Horrible and discriminatory experience. They thought I didn’t speak Spanish and I heard an employee saying to the owner that another customer didn’t have an appointment. I called few minutes later and let the owner know that I heard what the employee said and that everyone will know. She was in shock and apologized They will never see a penny from me and I make sure everyone knows about this horrible experience

I absolutely love this nail salon. The workers are nice they make you feel like home. And have a lot of colors to choose from.

She didnt take walk-ins - prices were ok !It looked like One person working . Wasnt crazy with the atmosphere.

Horrible service. Told me they could do gel extension over the phone then when I got there told me they don’t do that. Put acrylic on my toes when that’s not what I asked for. Then when I spoke up the owner got petty and made the pedicure even worse. Talks about other people thinking they don’t speak their language (which I do). Horrible attitudes. Also overcharged me. $55 for a PEDICURE. Will never be returning here again.

The staff here is so down to earth they make you feel at home! The owner Vilma has been doing my mothers nails for years and the quality is impeccable. Highly recommend this spa for amazing services great prices.

To be seen right away make an appointment or walk-in wait time will be taken as well depending on availability. The quality of the gel application is pristine in my experience. See ice is friendly and homey. I recommend it.

This had to be one of the worst nail salons I have been to. First off the service was very rude by talking about you in their language, acting like I didn’t understand a word they were saying. When the girl was doing my nails, I asked to to cut them short but she did. She didn’t even know what she was doing. When I left the nail salon two of my acrylics broke under an hour. I don’t recommend this place.

Had an appt and was not acknowledged. Sat for about 20 minutes before deciding to leave. I was not going to pay for services when I was treated so poorly.

I so recommend Vilmas....The 1st time I walked in i felt comfortable. Everyone was happy, smiling, laughing and having a great time, which made me have a great time.I have never gotten a bad mani/pedi there EVER ! I also like that, no matter who does your mani/pedi its on point everytime.

I was not happy with the quality of work provided nor the service. I went to get gel manicure done but was very disappointed with the outcome, so I asked them to take it off; went home and did much better job myself. The girl that was doing my nails did not do/push my cuticles at all and left a huge gap between the cuticle and the nail. My nails looked like a week old on the day I just got them done.... Their reason for not getting close to the cuticle was because the gel will peel off. (I believe that if you push the cuticles and clean the nail bed well, the gel will not peel off-not a first time I got them done) Anyway, If you are looking for good quality work, I do not recommend this place.

Good service, extremely low prices. Used to get my eyebrows waxed here but not any more. I do not recommend going here to get an eyebrow wax if you have acne or sensitive skin, very irritating, but they are very good at gel manicures and pedicures. They also offer unisex salon services.

So my wife started going to this beautiful polar some 5-6yrs.ago from the get go she felt home , their hospitality , work & prices are second to none , my 2 boys get their hair cut there as well , the owner is Villma & her family member is Maryn , so 2yrs.ago Idecided to try them out myself , i get my pedicure & chest wax there on regular bases, Ive been truly happy with the overall performance , I recommend them on regular bases to family, friends & businesses associates.
