This company was great from my call for service to the job completion. The receptionist was friendly and quickly set up an appointment for me. Our technician, Antonio, was awesome! He knew what he was doing and explained everything thoroughly. He had a great attitude and personality. Antonio diagnosed our problem and replaced a couple of parts which were in stock on his truck.We have been dealing with a couple of companies that our Home Warranty sent out to fix our air during a very hot (110) time period. They were rude and did not fix our air. It was worth paying the money to Air Mech to deal with a reputable company that treats customers with respect!

Replacing an air conditioner and furnace is a large, complicated, and expensive endeavor, so we got bids from 7 different contractors before making a decision. Airmech was in the middle price wise, but I really liked how professional Ali was when I met with him and all of the additional products and services that came with choosing them. They also offered great financing options, which really helped soften the blow of the cost of the project.Throughout the process, they were easy to reach and always on time for appointments. Both qualities that can be hard to find these days. During the installation, they were quiet, courteous, and didn’t make much of a mess. We’re very happy with how everything went and our new system works great. Needless to say, I highly recommend Airmech.

Its 10:30am and i am comfortably sitting in my living room freezing my butt off...a huge improvement from last night when it was 88 degrees in my house. These guys are the real deal! Seriously, called them after having another service company coming to my house and taking a look at my AC and told me I have to replace the whole unit! Airmech answered me right away. I explained my problem they were very understanding and sent someone to check next day. I had a call from that person saying that he fixed it and it’s running like a clock! With a very reasonable price I got my AC fixed and with no hustle!Highly recommended. I rent one of my properties out and the tenants informed me that the unit was out. This was during a particularly nasty heat wave and I knew the unit was over 20 years old and was in need of replacement.I was able to get 2 quotes one from Airmech and one from another company. They were both quick on the quote - I was able to get them to come out within 2 days get me the quote that very same day. Both offered portable units (included with price) in the interim until they could get to date to replace the unit. The other company could give me a replacement date in August, and Airmech was able to get me in the very next week (they had someone who needed to reschedule their replacement date, lucky me!!)Ali was great to work with and his quote came in almost 3K lower. They were able to use the current ducting, repair in spots (rather than full replacement the other company wanted to do) and still did the same inspection that the other company would have done as well. They gave me a Traine unit, which was the same as my old unit with an ungraded EcoBee smart thermostat.They sent me emails to follow up on their job. Really great company to work with.

