Mickey and Marvin were absolutely spectacular! They were thorough, knowledgeable, technically proficient and completed this extensive installation with absolute cleanliness. They were each patient and answered my very numerous questions with direct responses and detailed information. This is type of interaction is exactly what Ive experienced with everyone in this company, starting with the advisor, James Mcarter on down. To be sure, these people are the Gold Standard of home repairs and officials my Go To technicians.

Sam and Mike came out to clean our ducts. They were on time, explained everything, and very thorough. They even cleaned the register vents with a cleaner that smells wonderful. They did a phenomenal job and I will definitely call them the next time the vents need cleaning.

Major WorkWe are remodeling our house and needed some major work done, so we called Absolute Services to put in a new AC/Heater, new hot water heater and install a gas line for our new gas stove. Danny M. was the plumber who installed the hot water heater and gas line for the new stove. We have hot water and no leaks, we also love using the new stove. 5 Stars.The AC/Heater was installed by Charlie T. and Ahmad B. they came in took out the old AC/Heater and put in a new Carrier system. Charlie answered all our question and both put in full day to get us AC for these hot days. 5 Starts to both.Today we had them put in new air ducks in the basement Charlie T., Ahmad B., and Caleb put the new air ducks in again Great Jobs 5 Stars.We have had just about the whole shop here in one form or another with James M., Jim W., and Justin H.. First off: Paul did a great job, very friendly and professional. I docked stars due to the companys outrageously inflated price for an 80 gal water heater install, even taking into account they included a larger expansion tank. Ive hired these guys before with my overhead garage door repair and they did great with that. But I suggest comparing their plumbing prices with others in the area, and asking for the part numbers before they get started. If my hot water heater wasnt leaking faster than I could keep up, I would have waited for other plumbers to give a quote.

I was able to make an appointment the next day. Techinican Zach Mueller called and arrive on time. Explain everyting and made sure i understood. When completed went over everything that was done. Zach was very professional the whole time.

All I can say is wow! Dalton took care of everything! Not only did he come to fix my hvac unit on a Saturday evening (7:30pm) he stayed until he got it fixed (10:30pm) Dalton knew I was struggling with my breathing being ill and he wasnt gonna let me suffer in the heat! Dalton buddy thank you so much Id give 100 stars if I could!!

Service and cleaned our mini split system just fine. We gave geothermal HVAC so not much work to do there. My only complaint is they use a very cheap air filter for changing. The tech was very professional

Ahmad and Justin from Absolute Services installed a new Carrier system for us at our home a week ago and we have been cool and comfortable ever since. Both gentlemen did an excellent job, were very thorough, tested the system before leaving and showed us how to operate our new thermostat. Cant beat service like this. Its the absolute best!!

We had a power loss in our garage, kitchen, and outside electrical outlet, plus, wanted two indoor electrical outlets replaced- I called several local places and they either didn’t respond, told us the job was too small, or told us COVID prevents them from coming out. Fortunately, we received a few mailings from Absolute Services and decided to give them a call. It took one call and they quickly setup an appointment for an electrician to come out. Absolute Services even showed tremendous flexibility by rescheduling the appointment, per our request, and sent electrician Garett Crawford out to see us. Mr. Crawford was both courteous and professional- providing us with a thorough explanation of what was needed, how much it was going to cost, and how long it would take to complete. I would easily use Absolute Services for any future electrical job - they are fast, efficient, reliable, and reasonably priced. Oh, they also do HVAC work and plumbing, too!

I filled out the form on the site on Saturday, they had a callback within 30 minutes and got me scheduled for a technician to come between 10 and 1 on Sunday. Keith showed up right around 10 and was super professional, nice, and informative. I had 0 issues with the whole experience from start to finish. Keith is a great technician and Absolute Services has impressed me from step 1. Would highly recommend.

Garrett C. showed up on time and was extremely professional and friendly. He explained everything and all of his thoughts on what may be causing the issues. He fixed everything quickly. Would gladly recommend him for any electrical work.

Called at 7:35 am after a huge issue occurred with my garage door. The lady I spoke to was very nice and got someone out as soon as 8:430. He was prompt, professional, and very informative. He accessed the issue and gave me several options and explained what needed to be done. I feel they were very affordable and with a solid 5 star rating that says something about this company. Jon Morrison came out to Service our HVAC and very professional. He performed extensive tests and recommended a hard start kit for our compressor. We had it installed and immediately could tell the difference. We had work done previously on our system by a different company and was told that the hard hitting sound that the compressor would make when it started was normal. We didnt know the difference due to this being the first heat pump my wife and I had ever had. Jon took great care of us and our system. We dont hear the condenser start in the house any more.

Had a great experience with Cameron servicing my units. He was on time and early within the service window given, informed me of everything they were doing during the service, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving.

We thought we had an electrical problem so we called this service. The gentleman who came discovered that we actually had a furnace issue. Our blower motor went out so he sent someone to take a look and the blower motor was fixed the next day. We didnt have to wait long, the technician (Charlie) was professional, efficient, very polite. And we have a warm house again! We are absolutely thrilled with this company! They just blew us away with their honesty and knowledge and professionalism.

Brendan O’Conner from the Louisville area came to my trailer in Grayson County. He was able to fit me within a day or two after I called. He bought and put in a new breaker box for me. He got to my house a little after 2, and he did not leave until about 8:30. He spent that time purchasing the materials and putting in a new box for me. He was professional and did an excellent job. He is coming back again. I would highly recommend this company. More specifically, I would highly recommend Brendan O’Conner. I appreciate his work.
