If I could give 10 stars I would!! Carla was so kind and courteous. She managed to get us worked in the same day since my elderly parents with health issues were coming to stay with us from out of town the next day. Caleb arrived mid-afternoon and quickly diagnosed and fixed our AC unit. I just cant say enough great things about the kindness and professionalism of these two people. I HIGHLY recommend them for any heat/AC needs and will personally never use any other company.

The three young men that came out to install the entire HVAC system on a rainy day were so professional, courteous and most important knowledgeable of all the equipment they installed. Explained everything to me. Cleaned up so well you would never know they were there that day except for the new units. And the price... well, I checked with at least three other companies, BEST PRICES in town! GREAT COMPANY!!!

They are so friendly, professional and efficient. I had them install an entire HVAC system with ductwork included many years ago. I had to make a service call and they were able to find the problem and fix it very quickly. They were kind enough to explain the problem and answer any questions I had.

Caleb responded to our call for service on our heat pump. I have nothing but praise for his work. He was on time, polite, and patiently answered all of our questions. Brad showed up on time installed my new thermostat. Then continued with a maintenance inspection making sure everything was running in tiptop shape.

We have used this company several times to repair a 20 year old unit. They always have the quickest response time and are always very courteous, professional, and affordable. 2 weeks ago, we had them install a new HVAC system. They were able to squeeze me into a sooner time frame than they originally had available, which helped me out greatly. 2 gentlemen arrived and had the new system installed the same day. They were patient and eager to help with any questions we may have had. The new system works great and we couldnt be happier with the service that we received.

We had an air and heat system installed 8 years ago and they were very friendly and throughout the insulation explained everything. We just had to call them out for a repair, they came same day we called and repaired it within a few hours. We highly recommended them to anyone who needs help. Called for quotes on a new air conditioner and furnace. Brad came out and was very helpful during the free consultation. He didnt try to sell me anything, he wasnt in a hurry, he answered all of my questions, and he followed up with emails a phone call. This was a sharp contrast to several other highly reviewed contractors who I have talked to. Brad actually talked me out of getting a new furnace. The prices that I was quoted via email seemed very fair based on my limited knowledge of the industry. Full disclosure - we ended up not needing their services, but if I ever need a local HVAC company they will be the one I call.

Absolutely fantastic company and a wonderful experience! We have an older unit and called to have it service to make sure everything is good. From the first phone call to the end of the servicing, we could not be more impressed. Isaac was an amazing technician who was more than happy to explain things to me so I had a better understanding of system. Their fees are more than fair and some of the most affordable we have seen. We will definitely be using Air Care in the future.

Air Care has done several projects for me over the years. I refer them to my friends and co-workers who are extremely satisfied. Recently, in the heat of summer I needed to get an outside AC unit moved based on a busted/clogged sewer pipe under ground. They were very responsive and with little guidance moved the unit. More importantly, they mounted the lines on the exterior of the house in a very professional manner. They go out of there way to treat your property like it is their property.

Air Care crew just installed a 15000 btu Daikin 20 SEER ductless heat pump (split type system) in my very large sunroom. Installation was very professional and for a fair price. I only had to adjust the thermostat so air conditioner wouldn’t make everything too cold. I recommend both the contractor and the equipment very highly.

I recently bought a house in September and had been trying since October to get an HVAC installation (I had window units with NO heat in January). I tried calling 5+ companies; some not servicing the area, some not able to install duct work, one whose prices were OUTRAGEOUS, and a few who did not even bother to get in touch with me. I had installation scheduled through another company who said it would be 2-3 weeks and a month later, still no response. I got in touch with Air Care Heating & Cooling and they sent someone the next day to do a free estimate. After accepting the estimate, they had the install scheduled the very next week, at a very reasonable price. They have been very professional and helpful through this whole experience. I fully recommend this company for any HVAC needs. They are wonderful!

Air Care delivers excellent service. My outside unit had excessive frost build up, I called they arrived at my house with 40 min, repaired my system, great costumer service from the office and technician all over the phone!!!!! I highly recommend Air Care!!!

Great work, affordable service with a smile

We had been without heat for three weeks waiting for the two places that we normally used to get free to just make an appointment for them to come out. I called air care on a whim hoping against all hope that maybe they may have an appointment. After speaking with the very friendly receptionist she made an appointment for the very next day. They gentlemen came out and was able to get our heat wiring in less than twenty minutes. We had been miserably cold and now we are warm and toasty and they didn’t charge us an arm and leg to do it. I called Air Care today because I was getting jerked around by another company. The other company put me on standby and wouldnt tell me exactly what day, let alone what time they could come out. Air Care came out in less than 3hrs after I called. The techs were very polite and professional had the issue troubleshot and resolved in just a few minutes. They have earned their good rating, Ill call them first next time. I strongly recommend you do the same!

Heater went out during a long spell of single digits temps and we didnt have the money for a repair till the following week. However they took into consideration that we had a 4 month old and did the repair anyway with the agreement to charge our bank account the following week.

We called Air Care after another company failed to get us going and left us without heat for almost two weeks. Brad came out and not only pinpointed the problem but fixed the issue the SAME DAY. I wont call anyone but Air Care. If youre reading this and need HVAC servicing, Id stop searching and call today.
