I regret i used this business. After they install my HVAC, water was leaking under the HVAC (which was a nightmare). I called them many times, after long time they come and checked it, but still it is leaking. God knows why. Also the city came to check for the inspection, they found many things was missed and not installed. By law they are supposed to install fire alarm, or let the customers get it done, also on the side of the HVAC the inspector told them it was not done correctly. I REGRET IT BIG TIME.

Professional, On-Time and Friendly. Unclogged kitchen drain, fixed leaking toilet, serviced tankless water heater and replaced value in sprinkler system. Basically fixed all my water leaks and got water flowing. I was very pleased. Due to their superior service, I plan to use them when I need HVAC serviced.

Steve came out and gave me the best estimate on repairing my sewer line. It was clogged with tree roots. His techs,Steve and Andreas, are so hardworking and cheerful! Really great guys. They had to dig 5 feet down into the hard clay soil. They found the pipe,replaced it and when they were finished, it was pristine! I highly recommend Macs for any issues you may have. The technician Tommy was friendly, knowledgeable, diagnosed and fixed our plumbing problems very fast. He also abideed with the Covid 19 regulaions. This past week I had a very positive experience with Macs Plumbing in Elk Grove regarding scheduling a water heater replacement that was part of SMUD rebate program. The professional conduct started with Kristyn through several phone conversations and e-mails. Earlier today, I was very fortunate to have their service technician, Edward, who truly was a professional at his craft while be very informative on the new heat pump water heater he was installing. In these times, it seems as if service companies give you upfront lip service on their legendary customer service but fall way short in the end. Not this company! Their price was competitive, but the final results was more than I expected. Thank you!

Tommy came out and was friendly, courteous, and very informative. Our toilet is 15 years old and while it would have been easy to tell us to get a new one, he did his best to make it work. W ended up ordering a new toilet but the experience and expertise of Mac’s Plumbing Heating & Air was refreshing.

Wow! I dont think I have had a repair/replacement go so quickly. We decided to get a new hot water heater (changing from gas to electric - SMUD rebate FYI) and we were impressed with Steve and his honest and professional opinion and presentation. We were able to get our hot water heater replaced within days and the technicians were great. Very professional and kind, clean cut, courteous...you know..those things that arent always present in service today. They did forget something (but then, who doesnt you know?) and I had some questions and Steve called me back after hours on a Thursday night :) They handled the issues with a smile and quick service. The office coordinator was probably one of the most friendly and competent people I have spoken with in quite a while. So...thank you to all of you for taking pride in your job and doing your best. We had issues with our shower faucet so we contacted Macs Plumbing since they were close and we needed a quick repair. Wayne and his team were great! They were very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He fixed our issue with an quick part swap, which luckily he had handy. Now the shower works as good as new.

Tommy was great! Super personable and did great work. He stopped by in the evening on his way home, which was truly appreciated. We had a leaky shower that he fixed for us as well as took the extra effort to snake our kitchen sink that wasn’t clearing on first take.Can’t recommend highly enough.

Macs plumbing was on time. I was really impressed with the picture sent before tech arrived so I knew who was coming to my house. The tech Tommy Day was on time polite wore his booties the whole time was in house. I would highly recommend Macs plumbing they do great work.

Steve (the owner) is a man you can trust. We have only used him a couple of times when we experienced an emergency on Friday - the water main to the house was damaged. We had to shut it down until it can be repaired and had no water to the house. Steve took part of his Saturday off to come and set up a back-up hose from the meter (bypassing the broken line) to the house. Its hard to find a contractor like him.

Came out right away got water shut off and gave reasonable estimate. Showed up to do work on time and kept work within quote. Other company looked at job for 5mins and gave a crazy estimate. Charged me $85 and didnt even try to get water shut off.

The technician Macs Plumbing sent to my house to help with my kitchen sink and dishwasher, Tommy Day, was amazing. I had a tricky problem which required a little extra fanagaling (he had to move my stove to pull the dishwasher out) and he problem solved and made it happen. I will definitely call Macs Plumbing next time I am in need.

I have never needed a plumber before, however, when my somewhat new toilet would no longer flush properly, my husband was away on business, and I needed to get ready for work, I needed someone fast. I called Macs Plumbing, left a message at 5:30 a.m. and received a call back from Macs shortly after 7:00 a.m. saying their man, Steve, was on his way to another work site that was very close-by and would be happy to stop by on his way. Those words were music to my ears, it has been some time since I have dealt with a company that truly understands what Good Customer Service means. Steve found the problem, and was able to get it fixed for me!! I am now a loyal customer and will not hesitate to recommend Macs Plumbing Service to anyone. Thank you, Macs!

I have never had such great service from any other company then I had with Macs Plumbing and Heating. In the office, Christen, to the field, Tommy, Wayne and Phillip. I felt they all went an extra mile. They managed to make my home a day before was promised and unplugging my toilet, to finding the reason it happens so often. This is something other Companies have never done.I recommend calling Macs Plumbing Heating and Air from the Elk Grove, Ca. office

My kitchen sink backed up on Sunday to the point where I couldnt use it, so I knew I needed to get a plumber out right away. Monday morning at 8:30AM I called Bonney, and was routed to a call center where they said I would have a technician call me back to schedule something. By 11:00AM I still hadnt heard from them, so I called Macs because they had good reviews. Kristyn who answered the phone was courteous and professional, booked me an appointment on the spot, and text me a bio of the technician that would be showing up ant my home. They also sent me a follow up text when the tech was on their way to my house. The technician (Steve) was at my house by 2:00PM, and had the sink fixed in less than 30 minutes. Steve was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. He answered all of my questions, was dressed professional, and made a point to wear booties on his shoes the whole time he was in my house. I will definitely refer Macs, and use them again in the future. Excellent service and reasonable prices! (I still havent heart from Bonney, and it it 2 days later, sad.)

Awesome Company! Steve and Tommy are rock stars. My house was backing up everywhere and I was so upset. I called Macs and out came two guys and Im sure they thought I was a crazy lady. Steve assured me everything was going to be ok. They got to work and finally got my drains working. Steve found the problem and explained everything to me he even had a camera that showed me everything. Macs was great from the min I got the lady on the phone. I will be telling everyone I know about them.

My AC went out on a Sunday I called Macs and got the answering service. A lady called me back in 5 min. I asked if I could schedule someone to come out tomorrow she said she would put us on the list to call and get on Monday schedule. Monday came and by 8:30am a tech was at my house. AJ was so kind and explained everything to me. Now I have to say Macs was the third company I had out. The tech found wires that were burnt and a piece of something that was burnt up. I was shocked and so thankful at the same time. AJ fixed everything and I was up and running and today has been great and my house is cool again. I will be calling these guys in the future especially after I learned that they do everything. I had a hole in my wall from a fall and I have another one of there guys coming back to fix it for me!

Tommy was professional and finished the work fast.
