it was bumpy. Maybe it’s an old polish she said no it’s your nails 🤦🏻‍♀️. Um no. I have never had this problem anywhere else only this place. As I’m writing this I’m still here waiting for the nails to dry, I’m so upset I let her talk me into this I could’ve just received the no chip I wanted in the first place and could’ve been gone by now. I asked for a fill in also but there’s no way in hell I’m letting them touch my hands after what they just did to my feet. This looks ridiculous. I can only be mad at myself though. I know better to come here. So if you’re looking to get a really bad job done on your nails you know where to go 💅 I just threw away $$$ because now I have to go get it fixed somewhere else.

First time coming here, and I love it. They take their time and make sure you like the shape and the length!

Definitely only come here if you’re getting a basic mani pedi.They don’t know how to give you a nice set of nails if you ask for a full set.Very disappointed

Got a pedicure from here last Friday and now i have a toe infection because the lady dug too deep . never in my life have i had this problem before!!

Extremely annoyed. Came to get a pedicure and was told to come back in 30 minutes if possible. So I did and returned just to wait another 40 min in salon. Why make me come back if you weren’t going to be ready anyways?? Poor service and will not be recommending nor coming back.

I always go to Tony and he never disappoints, very gentle but gets my nails clean and does an awesome job.

I am very satisfied! Very well good and perfect job!

I Got my nails done on Wednesday. Nailtech Lily (i believe) Had done my nails. (Usually I go with a male i forgot his name but he always does an amazing job always exceeds expectations) but this time i went with Lily. 1- she kept going at it with my cuticles after i said it was painful. 2 she left my nails uneven. One side is longer than other.I have had several other disappointing nails in the past last year i waited 1 hr (wasnt complaining) requested ombre. It was disgusting.Anyways i only recommend the Male in this salon.

I made an appointment pt and when I got there they wanted me to wait outside, I walked there and I asked how long? they wouldn’t give me a time she couldn’t ask her coworkers how long they got to go or who was about to be done. I asked if she could give me an estimate because I walked here and I am not waiting an hr outside even though I made an appt l..she got frustrated and almost jumped out of her body to tell me how was she supposed to know and three people were there before me and the place was full. If it were a first come first serve they could have said that, instead of having people make appts.

This nail salon is fantastic. I was immediately welcomed upon arriving. The place is clean and neat. The girls are great and my nails are perfect. Super happy about the whole experience. I will definitely be going back.

Very clean and looks nice inside. Sok did my nails; very meticulous. I have tried other nearby nail salons, but they dont come close to this one. Definitely going back. Very reasonable prices

The ladies (and men) working there are very friendly and welcoming, but that doesnt make up for the horrible job they did on my nails. My nails are all different lengths and she didn’t even attempt to match up the length to begin with. I asked for coffin shaped nails, and I left with an almond shape. I was cut multiple times; one was large enough to bleed and continue to bleed throughout my time there. I’m currently at home trying to re-file my nails so they can at least look presentable.

Pay attention to the pricing by the door. They always charge you more than what the pricing is on there price list. I wont come back here because my nails were all different lengths & I asked for coffin shaped nails and was left with square shaped nails. Kim if you focused more on doing what your customer wants and making them happy, they will remain a loyal customer and always come back but it seems to me like these owners are more focused on getting the customer in & out as quickly as possible to make more money but this will result in me not coming back due to the quality of work.

I came to get my lashes done today is the 3rd time I have had to come to get them fixed. I spoke with the owner each time explaining to her that something is not being done right. The first time I had to come back because they were not even my right eye was completely filled and my left was not. I did mention this to woman doing my lashes multiple times before I had left but she did not want to fix them. The second time I came I had called first and spoke with the owner she said she would tell what to do, she fixed them and she put way to much glue that my whole eye got irritated and red. The third time would be today I spoke with the owner AGAIN and told her half of the lashes on my left eye had came out. I then stated I would like to get a refund I work Monday-Friday and have 2 smaller children and have to keep taking time out of my very hectic schedule to come here for them to fix my lashes. She then went on to tell me I dont know whats wrong with you , she done lashes for people nobody complain except you which got me upset because I am being blamed for THEIR employee not knowing what she is doing. This has been the worst experience I have ever had getting my lashes done and I will NEVER be stepping foot back in this nail shop again. The owner is VERY rude and laughs when I am telling her what is wrong. Just a HORRIBLE experience.

Tony did my nails he did the dip for me on my real nails. They greet you at the door and their services are amazing. You wont regret coming here I will be back 😍

Made a 3:30 pm Saturday appointment for myself and some family members for pedicures and no chip manis and was assured it wouldn’t be a problem.... ended up waiting until 4:15 to get in a chair. We had to leave at 5 (which is why i made a 3:30 appointment lmao) so didn’t end up getting the mani. Not even worth it, my pedicure wasn’t great and didn’t even last a full day. Only gave one star to leave a review!

I love going here ! The staff is amazing and so nice. The woman who does my nails is patient with her work always so sweet and my nails always come out perfect just how I picture them in my head. I realized how much I loved this place when I had an emergency and had to go to Nail alert on Addison and the woman there redid my thumb nail 5 times 2 x wrong color other 3x was rushing and messed up had extra product to the point I had a drip on my finger. The same week it chipped then one broke. And they charge you for shaping Just unsatisfied BUT......But when I come to Nail Care its always a pleasure detail oriented. They will have your nails done perfectly for day to day or any occasion ! I LOVE IT!!! ☺

Disappointed that social distancing was not in place. Nothing has changed about the nail station. In addition, they were allowing customers in without masks.

They take their time with your nails. Atmosphere is nice and the customer service is great. They also have no chip nail polish with matching regular nail polish so that your hands and feet match exactly. No more trying to match. Loooooove it! :)

Staff is so much talented, friendly. They did my nails and cant be happier with the results. Will be back!

First time here and it was ok. They were busy so I had to wait a little while to get started. The guy that did my pedicure did an ok job but I noticed areas I didnt like. Some of my toe nails were not even and he didnt file them. Needless to say, I wont be returning. Nice staff though!

I live in this area and have tried about 5 other nail places around and this is by far my favorite. They do a great job and are very kind.

I love how nice the employees are. I literally went in there recently and i kept messing my nail up..obviously NOT on purpose..and Tina was so nice and fixed em and made my nails look bomb AF 💣💣💅🔥😍

Great atmosphere but horrible job quality. I have been here 3 times because it is extremely close to home, but it is not worth paying $30 for no effort on a simple no chop mani.

Was not rushed and very friendly staff.

Was there Saturday and got no chip polish only. By Monday my polish was lifting and chipping. I even told the girl she was being very rough when removing my previous no chip polish.