No worse than having the AC go south during the heatwave 108-110 degree. Airmech Heating & Air is our lifesaver. Our AC broke down yesterday, so I had called Airmech and they set up a schedule for the same day. It supposed to be 4:00-6:00pm. Ali (I believe he’s the owner) came right at 4:00pm, but unfortunately I was home a couple minutes late, so he already left. This is understandable that he couldn’t wait longer, especially during this high season service demand. I contacted the office again and they’re nice enough to reschedule another one for today. Ali just came and had the issue fixed within a few minutes. The AC is now up on running. Thanks Airmech Heating and Air for your excellent service and no upselling. First I like to thank Ali and all the employees and ownership of the company,I have a extra insurance in my appliances and assoon my AC when off on Sat 08/28/2021 I call my insurance to made a claim, beside that was 102 degree and very smoke outside due to the California fires, I have a 2 months old grandson at home.my insurance put a request of service to a contractor under their system, emergency call and the contractor never call or answer the phone.they call Tuesday to said they dont call ppl on weekend!!!!I call few companies in my own taking a change and everyone said they were too busy. I did got lucky with a company and they sent a tech to my house. 15 minutes in the site and $200 fee that said I need a new system.....$16,800?I contractor my self in another trade, I decide to call my hometown companies and I got referral to Airmech by my son.I Call Monday around 11 am, I have Ali, the owner in my house at 2 pm same day. he give me a estimate 35% less Tham the other company. after I review both estimates I notice the previous company was building the cost in items that I changed 4 years ago when I move in......that seal the decision and I desire to hire Ali and his team. The team at Air Mech did a fantastic job with replacing our heating and AC unit. At first we were not sure if we would use them since their bid was the highest of the ones we received. But they provided us with the unit we wanted. Ali answered my husbands concerns and was patient in answering all our questions. The only hiccup was the install date which was delayed by the late arrival of the units. Nothing they could have done since the manufacturer was not able to deliver the units on time. They unfortunately had to install on the hottest day of this year, Memorial Day. It was not ideal, but the team was great, professional and courteous. They took their time to fix all the little issues we had, kept the house clean, and even came back to put in a new transformer because it was buzzing when they tested it. I was thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail and their hard work. Antonio came back 2 days later to put in the new transformer and helped answer more of my husbands questions and was patient and very helpful. I will definitely recommend them. We just purchased our home in the last year and the 32 year old HVAC system needed to be replaced. We hired Airmech for the job. They are friendly, punctual, professional, and they definitely offered the best package price out of the four estimates that we had received. He told us there is nothing wrong with the vent. Fixed the missing screws for the vent. Surely, that helps with the airflow. Sam was a fantastic HVAC tech. Called on a Thursday during the heat wave for an AC Tune Up. They responded immediately, were able to schedule an appointment for the following Monday. Received a text message they were on their way and arrived shortly after. Wearing protective facial covering and gloves, Sam performed the tune up quickly (right outside my son’s room who was doing his first morning of distance learning). It was reasonably priced, he didn’t try to up-sale any needless service. He did recommend a chemical clean for the ac coil. Since I was going to schedule a cleaning next and trusted Sam, I scheduled another appointment the following Monday with Sam in the spot. He came this morning and was nice enough to not ring the doorbell so my dog wouldn’t bark while I was on the phone for work and my son was online for school. He performed the cleaning just as quick (if not quicker than) as the tune up. The ac runs like new and is super quiet. You don’t realize how important regular cleanings like that are especially during heat waves. Sam was great and very professional. Could we have found a HVAC services who was cheaper? Probably, but there is something to said for excellent quality service especially during crazy times like these. Airmech replaced the entire heating and air conditioning system in my house, and did a fantastic job. The old system was approaching the end of its life and already had been recharged, with warmer weather approaching I knew I had to do something about it.Ali came to do the quote, he was very professional, on time, and knowledgable. The quote provided was not the lowest, but it was reasonable considering the equipment I decided on (Trane furnace and two stage AC). It was lower than another quote for the same system from a different installer. Mariah was a wonderful person to work with in their office for arranging the scheduling and billing.Once I decided to proceed with Airmech, they were able to complete the installation one week later, which was a great turnaround time. Antonio and his team arrived early in the morning and were able to complete all the work over the course of one day. I believe there were up to four team members working at the same time, both inside (in the attic) and outside, all wearing masks. All very very courteous, polite and respectful of the house. There was very little clean up for me to do afterwards.The new system is fantastic, such an upgrade over the old one and now I have peace of mind going into our very hot Sacramento summer. On the first day of the hottest week in my town, my A/C quit. Airmech was the only one of two, out of many calls, to respond and actually visited my home that day. I was advised that I needed a new compressor, but bought a complete condenser, which was installed eight days later.Owner was very professional and easy to deal with. His two installers were likewise professional and well trained and completed the job in about two+ hours. Its now cool again at home. While I did not do any price comparison shopping due to the heat and lack of response by other companies, I would recommend this company on the basis of efficiency and promptness.

Our heat went out. This, in Northern CA, is an inconvenience, not a tragedy (weve spent some time in Minnesota, so we have experience). Airmech was great at getting it going again, diagnosing the problem, and coming back as the system continued to fail.We knew, and were prepared, to replace the whole damn system, and had actually been talking about heat pumps, so we made the decision to replace the whole dang thing.We asked for a bid from Airmech, and a couple of others. All were fairly close, but Airmech terms were a bit better, and Airmech kept our broken system running over the holidays, and then brought in the big guns. They coordinated the exchange of the units on our roof, and improved the sturdiness of the new unit.We had a couple of blips, one being that, despite their minimal manipulations, our water heater went out. They resolved that with a simple service call.We find that our system works MUCH better, given the simple parameters of keeping things cool at night, and comfortable during the day. I am waiting for the first bill from SMUD, but the overall heat seems to work much better, despite the lower temps shown on the thermostat.The Honeywell controls they provided are mediocre, although they are iot. Even the last Honeywell setback thermostat gave us 4 options, but the new one gives us just two -- day and night -- and we find that it doesnt quite work for our schedule, particularly since we are home most of the time. But we find it hard to blame AirMech for those problems.

I highly recommend Airmech. They were on time, professional, and they went out of their way to think of solutions that fit my budget. Sam was really helpful, and I felt comfortable enough with him to leave him alone (with access to my house) while I ran a quick errand. I will never use any other business for my AC needs.

