Company charged me 112.00 just to balance my wheels and car still has the same shake at 60mph. They charged me and either didnt do the work or they didnt do it right! After leaving and noticing that the shake was still there I called them and instead of them telling me to bring the vehicle back so they could take a look at it, they said that they would have to charge me again. I felt like I gave them 112.00 for nothing! Wouldnt recommend this place. Save your money or go somewhere else!

I asked, and was very clear that I wanted to downsize my tires. Its my choice to do so. I was told, Sure no problem. Then when I arrived after waiting a half hour, was told Sorry we can NOT do it. It is illegal to do so. According to multiple places. Yes! Yes it can be done. So they lied to get away from the liability. As well as. My hub caps were installed wrong and squashed the vavle stem. Theres an indention in the hub cap specifically for the valve stem. I was going to go back and make them fix it, but thought to myself. If they cant put a hub cap on right. Why would I want them touching my car again. They didnt even put the valve stem cap back on two of the tires. Just laziness. I DO NOT, NOT, NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I had had two new tires put on my car. An alignment and an oil change. It was my first time at the shop. I was very happy with the service they provided. The prices are reasonable. I will return for future upcoming services I need for my car.

I wont go anywhere else for tires...these guys were so quick. I got there 1.5 hours before they close without an appointment and they were done in like 30 minutes! I was sure I would have to leave it until the next day. I didnt even know what I needed, so they could have gotten a pretty penny from me for four tires and sold me something I didnt need. I was shocked at how reasonable the price was! And lifetime flat repairs and rotation even if Im traveling...topped with how quickly they worked and how kind + professional they are. Customer for life!

These are my go to guys for work on my Saab. I take my car in for routine servicing (even though its not a well known make and model) and they have been excellent. My entire family (a couple of Hondas and a Jeep) go here for service and tires. Always an excellent job by Justin and the team. Highly recommend.

Ordered 4 brand new tires last year. All 4 were the right size but the speed rating was incorrect. The guy (Jeremy) that ordered it had attitude towards me every appointment. Not my fault you ordered the wrong tires. Not something a Tire Pro would do in my opinion. Finally they got my tires correct. Went and did a few services. All good. The last few months the experience changed. Pull up and about an hour later they call me about my wheel locks and I tell them where it is. I was pleased to see the bolts look like they had been stripped from trying to be pulled or hit off. This year I am a month out of warranty of the tires and I get all the way over only for the same guy to tell me they dont have the tires in stock and he needed to order them. You would think if you are a returning customer and putting money in their pockets they would treat you right. Also in my time being there I would say every 3 visits I saw someone being irked or yelling at them. I had my time there. I just hope this helps anyone else not waste their time there.

They did very well. I was only there for an oil change but they have done brake work for me in the past and that went well also. I havent been too happy with the Ford Dealership here so Im sure Ill be going back to Tire Pros.

I purchased four new tires for my Hellcat (around $2,000) from the big box shop (hint, the name rhymes with Americas Liar). As soon as I took the car on the highway I knew something was wrong, major steering wheel vibration at 65+. Oh yeah, and they also threw my Hellcat valve stem caps in the garbage (or claimed thats what happened to them). I didnt want to deal with Americas Liar again, so I find this shop and drove in without an appointment. The team at Tire Pros were prompt to help and got my car in right away. A couple of my tires were nearly 3g off balance! Chances are, Americas Liar didnt even attempt to balance my tires when they installed them. Needless to say, EG Tire Pros has a new customer for life!

After getting half done work for many years on my prelude I found this shop and took a chance. I love the atmosphere here and definitely recommend them. Gave me a solution to my problems with my 01 Honda prelude and I’m looking forward to the work to be done. Thank you Dave for the excellent service that was provided so far. See you Saturday!

