I’ve had only the best experiences at this salon. I had gone to several different nail salons and determined that this salon has given me the best experience. My mom, a nail technician, works far from me so I don’t go to her but know that I’ve been around the nail industry since I was a child.Stacy is officially the only nail tech I’ll be going to going forward. She was right when she told me her gel manicures last a month! Mine lasted over a month, out of laziness, with no chips or peels. I had to cut my nails down because they were getting so long! I’ve never had such a perfect gel manicure in my life, and I’m a gel mani type girl. I decided to change it up and get acrylics for the first time in years, which Stacy killed, and I haven’t had so many compliments on my nails in forever.I get the Milk and Honey pedicure every visit and it’s the 45min-1 hour of relaxation I get out of my always busy weekends.Lastly let’s talk about decor. This place is gorgeous. It’s clean, organized, and so beautiful I can’t help but take pictures whenever I go.I highly recommend this salon!

This place is so cute! Small, intimate atmosphere and Tam did a great job with my gel manicure. I asked him to square my nails and he made sure I liked them before continuing. I went with a friend and she had Stacy who also did a great job. Both took their time and were very precise. I will definitely be going back!

Got me in for a last minute appointment and Ben did a great job. Love that he is fast with the gel fill in!

Tam was cool but he charged me $60 for a fill. That is outrageous, I could’ve got a NEW set with that $60. When I initially asked about a fill price they said it should be $40. Even with a cut down/shape up it should not be over $50. 2 of my nails chipped the next day. I’m too lazy to go back and ask them to fix but I will not be going back.

Elegant and very clean, we went during the week, so we had no wait. The place is very modern and has a classy spa feel. We will be returning to this location.

The decorations and ambiance are soft and pleasant. But the guy that did my nails had to keeps cutting them shorter because he couldnt get them even. Im not all that happy with the service. It was perfunctory at best.. Will try them again, but feeling very *meh* compared to my initial expectation.

Destiny is amazing!!! I had a very good experience with this salon. She took her time and was very detailed and knowledgeable. I will be back and won’t go anywhere else BUT HERE!! I came here to get my nails fixed from another salon and she did exactly what I asked. She’s great!! The salon was very clean and they take COVID-19 serious: temp checks, hand sanitizer and hand washing. All the clients were separated from everyone else and everyone used shields. This salon is amazing!!

Beautiful location and they did a great job on my nails! Only reason I gave them 4 stars was because I made an appointment ahead of time and still had to wait about a half an hour before I was seen.

Finally! A nail place I can come to consistently. Clean! The stations are new. The salon is gorgeous with 3 chandeliers and a wall fountain, relaxing music playing. 2+ walls of colors that are organized. Staff has been very nice so far.

I just had the best manicure of my life here!! I am so sad that I am from Florida and can’t make this my regular nail spa. Destiny is a gem. She is so nice and is very talented.

Massage chair was nice but they did not deliver service paid for. Ordered and paid for Venetian spa pedicure with gel polish for my girlfriend and got a basic package. A $40 up charge and polish is coming off after 2 days? Don’t waste your money.

I was not happy about the price compared to other salons in the area that have very good technicians as well. If you live in the area and doing errands in the shopping center then this is a good place to get your pretty on.

Super friendly, very clean, and my toes looked great when I walked out!

The atmosphere is clean and relaxing, but that’s about all. They have no idea how to properly use gel dip powder for nails. My nails came out with lumps and bumps everywhere. Then when I asked to have them redone, I was told they didn’t have time and in the future, I need to ask the nail technician for a ‘natural look’. Please do not waste your time and money at this establishment for poor quality work. What a disappointment.

First time here as a walk in for a pedicure and will definitely return. I was seated right away in a massage chair, offered a complimentary beverage of my voice, and then pampered by the the milk and honey pedicure ($42). The whole experience and final product was superb. Too bad I wasnt also in need of a manicure!

Not great service

First time here. Asked for a gel manicure and it was the worst manicure and polish job I’ve ever had done. She cut my thumb big time! Than got the wrong polish twice! Than once she did do the gel, she got it every where else on my skin, not just my nails and was ready to let me walk out that way. Asked her how long their customers gel polish lasts, she said over 2 weeks. I’ll be happy if this last a full week! She put on so many coats I know it’s going to start peeling! Will not be back here ever!

Mandy and Destiny are great! The customer service is awesome and we are always taken on time because we make an appointment in advance. Pricing is good too!

Absolutely wonderful place to get manicures, pedicures and waxing. Tons of polish choices in regular, gel and dip. Relaxing pedicure chairs and lots of scented lotions and scrubs to choose from. The prices are reasonable for the Columbia area and the staff is friendly.

I’ve been going to Venetian Nail Spa for over a year. Ellen is my go-to nail tech and she is amazing! Her attention to detail is excellent. The facility is also very clean. 10 out of 10, I’d recommend.

