Peaceful, Environment Clean and Nice Neighbourhood proximity to Walmart and H-Mart and to Post Office and Roger Carter Centre also easy to navigate through to Baltimore National Pike (Route 40) and Columbia.

Been here for about 4 months now and LOVE IT location is great, it’s family friendly, lots of cool places to eat and hang out at. Two parks in walking distance and tons of other restaurants and even department stores in walking distance. Moving into a new apartment can be an experience because you really don’t know what needs to be done after a tenant moves out until you live in the space. Anything I’ve needed to be done as been done same day or the following. Maintenance have been awesome, Shawntay the assistant property manager has been amazing, and Taylor who wrapped up all our paper work and followed up with us is a joy to experience. Just overall 10/10 so far. Highly recommend you check this place out if you are looking for a place to live. They have very Unique floor plans that just make sense unlike other complex’s that just don’t cut the mark. The spaces i was shown before grabbing our apartment here was shabby in comparison.

I went for a tour at Orchard Meadows truly not expecting anything. As most of my apartment searching has taught me, it is best not to get your hopes up only to be disappointed.However, Orchard Meadows was the FURTHEST thing from a disappointment. If anything, it was the highlight of my day.After running 15 minutes late, I called the office to make sure it was OK to keep my appointment. I spoke with Shawntay Ashton who I later learned is the Property Manager. Her phone etiquette was AMAZING (which, again, is not something I have experienced with other apartments during my search). She answered the phone, introduced herself, and was beyond pleasant. After a brief discussion, I learned that she would be my tour guide for the evening and insisted that it was fine and to continue coming in for my appointment.Upon arrival, things only got better from there. I met with Shawntay who is an absolute delight. She was incredibly kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, and PERSONABLE. I had many questions about the property itself, and the amenities, but she never once made me feel like an inconvenience or a chore. She stayed well after office hours helping me, answering questions, giving me a tour, and completing the application. People do not understand, but customer service is an art! One that Shawntay has mastered.She alone was reason enough for me wanting to move here. But if she was not enough, the property itself speaks volumes. The apartments themselves are beautiful (and green efficient!), but also the sheer amount of amenities, accessibility, parking, shopping, and restaurants nearby, this place is at the top of the list of all the apartments I have toured thus far.I would be so happy to call Orchard Meadows home! Shawntay is outstanding and gets 5 stars across the board from me and the property was the cherry on top.Kudos to a job well done and a beautiful community.

Wonderful so far! A few minor things to still fix in the apartment, but were incredibly happy about the responsiveness, professionalism, and kindness of the staff. Plus everything smells good. Going from our experience at our last apartment complex (not Morgan Properties), smell is extremely important! The apartment was exactly as advertised, and clean. The staff are all genuinely nice people who are extremely patient with and attentive to clients. The apartments are pretty quiet; I only hear neighbors if theyre banging the ceiling or literally screaming. Most of the apartment is sparkling, but as I said, they are things that are easily fixed; so whenever thats done well be extremely happy. The gym is well maintained, the pool and rec areas are too. Theres even a dry cleaning service on-site. Staff is always available to help. You cant go wrong at Orchard Meadows: luxurious, convenient, AWESOME staff & amenities.

I really loved living at this community! The interior is very luxurious and spacious. The exterior of the buildings are very well kept. They have great amenities like a pool, 24 hour fitness center and at least one resident event every month. Maintenance is superb! Whenever I have placed a work order it is always fixed quickly and efficiently. The office staff especially Shawntay is always helpful and super friendly. I am going to really miss everyone at Orchard Meadows. I wish I could give them 10 stars!I am going to recommend any and everyone to live here. You won’t regret it!

I had the pleasure of working with each member of the Orchard Meadows team. These ladies are hands down one of the best teams I’ve worked with. As someone new to Maryland and Ellicott City, they took care of me like a long time friend. It is an amazing experience to feel as if you’re among friends while going through the apartment hunting experience. Rent from this community - besides the property being outstanding, the team working the front office puts it over the top! Thank you again for your awesome help and support.

Just recently moved into Orchard MeadowsApartment Homes, And the entire staff wasvery nice and helpful throughout the move-inprocess ! Made it a very easy transition into my new home ! The grounds seem well kept and my apartment is beautiful. The maintenancecrew seem very knowledgeable and they showed me how to work the thermostat and where the trash and recyclables go. So far avery enjoyable experience !

I havent moved in to this place just yet, but I must say this place was my favorite! The apartment was lovely, but what really led us to our decision to pursue this place was one of the property managers, Sherri. It is evident that Sherri takes pride in the work she does and the community that she serves. She listened to our needs and concerns when choosing an apartment was able to match us with affordable and comfortable living.A staff that is attentive to our concerns is what we need in our future home! Morgan properties has been adding value. My back splash just got a fantastic upgrade and this makes the apartment look so classy now! Theres extra lights in the hall ways, buildings and exteriors washed.....They practice preventive maintenance and respond quickly to needs too. Their achievements are very visible.Thanks, Morgan properties.

Julie was amazing! She really listened to what we wanted and what we liked and didn’t like and was able to give us some really good options!! She was so nice and very very helpful!! Definitely a great place!