My husband was here Saturday for a flat on my tire, to our surprise our tire was under warranty and they were to able to replace it. Yet they did not have the replacement available till Monday. My husband stated they told him it was a easy in and out since they kept my rim, I would just come in and get it replaced. After waiting for 10 min (since no one mention the wait time) I asked how long will it be till they worked on my car. They stated 1 hr. I had to leave bc I had a sleepy baby and a active 5 year old. Next time they should not promise a in and out since they kept my rim and it would be a easy replacement when I arrived

I’m so happy I took my car to Elk Grove Tire Pros! I got my oil changed and new tires from this business. My car is running smoother and feels great to drive. Also, their customer service is excellent. Justin at the front desk helped me and explained everything needed to be done to my car in an easy way to understand. I love this place! I first came here a dozen years ago because they quoted me the best price on tires- after one visit- Ive never been anywhere else! Even after all this time! Their expertise and knowledge are what makes them one of a kind. They are very trustworthy and work hard and go the extra mile for you- thats just how they are! Its their nature! I usually go to Les Schwab for service but this time I opted to give tire pros a chance. Only needed 2 tires and was in and out pretty quickly compared to the long wait times at Schwab. Pricing is comparable. Id consider this place again for tires.

Needed to barrow an air hose to fill up a trailer tire. The service person insisted on filling up the tire and did so in a very professional manner. I highly recommend this place.

Dont know if the service manager is a wanna be cop, or just has a chip on his shoulder in todays political climate. But he is definitely not pleasant. Maybe he figured they dont need new customers, or only want a ceryain type of customer. Maybe it was just him, or maybe he is picking up what the owner communicates. Dont know. Dont care. It was recommended I replace the motor mounts and transmission mount. The service was done quickly and efficiently, when I arrived to get my vehicle, upon the first start, the shaking disappeared. When I left the lot and got on the road it was like I was driving a new car. I have never been disappointed with Tire Pros. I will continue to use Tire Pros forever. They over torqued my oil filter canister which caused a significant oil leak. Could not drive it in to them because of how bad it was leaking. Fixed it myself. When I called to ask what oil they use, so that I could add the same, I also told them what happened. They could not have cared less. I wasnt looking for anything from them but, if they just acted like they cared, it would have good enough. Since they could not have been bothered, I will not be going back there.Thank you for the reply although, no resolution has been made. You blew me off. No one ever reached out to me to discuss this issue.

Name changed but same great service. I am picky on shops because I usually do all my own car maintenance. These guys do good honest work and have good prices. I always listen to what shops say to other customers and these guys always tell them honest opinions and dont seem interested in anything but fixing what needs fixing.

The awful reviews on here must be personal; and obviously not everyones experience is going to be the same. That being said, mine was outstanding. Not only did they do a number of things to my vehicle in a timely manner with multiple customers also in need of services, but they came back with a printout of my alignment - indicating I didnt need one. I thought for sure I would need to shell out the 80$, but instead, they showed integrity and told me it wasnt required. Thats how you keep business.

Just got 4 brand new tires and car drives really smooth now, received outstanding service!

After calling this location to confirm they had the proper tire for my vehicle I drove across town, waited 45 minutes while service was done, and was promptly told that they were putting on the wrong tires to my vehicle. I wasnt upset at this, but they did not apologize, told me I would have to put $100 more for the proper size, and when I told them I would have to think about it, they walked away from me without any further comments. After I left I called back to figure out what went wrong and the manager, Dave, blamed me for not knowing my tire size and kept interrupting me and saying youre wrong when I had told him he never asked me for my tire size and that he shouldve checked my current tires.I never have had such a terrible experience. I usually dont leave reviews but this prompted me to do so. Very unprofessional service, save your time/money and go elsewhere.

