We have a family member moving in January 2021. So far weve experienced nothing but a professional, courteous and helpful demeanor from the staff at ARC. They have been extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions and concerns for our family member. The facility and grounds at ARC are well maintained and offer a warm and inviting atmosphere for all visitors. The small interactions weve had so far with other residents have been friendly and welcoming. We know that this will be a wonderful place for our family member and were looking to create great memories at ARC! Keep up the great work ARC!!!

The ladies in the leasing office have been extremely helpful and professional. The building and grounds are maintained well. And the few residents we have met have all been quite friendly.

The team at Alta has done a nice job keeping us safe during the COVID-19 crisis. They are all very pleasant and easy to work with.

So far since 2017 it has been a nice experience. The residents are friendly, my quarters are accommodating (except me being on the 4th floor-not their fault.) Ive enjoyed the group experiences (art, etc.). There are other activities where you can belong to or respond to.It is clean and the staff are very accommodating.

I really do love Alta at Recency Crest.The management team and maintenance team are beyond professional. They are ALL responsive and respectful. This is a captivatingly BEAUTIFUL space. Excellent location, friendly neighbors. I would definitely (and highly) recommend Alta at Recency Crest!

Ive been here 8 years this coming Feb and wouldnt live anywhere else. I love it!

The new management team is very helpful. Work orders get finished in a good time. I put one in and it was done this AM, much better service. The new women are pleasant to everyone and dress appropriately which wasnt true of the last people. Now there is a open door policy which is different too. Before you had to make an appointment to see anyone in the office, especially the manager. I think this team cares and are doing well by the residents.

On Feb 16, 2012 I moved in. It will soon be 8 years at Alta for me. Ive made new friends and I have had many wonderful experiences, this is home. The staff has always responded to my requests in a prompt and professional way. Terrific maintenance team!

I have lived at Alta Regency Crest since 2014 and it has been a very rewarding experience! The Alta staff are always welcoming and quick to respond to my needs and requests.

I have been living at Alta at Regency Crest for the last 2 and a half years. I have found that this is one of the nicest developments I have lived in throughout the state of Maryland and Washington DC. I would like to compliment the office staff who are very helpful and a joy to work with. Eve and Alexis are both very professional. In addition the maintenance crew is very professional and prompt to take care of any maintenance problems. I find Damon and Don to be the most wonderful maintenance men. Lastly, I would recommend for anyone to rent here.

The office staff is very helpful. Whenever I have a concern, or need to get some information, I just appreciate the time and patience they give me. Its not just me, I see that they give other residents the same type of service.

While hosting an event at Alta at Regency Crest I had the opportunity to speak to many of the residents. Many of those I spoke to took the time to compliment the current management team of Alexis and Tai, mentioning that they were responsive to residents needs, professional in their interactions and supportive and caring. It is a well maintained building with many amenities in a terrific location-easy to see why the current residents are so pleased to be there!

It is a real plus in my life that when I call the office and speak to Tai, no matter what the reason, she is always pleasant , courteous and respectful. Same when i come into the office that she makes eye contact, doesnt hesitate to stand or leave her desk if it benefits me. I appreciate that.

Recently had a maintenance issue with a stopped up kitchen sink drain and a disposal that wasnt working properly. Damon was sent to take care of the problem. Not only was his demeanor professional and the problem fixed, but he went beyond by cleaning out the filter screen in the dishwasher, tested the unit, and cleaned up behind himself.I continue to be very impressed with the maintenance crew since i have lived here for almost four years. When Miro was here, there was never a problem he couldnt fix, and Don continues to be a reliable friendly face everywhere, and never too busy to help. This was my first experience with Damon, and i am equally pleased with his help.5 stars for the maintenance crew and a major point of maintaining my residency here at Alta.

As a resident of Alta at Regency Crest for a year and a half, I would like to state that the staff here is magnificent and the amenities offered are wonderful. The Assist. Manager, Eve Coven, is very personable and easy to discuss any issues with. The Maintenance crew are awesome and very helpful also. After living in my own home for over 50 years, the transition here was made easier by the staff of this wonderful complex.

I recently visited the Alta at Regency Crest and I love the atmosphere. The people who work and live there are very nice. The location is very neat, bright and clean. Im not old enough to live there but I would definitely encourage people who qualify to take a look at the Alta.

Damon and Don always willing to be of help with a smile, no matter how difficult the job. Patience in abundance and competent love these guys!
