Lynn is a master at everything! I don’t trust anyone else with eye brows and nails. I’m there every two weeks for a refill and I swear they’re better and better each time. If you need a good nail tech who can do exactly what you need, GO HERE! 5/5!

Lynn is a very good nail tech. Her gel and acrylic fill ins last, to be honest. There will be no issues with breaks and lifts. She has a unique attention to detail. In addition, she is friendly ONCE she gets to know you. I gave 4/5 because they could be more up to date with color and design (artistic) options to keep up with the times, like other shops. But overall, good quality.

When i first started to go here years ago she would do my eyebrows perfectly. But recently shes been messing up, even when I showed her how I wanted my brows. she waxed off the entire top part of my eyebrow and left the other one on. I an extremely disappointed, She should have done my eyebrows slowly so she wouldn’t mess up and make sure the customer is happy with the finished look, but now i have to suffer with lop sided eyebrows because she was rushing and didnt care enough to fix the other eyebrow. And when I go to give her another chance, I walk-in and ask how long the wait is for brows, and she just says “not today”. Nice to know I wasted my time, it’s not like they would’ve been done well anyways

Masterful cuticle work. A bit uneven with length and shape when I did my fill, however the structure is fit for nail solidity, and I have not broken nor cracked a nail here, as opposed to when I went to Nail Trix in Columbia. They do soaking removal as opposed to prying off the acrylic or gel, which would leave the natural nail weak. Very gentle yet efficient, and extemely kind and rather fastidious. Great work overall, and at such a cheap price. Will be coming back!

I went in for a quick manicure and was told to take a seat for 10 minutes. We were pushing past 10 minutes when a woman came in to see if there was anything they could do because she had a bad reaction to a cream they’d used. Her hands were peeling and discolored. They said there was nothing they could do and didn’t offer a refund. That’s ridiculous. You’ll never catch me near Citi Nails again. After witnessing this, I decided not to risk the same reaction and left.

I love this hidden nail center. And I love my technician Tom! He takes good care of my fingers & tootsies.

Lynn has been doing my manicures pedicures, etc, for over the past 10 years. She does a great job and gives excellent advice as well.

Tom and Lynn are very skilled at what they do. I prefer Citi Nails over any place else.