One of the worst gel manicures I’ve had in my life. The lady didn’t know how to file a bail let alone do a gel set.Currently my nails all have different shapes from poor gel application and my cuticles are covered with gel and shiny!I have a meeting tomorrow morning with my shiny cuticles and cheap Looking gels. I don’t recommend this place and I will not go back

I called a few weeks ago to make an appointment for a Friday afternoon at 2:15. I walk in a few minutes before my appointment and nobody acknowledges me until I say something.They also refused to do a design for me on my big toe. When I made the appointment by phone I told the woman who I spoke to that I would want a design and she said that would be no problem. I also looked at the paper version of their services offered and it said nail art on it. So I was a bit shocked and confused when they told me that they would not do a design for me. I have never been to a nail salon that doesnt do designs. I thought it was highly unprofessional that they had agreed to do something for me and their brochure offered the service but yet they refused the service when I asked them to do it.This place is tad pricier than necessary so I was expecting exceptional customer service yet that is not what I got today.

Beautiful Place..in need of Skilled WorkersBeen going on and off from they opened. Kept moving beauty services each time I went. Tried getting gel nails- very poor quality and looked horrible. Tried pedicures left with nail polish on my skin,uneven layers of nail polish throughout gave them a few more chances but repeatedly disappointed. Decided to keep them for wax services and my usual lady is good- had a fill in when she was out and she kept double dipping the wax stick!!! I called her out she started coming up with lies and excuses. Unsanitary. Did report to the manager she apologized and said she would “have a talk with her”. Never again.

I love Venetian Nail Spa! I’ve been here consistently for a year now. Most of all it’s clean! They have an array of colors to choose from. I love the dip powder. It lasts about 3 weeks ! I always get great service. Most of the time I call ahead for an appointment or to see if they can take me. It’s a busy shop but not overcrowded. I appreciate that when they are busy they are not rushing through my service to get to the next customer! It relaxing! I look forward to my mani- pedis!

Im originally from NYC--land of nail salons!--and this is my favorite in the area. Most lasting manicures Ive had here, and the setting and staff are wonderful. Great hours, too.

Scheduled an appointment this weekend to have a venetian special pedicure and gel manicure with my mother and was very disappointed in multiple areas. I am not very picky when it comes to my nails but I do expect what I pay for and good customer service. Even though we had an appointment, I had to sit in the foot bath for about 15 minutes before a nail tech came to service me, by the time the tech came my water was on the cold side. The technician had no personality, she didnt even speak. She would just tap my leg when she needed me to move or get my attention. That I feel is very unprofessional as I am not a dog and feel a word here and there asking me to move could have been better. The Venetian special is an up charge from the basic however, my foot scrub was less than 30 seconds and the massage was horrible. My 5yro could massage better! Plus, we were never given the option to choose our smell like the pamphlet suggested. The polish was decent for the pedicure. The manicure ....the tech still doesnt speak. I decided to go with a different gel polish and the very nice gentleman they have at the front helped me pick another color. The color on the swatch appears very dark but when the tech put on the color, I asked her why is it not dark? She told me I need more coats but I had mentioned the first coat is barely even noticeable. She quickly removed the color and told me pick another color. I told her I didnt want another color just wanted to ensure the color would be dark like the sample. Anyhow, the color was nothing like the sample even with 3 coats. After we paid the $180 for our services I left very disappointed. I walked back in immediately as my nails felt like they were sticking to my skin and when I walked out I could see that the lady had clear polish all around my skin and under my nails. I came back in to explain my disappointment and the lady was quick to stop the person she was doing and take my hand to remove all the polish. I then tried to explain my polish was not even to the end of my nails. The gentleman went to get the manager or owner and she said I could come back on Monday and they would do my nails over. I explained that there was no way I could come back in Monday I was very busy this week she then insisted another day. I tried to explain coming back was not an option. Finally, I said forget it I just know not to come back here anymore. Not one time did the manager apologize or offer a refund or a gift certificate for anytime that would work for me, she simply just walked away. The best thing this salon has going for them is the very nice gentleman at the front. It is now 24hours since my visit and two of nails have started peeling, I am not sure why, maybe the 3 coats or the lack of it coming to the tip but for the price we paid I am extremely disappointed.Dont waste your time trying this salon out, there are much better salons down the street like Halo Day Spa or Lavender Nails with better quality, customer service and cheaper prices.

Waited 40 minutes to get my nails done. They didnt even soak the dip off while I waited. Waste of time.

My experience was horrible I got bad service from my nail tech and she was rude and had an attitude the whole time she pushed and flung my hands around when she was done with them, I asked for my nails long and paid additional money for it but she cut them short and when I told her I didn’t like them she tried to come up with an excuse for the length. I am very upset about my nails and I will never go back here and I’ll make sure people know about the horrible service I got from this salon. The manager is disrespectful and will talk over you when you’re on the phone with them i dont not reccomend theis place over prices and nails aren’t even done to your expectations.

Most of the nail techs do a good job, but they are slightly overpriced. The salon is beautiful inside.

Got gel manicure and the work was very messy. Manicure was not properly done and was rushed. In addition, she couldn’t understand what exactly I wanted. It’s been less than a week and the gel polish is already chipping.