The quotes for my options were very reasonable considering complexity of the variable speed motor assembly in my Trane HVAC unit. Highly recommended! The technician was on time, professional, and knowledgeable.

Our 20 year old AC died the first day of the major heat wave in August, 2020; compressor blew out and leaked oil / coolant everywhere. The forecast was for near 110F temps for the next 10 days, fun times. We immediately called the Big Surprise Guys who performed annual maintenance on the system for us through our Club membership. They quickly confirmed what I could clearly see with my own eyes, blown compressor - $4K - $5K to replace it, probably made more sense to upgrade the entire system considering its age. So, later that afternoon the Big Surprise Guys comfort consultant (aka. sales guy) comes over to go over our options on a new system. After going over the quote I let them know wed be getting some other quotes as well just to make sure we were getting a fair price and the right system (we were quoted for a 16 SEER AC unit with a 95% efficient furnace). Another company came buy and provided the same diagnosis and quoted something a couple grand less than the Big Surprise Guys. Finally, I called Airmech. Ali was the gold standard of customer service. He quoted me what I asked for, an apples for apples system to my other quotes, and was considerably less expensive (easily 30% less). He then actually provided consultative advice, unlike the Big Surprise Guys, letting me know that being in California and soon to have solar installed on my house, an all electric heat pump would be a much more cost effective choice than simply replacing my old AC and gas furnace. There was also a $3K rebate available from SMUD for making this change so it was basically the same expense to me to get the better system. Ali also was considerate of the position my family was in without any AC and promptly brought over a window AC unit for us to use until we could get our system replaced. In one final check to make sure I was getting the best deal, I reached out to the Big Surprise Guys one more time letting them know I was more interested in a heat pump and the specific model. They quoted me a model that was two notches down in efficiency than what I had asked for at a price 40% more than Airmech. Ali and team showed up on time to do the install and knocked it out in a day. With all the money I saved, we also had them put in a UV air sanitizer and well be able to redo the floors in our guest house. Needless to say, Ive since canceled my Club membership with the Big Surprise Guys. Its simple, if you want a fair deal on quality equipment with superior service and technicians - its Airmech.

I was in need of replacing my ac system and read reviews on Yelp for Airmech, all the reviews sounded great so I called for an estimate. Ali came out the same day within a couple hours. He was very informative and his pricing could not be beat!! We set up an appointment and he was in and out in 1 day as promised. My AC system works great!!!! We ended the summer as cool as could be. I will use Airmech for all of my future ac/heating needs. Oh and the workmanship was excellent. They dotted every I and crossed every T. Give them a shot, you wont be disappointed.

I called Airmech To service an old, very old air conditioner. Sam was my technician. He took his time to explain everything that he was doing. I was so grateful for his honesty. My air conditioner did not need Freon. But it was clogged with debris. He cleaned the air conditioner the best that he could. For its age and the size of my house, I know it will not blow really cold. But it will blow cool enough . I will not suffer in the heat of this summer. Thank you Airmech.

I had a club memberhip with another company, and when I called them to service me, I was told I would have to wait until September. I called Airmech who sent a service person the next day. Therefore I immediately terminated my club membership with that company, and joined Airmech. My air conditioning problem was fixed, leaving me satisfied with the service. Thank you Robert.

Great service. Called and got an appt that afternoon. Helped me figure out I had a faulty Nest Thermostat. Also went an extra to install my old thermostat. Very helpful considering it was 100+ degrees.

Just our luck, our AC suddenly stopped working when the next days temperatures were forecasted to be in the high 100s. We googled AC Repair in Elk Grove and Airmech came up with great reviews on yelp and google. I went to their website and scheduled an appointment immediately. Luckily they had an availability for the next afternoon. Ali came and inspected our AC unit and found the problem within 5 minutes! Within 15 minutes Ali was able to fix our AC and saved us from the heat. Ali was very kind and professional. Thermostat died. Had tech Sam come out the next day and replaced a blown fuse. However it died again after 2 days. This time he came out and did a thorough check of the wiring to the thermostat but found no short or trouble. He serviced the furnace and flushed out the drain pipes and other preventive maintenance. So far the system and thermostat is still working after the repair 4 days ago. Hopefully it stays that way. Definitely recommend if you need someone out ASAP for any repairs. Thank you Sam.
