I made an appointment for 4:45 for my child who starts school the next day. We get there early, and they’re busy. No problem. It wasn’t my time yet. They ask what she wants done, and I explain a manicure (she’s 8) and a toe polish. She had a design she wanted, and like every salon, nobody can ever do more than paint her nails. Why is it so difficult to find an actually talented and good nail tech? Either way, they’re taking more clients (two pedicures walk in right before my appointment), and they accommodate them first. Guess I didn’t spend enough for them to care? They literally rush paint my child’s nails (done in less than 15 minutes), sit her under the dryer, and they’re done. Nails look like I did them at home. I explained this was for school. This was to make her feel special. I just give up on nail salons. I can’t seem to find any salon that ever cares. Every salon makes us feel so rushed and like we are bothering them. I would have spent more if they had actually done what I had asked. I leave this review, because it’s not right the lack of care we experienced. The reviews are why I wanted to come here. But we didn’t experience anything like what others did or do. I guess we just aren’t good enough. Thanks for showing us we don’t matter. We will never return.

Annie out did herself again on my nails! Everyone in there is so nice and caring. Always offering you a drink and making sure your comfortable. My husband got a pedicure while I got a whole new set done. My nails look beautiful and my husbands feet look great! We also had our eyebrows done and even that was awesome! I love this place!

This place is very nice, clean, and organized. All the workers are really nice and friendly to all their customers. I love gel, and they have over 100+ gel colors to choose from! I highly recommend coming here for all your spa needs. This will definitely be my new nail/pedicure place

I initially was a bit flustered but the owner did a fantastical job on my ombre green nails and the other lovely woman gave an amazing great massage and pedicure.

Honestly, Bonaire Nails Spa is the best place in Howard County to get mani and pedi!! It ia always an amazing experience every time I go.

The ladies here are so professional and artists at their craft. I walked in, but would recommend you call for an appointment. Their array of services is quite nice, and I’m quite happy with the outcome of my mani/pedi.

Pedicure was amazing and reasonably priced. The woman spent a long time cleaning up my feet, massaging my legs, and making me feel relaxed. I’m 7 months pregnant and this was exactly what I needed. Highly recommend.

I was in Baltimore for a Business trip and looked up nail salons in the area, this was the furthest away but had the best reviews! I am very glad I drove the extra distance! Lily was so kind and did a wonderful job! This will definitely be my go-to salon when I’m in the area!

This is my first time at a nail shop in the US. I went here today and I have to say that I had a great experience. The owner did my nails and she did a fabulous job. She is very gentle and does a very clean manicure. On top of that, she offered to do a design for me--the design was very impressive and pretty. In addition, I got my eyebrows waxed, which was also a very pleasant experience. I will definitely come back, and recommend my friend and family.On a side note, the place is called Bonair Nails, to my understanding (under new ownership, I believe).

Been coming here for over a year. I recommend all my friends here. Lily is the absolute best! I never have wait long when I walk-in and when I think to, she always gets me an appointment set quickly. Her nail designs are gorgeous and they never disappoint. Can’t say enough great things about this salon!!

A total mess. Very disappointed in how our appointment was handled. We accepted a crappy time so that two of us could have our nails done at the same time. They only had one person available so after spending 40 mins on one persons nails, they then wanted to do the second persons nails. If we would have been walk-ins, that would be acceptable but not when we had an appointment.The physical place was also a mess. Employees kid was playing on the floor with nail polish bottles, subway trash was lying around, baskets of stuff was piled here and there, and the T.V. was very loud... not a relaxing experience at all. I wont be going back.
