My Appointment was cancelled because the appointment app did not give me sufficient time to arrive. Fortunately, they did take me anyway else I would have been really upset.

I had been using a closer Sport Clips (SC) previously, but after too many experiences I wanted to try someplace else. I called a couple of other stores, none being SC, but I was unable to get scheduled. I figured I would try the next closest SC. I called first to make sure I could get seen. They told me to be there in 35 minutes. I got there in 30 minutes, waited 5 and then they called my name. Missy was the young lady that cut my hair and I can honestly say she probably gave me the best hair cut I’ve had. It wasn’t anything special, but one side of my head usually give people trouble. I have heard the people cutting my hair make every excuse why it came out bad. I was very pleased and I hope she is still there the next time I need a cut.

I’ve been getting my haircut here since 2016. I have always been treated very well, very professionally, and never had a bad haircut or experience. Brittany and the others have followed strict guidelines as it concerns the COVID restrictions and keeping everyone safe.I won’t get my haircut anywhere else. Brittany is the best, but all the stylists here are great.

With booking ahead online it has been a game changer for me with Sport Clips. They are prompt in getting to me when I arrive & it is an enjoyable experience. All stylists are great if you’re in a rush, but I enjoy the personal touch of the same one. Again, booking ahead ensures a great experience.

Have had several great haircuts here. Had one disappointing one, but the manager followed up on my concerns and offered to fix the haircut and give me a free one. She was absolutely wonderful about it - just as you would hope that a business would respond.

All the barbers, or stylists I guess I should say, are good. Ive never gotten a bad haircut here, though I do have a couple favorites. The system assures you dont wait longer than you should and the board gives you a reasonable idea of how much longer. Price is a bit to the high side, but nothing to worry about.

I had grown tired of another higher end salon not wanting to cut my hair short for summer. I came here knowing that most of the chain hair cut places are generally fairly good with the high fade style cuts. I was not dissapointed. My stylist, Theresa, was excellent and extremely professional. It was evident that she and many of the other stylists take pride in their craft to make the hair cut look nice and even. I will definitely be returning.

My stylist Sabrina S. here is just one of a kind. She has a smile that lights up the whole room and she fully engages her customers from the moment they walk into the door, to the minute she is waving goodbye! I feel like Im leaving a friends house Ive known for years when its time to go. Service is quick, relaxing, and always full of laughs! Couldnt ask for more! ....OK maybe another double play MVP treatment, ha.

I have been going to this venue since it opened. It is in an upscale location and blends in perfectly with the other merchants. A very clean venue...both in and out. Always greeted by the manager, Brittany, or other on-duty stylists by name or with another familiar greeting. Using the online check-in app, I was lucky enough to have Brittany as my stylist. As always, professional in appearance and demeanor, providing a quality service for reasonable cost and offering and suggesting hair products to enhance ones appearance...reasonably priced, as well.Lou S

Waited patiently for an hour. Finally up next (and last customer in the store). A kid walks in and is called back ahead of me about 5 minutes later. The Elkridge location is better and although its a little further for me its where Ill be going from now on.

The convenience of the app is excellent. But the bottom line always comes down to the talent. My barber/stylist Brittany is the primary reason I come back.

This location is always very warm and friendly, the stylists seem happy to be at work. They greet you as you walk in and online check in makes it way easier to get in when its convenient for me. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Awesome place to get a haircut. The wait at first may seem long at times, but they are very good at getting through in a timely fashion, but always make sure you are taken care of first. Very friendly employees that want to be engaged in conversation. Make sure you sign up for the punch cards to receive discounts on future haircuts!

I always come here to get a haircut. It is less expensive than most other places. The only peoem is some of the styleists give less good haircuts

I used be a loyal customer to this specific location. Traveling from New York City, wait for over an hour all to see a very specific and very talented stylist. But once I learned of how she was being treated behind the scenes, I chose to not take my money and time else where. Most people don’t care about how management is treating their staff as long as their getting the service they came for. But that’s not how I operate. The lack of caring and support the owners show certain employees is down right disgusting and they should learn the word “compassion”. If you want a mediocre hair cut, sure, go wait in line. But if you care about how a business is ran, with class and dignity, go else where. Leadership should be taken seriously and it’s not at this place. Thank u, next.

Not gonna lie fellas, I was worried when my normal stylist left SportClips and my MVP was up for grabs......Not only did Brittany take up the challenge of my playing field, she has made it her own.What I mean by this is simple, yet also unique and almost uncharacteristic. While SportClips keeps notes for their high profile clients, they also keep their best interest in need.....and needs change. While I was comfortable receiving my normal style and cut, I noticed I wanted to further my career and consulted my new hair stylist, Brittany, for advice. While I am proud to say she has met my demands, each and every time I see her, she constantly offers her professional opinion. I decided to take a risk and change my hairstyle after 20 years. I showed Brittany a picture of what I had in mind, and despite my locks being a bit unruly after 3 months of growth she deftly transformed my hair into exactly what I was looking for. Certainly not surprised after getting consistently great haircuts time after time, but its reassuring to know with confidence I will always be pleased with the results at Sport Clips of Turf Valley.

I absolutely love how personal and engaging the girls are in conversation when I come to get a haircut, especially my stylist Sabrina Stefan at the 11085 Resort Road Ellicott City, MD location! (make her a manager, shes got what it takes). My favorite has to be the hot towel and head massage, but you guys HAVE to make the head massage time (temples) longer even on the single play!!

Convenient location to get a haircut. Usually you get right in. MVP is what my son loves and there are always coupons around. The stylists are trained well but can get to chatty. They must be getting commission for selling product but my men find it annoying. With a punch-card you can earn a free haircut.

There simply isnt enough good things to say about the people at this location. I work in Hospitality. I am judged daily by Service provided. For us, anything less than a 9 simply doesnt count. That being said, the bar and expectation is high. Brittany and the entire team consistently raise that bar. Their interaction with customers is genuine, warm and personal. They know their customers and that is evident the minute they walk in the door. They care and truly recommend products designed to help. I for example suffer from Psoriasis. In my case it is mostly confined to my scalp. Its embarrassing, its painful at times and extremely uncomfortable. It was this salon that first recommended the Nioxin line of products - the first - both over the counter and prescribed that offered me real relief. Has it made it go away? No but it certainly has helped make it manageable to the point that Im not scratching my head every five seconds. I also use the Nioxin drops based u pon their recommendation and have seen significant hair growth since using them. I simply cannot say enough good things about this location as the impact they have had on my life - with just these two small things -is immeasurable. Im forever grateful and a lifelong client.

Nice place for hair cut for guys, their MVP experience is very nice. But recently they have increased the price, which makes it very expensive.

Worst hair cut that i have ever seen for my kid. The person who did the hair cut is very young. She does not know how to deal with kids. When i asked her for a change in the hair cut she felt almost disguisting. Decided not to go over there. Thanks Sport Clips for giving such an experience in my first visit.
