I called to get an appointment, and got right in that afternoon. The staff was very nice, and did a fantastic job on my pedicure and gel manicure. Also, got my eyebrows waxed. Prices were reasonable. Would definitely go back.

Walked in to get a pedicure and manicure and had 2 others with me. Salon did not close for another hour and 29 minutes and there was k it one customer in the store. Was told “we don’t have time” you just lost over $100 worth of business. We went elsewhere and will never go there again.

This was my first time going. I went in at 10:30am and the place was already busy. They were very polite and tentative. The service was great!! They took their time and did an amazing job. Later during the day, I fell and ruined the polish on a couple of my nails. I gave them a call and they said to come on in. They were very nice about it and fixed them for me. Nice that they cared about me and my fall. My overall experience was great! I would go again and I would recommend to anyone.

When I got to Maryland I could not find a nail shop to do my nails on a regular basis. After 7 different shops someone recommended city nails to me. If and when I visit Maryland I make sure I go to city nails and I asked for Kenneth he has done my nails the best since I had to leave my regular nail people after 15 years. If you go to city nails for Kenneth.

I got a gel from the place and the service was good. However, the gel was average at its best I feel it could be better. Not sure if I would be coming back here.

I was very clear on what I wanted when I walked into City Nails. After choosing a color and signing in. The receptionist told me it going to be 5 mins. before I was seated.They never came back to check on me, took 3 people, and let someone else come tell me their booked for today. After sitting for 20 mins.

Ive been going here since 2007! Lee does an amazing job on my eyebrows. So does Rose who is the owner. I only have the two do my eyebrows. The clientele can be busy at times so I suggest booking an appointment but walk-ins are accepted. I get pedicures which all staff are trained really well in, as well as manicures. Ive stick to the same nail salon and City Nails by far is the best.

I just moved to the area and was hoping to have found a new nail salon, given the ratings on the google review. I had a gel manicure done by David and am extremely disappointed. Although David was nice, my gel manicure was painted super streaky and began to peel off within 3 days. Not sure if David is skilled but I am unimpressed.

I asked for a full set & while getting the full set done , Ken cut me NUMEROUS of times and did not care. my one finger started bleeding & days later I got an infection from it. ken did not apply the proper care to my finger when it was bleeding. matter fact he did not apply any care to it. Ive had the infection for 2 weeks & its going onto 3. I will NEVER go back to this place, especially Ken!

My mom and I have been 10 year plus. We love it there. They make you feel comfortable. I go to David n my mom goes Lee.

I went this past weekend for a gel manicure and the polish is already peeling off! Havent lasted a week! Very disappointed :(