My experience at Orchard Meadows has been amazing. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The community is nice and they are really improving the quality with the new renovations and upgrades.I will gladly recommend everyone to rent here.

This was lovely place to look at! Very friendly staff, great location. We did decide on another place but this was on the list of places we were talking about.

My experience finding an apartment at Orchard Meadows was wonderful. I was so very lucky that Shawntay Ashton was the agent I spoke to who showed me exactly what I was looking for. She was kind, helpful and understanding. I have moved in and continue to be pleased with Orchard Meadows. I remain amazed that names of residents are remembered and smile every time I see children smile and give Shawntay a hug. Everyone I have met associated with Orchard Meadows has been fantastic. I would not hesitate recommending living here.

I wish I could give OM at NR more than 5 stars. The staff is very nice, cordial and efficient. I would like to thank again Mr. Bruce..., Ms. Yang, Mr. Rivas and Mr. Alcántara. Whenever I have requested a repair or something like that, they have responded within hours. Last year I was very sick and I called for help. They responded immediately offering to help. THANK YOU!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. The people at the office are always rude and racist. They are sloppy and it takes FOREVER for anything to get fixed. Example: There was mold growing on ALL of our windows. It took them more than a month to come and check it out. Their solution: giving me a spray to clean it with. Also, the toilet bowl was cracked when we moved in. One year later, toilet bowl was still cracked. The alarm system to go into the building did not function. Parking is a nightmare, unless you have one car per apartment. Not worth your money AT ALL. Go somewhere else. You will save money and be treated 1000% better.

It is very nice living at orchard meadows, the staff is very nice and friendly, i have been living here for the past three years and never had no complains about parking or the staff, the staff work very hard to keep the property clean i have been watching them all the time even when it snows the walkways are always clear the landscape is always on time. Any problem in the apartment the staff come and fixes in a timely manner, i cant imagine living anywhere else

I just moved in a few weeks ago, and from the beginning of the application process to the specialized requests that were made, Shawntay was extremely helpful in making sure that everything was carried out in a timely manner. Unprofessional management . Very prejudice. The black guy Bruce in the leasing office goes into peoples apartments without prior notice. I have proof. Beware of this place. If u go look at the response from the manager of previous reviews they are unprofessional with their responses. Telling people’s business on google reviews. I just want people to have a heads up before they move into these apartments. Total invasion of privacy. And don’t fall upon hard times when you live here because the leasing office will literally stalk your life and be very unprofessional and rude with you. I’ve talked to other residents who have experienced the same thing( they were all people of color).

We just moved to this community because of good schools nearby. Leasing agent really helped us out by staying in touch constantly throughout the transition. Very prompt service and cordial.

I have lived at Orchard Meadows for 2 months and the manager Candy is wonderful! They have events every month and she is always there with a smile.

No complaints. The staff is very pleasant and understanding. No parking issues, no noise issues neighbors are friendly.

Recently toured a great one bedroom apartment here and was helped by Jungsoo Yang, the sales director, who was very professional and pleasant to interact with. Ultimately, I did not take the apartment, but my brief experience with Orchard Meadow was fantastic!

The Assistant Property Manager Shawntay Ashton was very rude to my husband over the phone. This was his second time dealing with her and both times she was very rude and pushy over the phone. We wasted money because we had to find another place and lose out on our reservation fee. My husband explained to Candi that the only reason we rented was because of Sharri and her great service but if we have to deal with Shawntay when Sharri isn’t there we decided to cancel.

If you a looking for a short term rental AVOID this place. They advertise short term rentals but it isnt worth it. We signed a 3 month lease while we were selling our home in another state. Within a week, we received a letter explaining our lease was about to expire and that we need to sign a new lease. They also said because costs had gone up, our rent would have to be increase.Once the 90 days was up, they wanted us to sign a new lease or our rent would go up substantially. Then on top of that, once you are month to month, they require a 60 notice!These people do not care about anyone else and will not work with you.

We were there today trying to look at the apartment that we found online. Sherry was talikimg to us , she was very rude with us, she said that the apartment we saw online is not available to look and it’s still not ready ( even though it was available for rent starting today online on their website ) . She could not show us any of their apartments. She was NOT friendly at all. She had very bad manors. Very bad expirience.Sherry told us “ why don’t you come back on Wednesday” , the apartment should be ready to show it to us, but no garantee that no one will rent it before us. Didn’t make sense at all. She was aggressive and disrespectfull . Looked like she wanted us to leave. She even refused to show the building where that apartment located . We needed apartment ASAP, we could rent it right away, but she didn’t her job properly . I would never come back to that place.

These management team needs to be taken to court and every resident should sue them.1) The assistant community director is an ex jail term served convict. Probably worst person who can ever meet.2) Irresponsible handling of documents about your lease.All the management people needs to be in jail by now. Listen UP Howard county- you have got real world criminals operating these Apartment.

Most of the apartments are infested with MOLD...This community is nightmare so try to avoid and specially if have small kids....

Worst place which i ever had very small closets no patio ,online they shown us one layout and we agreed but after coming, they showed other plot ,never come here...