In the past I received good service but now it seems they are using a bait and switch practice and quoting a different price to a woman customer and a much lower price to a male customer for the same exact service and exact same car.Today, around 12:40 pm, I called Elk Grove Tire Pros to get an estimate for an oil change with my own oil and filter. I spoke with David who is the owner of this facility. David gave me a price of $25.32. This is about what I paid the last time for the same vehicle. But since I wasnt able to take the car in myself, my daughter called them again in my presence to see if an appointment was needed and to confirm the price. But this time, David gave my daughter a much higher price. When confronted by me for unfair practice of charging/quoting a woman more than a man, David got very defensive and rude.It against a the law to discriminate, and to unfairly charge a person a different rate for the exact same repair job just because they are of a different sex, race etc. To defend himself, David the owner of Elk Grove Tire Pros, stated that the quote was given to me was based on average car.David, never asked me what type of car I had and gave me a price of $25.32. But when my daughter called, David also, didnt ask what type of car she had but gave her the estimate which was much higher. After being called out for this fraudulent business practice, he then asked me what type of car I had. To be fair to ALL customers, before a quote is given in writing or verbally, a good and reputable mechanic or an owner of a business will get all the required details before giving the price.A formal complaint is being filed with the CALIFORNIA STATE BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I will keep this review updated as to the outcome of the States investigation in to this business

Came in with a nail in the drivers side rear tire paid for the replacement. They replaced the passenger rear tire which was a perfectly fine tire. When we realized this we went back and they refused to remedy this. They wanted us to pay for a new tire. Only thing they offered was to take off the labor. We even asked to split 50/50 for the tire seeing as they replaced the wrong tire. They refused that as well. Bad business

Never take your vehicle here terrible service, and make sure your hoods closed because they didnt close mine and it flew off..... And they wouldnt replace the damage they caused. They said its my fault????Like dont you know if a hoods shut all the way...... Dont recommend ever getting your vehicle serviced there.They do terrible jobs

GREATNESS!So I had trouble with another store in Elk Grove. I had taken my vehicle in for an oil change and rotation, left there with an oil leak and a car that shook going down the road. Came here because it was a Big O store but now it is another franchise, I thought they might be able to help.They first were very pleasant in greeting me when I showed up, and then they immediately wrote me up and pulled my vehicle in. They stated that the leak was from the oil drain gasket and that it was an quick fix. They also said the shake was from the balance not being done right on my tires. Fixed easily also. In and out of there in under an hour, and at a very minimal cost ($30.00 for the leak and balance).I have now found the place I fully trust and will be a lifelong customer here at Tire Pros!Thank you Tire Pros Crew!!!

I had stopped by on an emergency basis to request the use of an oil funnel and was sent to the manager, who as he walked over to me was shaking his head and saying no before he even heard what I needed. This is both rude and unfriendly for a place that provides services such as Oil Changes and the like along side their offering of tires.

They are very helpful and professional. I was in and out pretty quickly, as well.

Went here because it was the first place to say it would fit me in to look at my car. I went there and met Chris. Who on going out to my car ran back inside to inform me he knew what the problem was. Then brought me out to show me. Said everything else was ok, they did an alignment and told me that I could spend a ton of money or just buy tires when needed and not put so much into an old carThen the next day called me and refunded me for overcharging me. Super honest guy. As some from from a small town I felt at home here. I will be recommending and using this shop for all tire and alignment issues. You guys kick butt.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and first time they overfilled my oil by over a quart and blew a seal and now I have major leak issues then went in because of check engine light and they tell me its most likely the distributor cap and charge me $554 dollars for it and after talking to another mechanic and pricing it at the auto store its a $15 dollar part not a $400 dollar part which they claimed and it did not even fix the issue and then they had the nerve to try and tell me they THINK it is a blown head gasket and give them $1600 bucks to fix it! If you want to be scammed then go ahead and head on over here because they will rip you off and not fix your car issues but create more! FAIR WARNING! Read the other reviews as well, these guys should be put out of business!!!

Terrible Service, the owner David Riesen employed his rude quick tempered son Justin Riesen. The only reason I ever gave them business is Dans auto repair is usually busy.I will not be making that mistake again, and I hope you dont make it a first time.I went there to get some work done only to get a case of we cant do X,Y, and Z (they dont know how more likely in my opinion) whilst there employees are in the back screwing around with a bow and arrow.I try to complain and find the owner, and his son starts giving me threats like my dad would throw you out. I leave and take my bussiness to Dans who is WAY MORE PROFESSIONAL!!!! Want to talk with a REAL ADULT go to Dans. Want to get treated like crap by some Kid, Justin Riesen is at Big O Tires because his rich kid has a daddy who gave him a job where he can feel like a big boy.
