Our builder used Home Climates to install all of the plumbing in our home. During home inspection, it was uncovered the basins did not retain water. Home Climates ordered new parts and fixed the basins. Chris and Joe were professional, courteous and I am extremely pleased.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a home contractor, from getting the estimate to completion of the project. Every single employee that came to the house was professional, competent, polite and worked very, very hard. Our install team was 4 employees and they worked together like a well-oiled machine! 😁 Our older house was a real challenge but they met the challenge and and got the job done well. Tech showed up at appointed time. Showed him to basement. He did a thorough review of the system. Then he went through the check list, checking off the items that passes or failed the tests. He switched the system over to heat and did the associated tests.Then he went outside and checked the condenser.He completed all the tests and changed out the air filter. Completed within the stated time (less that 45 minutes). Then he emailed me a copy of the results of the check up. Not bad for $16.50/ month plus $5/month for the 5 air filter.Been with Home Climates for several years and would recommend them for all services related to ac; heating; plumbing.

Called in the morning for an AC unit that wouldnt cool and they were able to get me a same-day slot (it was in the upper 90s today!). We researched mini split ductless systems and ultimately called about 10 companies for free estimates. Home Climates was one of those companies. Most of the companies were relatively close in price, so it wasnt really about price. Home Climates was just different, and I could sense that. From the first phone call, to the scheduled estimate, reminder text of the appointment, two to be exact. All of their employees were professional and went above and beyond in exceeding our expectations. One of our interior units was in a unique situation and they worked with us to make it happen. They also happen to carry Daikin units, among others, which we preferred. We also have 3 dogs and they worked with us on that as well, during the install. We just couldnt be happier and plan to use them for all of their other services they provide.

Technician arrived as scheduled, he did not have correct replacement filter. Had to schedule a time to have correct filter dropped off and replace it myself. Otherwise work as satisfactory.

We use Home Climates for all of our geothermal unit maintenance and repairs. Technicians are always on time, professional, covid safe, respectful of keeping the house as they found it, and friendly. Communication is wonderful. Appointments are scheduled quickly and there is always ample warning regarding when the technician will arrive and what he or she will look like. Provide a 1-2 hour window for arrival, but rarely arrive more than a few minutes after the earliest part of that window.

The employees who have provided service have all been extremely polite and conscientious. Even when things got more complicated than anticipated, they took the time to explain all options and the ramifications of each. 6 months ago we were all set to install an HVAC unit but we were able to ride out the winter. Our system finally died during last heat wave and Home Climates picked up right where they left off, with fast scheduling and lowest prices. Sent two technicians and texted picture of who was coming. We turned on our air conditioning on June 5th for the first time....we love windows open. We just stopped using one of the national franchises and had yet to have our yearly AC maintenance. By 5:08pm I received a text that Justyn was on his way.....1.5 hours before expected time of 6:30 - 7:30pm. Justyn was amazing! Technician was early, I received a text prior to his arrival. He was masked and put on shoe covers before coming in. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (faulty thermostat), stayed a while to ensure it was functioning, thoroughly explained all I needed to know, and was friendly and professional. I always have a great experience with Home Climates - they have my full and enthusiastic recommendation.

The technicians over the phone were extremely professional. The answering service over the weekend not so much. As I was battling a leaking pipe the service lady felt it was her job to coach me on answering my cell phone more efficiently. I told her I was staring at the phone waiting for a return call and it went to voicemail. She said I needed to do better answering my phone. I ended up using another plumber because they were able to arrive and fix 3 hours earlier than home climates.

The employees I encountered at Home Climates were amazing to work with! All were very polite and respectful and their work ethics are above normal. Shawn, Mason, Vince, Chris, Jiovani and others I didn’t get their names were all professional and had customer satisfaction a top priority. They kept working diligently to handle my concerns in a timely manner. Because of this, I will continue to use Home Climates in the future for any of my HVAC and plumbing needs.

Today I noticed my (electric) hot water heater was leaking. My wife was about to leave for work and I was going to be home watching our 4 month old little girl. I decided to call home climates and they sent a guy out to take a look at it. He walks in and says it’s leaking from the tank and it definitely needed to be replaced. I thought “Why not? Go ahead and let them replace it.” Time is money and I wouldn’t have to drag the little one to Home Depot. He comes back in with a estimate of $2,000. $2,000!!!! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. The water heater was in an easy location and the water supply was ran with CPVC - so it wasn’t a major job. He then calls his boss and says he could lower it to $1,800 if I didn’t want to sign up for some membership. I paid the $75 for the service call and went and got a new hot water heater and installed it in about a hour and half and all less then $600. I’m not here to bash, but talk about price gouging!?!? I’m all for supporting small businesses and shopping local, but I cant be taken advantage of like that.

Vince came out at 8 in the evening to troubleshoot our newly installed ductless heating system. He was very thorough and professional and did everything in his power to tweak the system. But after talking to his supervisor decided that the company that made the unit needed to get involved. So they will be coming back after talking to the company rep. I am very satisfied with Home Climate and all the technicians that I was involved with.

We have used Home Climates in the past. When we moved back to the area we made sure we signed back up for our yearly maintenance. Logan was on time, personable and professional.

The young men were professional and polite. I was concerned though that they denied having done something to get the furnace and heating system to work properly. Your company had said the system was fine in late May though it did not blow air to the vents right before or right after. The young men who came tried to convince me that it was just because the system was old. I was a bit disappointed in how they handled my frustration with the previous technician who came in May.

Our bathroom faucets “plug” was stuck and would not let water go down. Devlin was able to remove the plugs and put them in the position they should ha e been. He was very courteous and efficient.

I had a property with a mold problem and I only had three days in PA to solve. My first and only call was to Home Climates (been using since 2015) and within an hour we had a plumber and an HVAC tech coming to assess, and within the next 24 hours we had a de-humidification system, together with ultraviolet, and a larger volume sump pump. Nobody takes the job more seriously and for that, I entrust them with all of my work.

We used Home Climates for the installation of a Bosch combi natural gas boiler. I obtained 2 estimates, and Home Climates was slightly more than half (yes half!) of the cost of the other company. Andy worked with me on my choice of boiler and thoroughly answered all of my questions. He responded to email within 24 hours if not sooner. The installers Shawn, Drew, and Alex were friendly, professional, and courteous. They took the time to answer all of my questions and carefully showed me how everything worked. They had to create a wall on which to mount the boiler, and it looks great. They also ran a gas line for a cooktop and gas logs and connected the cooktop. Unfortunately, we had a glitch with the boiler itself and it needed a new part. Service calls were answered promptly and technicians showed up right away. Mason installed the replacement part and connected our gas logs. He did an excellent job and was just as professional as the installation team. The office staff, Katelyn and Melissa, were incredibly helpful and responsive and submitted our UGI rebate form for us. The whole system is a truly a well oiled machine.
