Bay Management Group has made my life a whole lot easier. I wanted to rent out my townhouse when I bought my new home, but I was moving over an hour away and didnt know how I would handle any issues that came up. It also doesnt help that Im a contractor and I travel a lot. Bay management has always taken good care of me. Chris is always quick to return my or my tenants calls and take care of any issues. I had a pipe spring a leak in the basement a couple of months ago and figured it would cost me a few thousand, but the plumbing guy Chris sent out had it fixed in under 2 hours. He had to cut out some drywall so Chris sent their drywall guy (a really tall guy, I think his name was James) and he made it look like it never happened. As long as Bay management keeps doing what theyre doing, I have no reason to look elsewhere.2

Oh my goodness what can I say about Jeannie Reamer. I dont think anything I say will express how truly amazing Mrs. Reamer has been through my entire process of finding a new home. She was extremely vibrant and pleasant during our first meeting in September. Although I was running 30 minutes behind she still allowed me to view the property and did so with a smile. She was knowledgeable about the home and the regulations of her company. I am a voucher recipient so I usually dont recieve much help from the realtors or homeowners as they would rather not rent to families with benefits,... but Mrs. Reamers attitude surprised me as she seemed even more excited to get my family into a home and wanted to learn about the voucher process as I was her first applicant that used vouchers. She stayed in communication with me on a weekly basis and some times more frequently just to keep me informed of where we were in the process. She followed all protocols and attempted to do what she could for the interest of my children and I. She conducted research, spoke to the Landlord and spoke to HOC on my behalf many times in attempt to make sure the home was in regulations and that it passed inspection. She was with me to the end, guiding me, giving me encouraging words when things seems gloomy and praying for me when I was homeless after my apartment flooded. She was and still is a true blessing from God. I appreciate her soo much. Again, words cannot explain.

I have been dealing with bay management group for over 4 years and have had an outstanding experience. Nick and his team have handled repairs in a very cost effective way. I strongly recommend them to anyone who is interested in property management in Howard County. I can call Nick literally 7 days a week and know he will always pick up.

I have been with this group for about 6 months now and I have been pleasantly surprised. It was a little rough at the beginning since I have been taking care of all these things myself for the last few years so giving up control has been a challenge. But these guys and gals have been very understanding and accommodating with humoring all my questions and sticking my nose in.My dad gave my brother and I one of his rentals a few years back and we have been splitting the duties ever since but the stress and hassle had become too much for us so we called Bay Management and we were able to transfer everything over without any issues. They even spearheaded all communications with the tenant, which is great since they were reaching out to me at least once a week. My manager has been very good at letting them know what will and will not be fixed, which is a load off my mind because I dont have to always be the bad guy.Again, I have enjoyed my time here so far and look forward to many more fruitful years, as long as they will tolerate me.Thank you again guys!

When we first received a letter stating that our landlord gave management over to Bay Management I must say that I was a bit skeptical. I thought that they would be very difficult to get ahold of and make our living situation a little more difficult. However, this was not the case. Bay Management has been amazing. As a college student it’s nice to have guys that understand where you’re coming from and respect your situation. They have also been a huge help in fixing the problems around our house very promptly unlike the original landlord.
