Incredibly helpful, professional and kind, even when they are super busy.Very grateful theyre right within the North Hills area, as we would have to do some driving to get to the next closest one. Any time we need to print, scan, or mail something were here.

Outstanding service!I walked in today to drop off a package from Verizon. Verizon didnt send any packing material. The gentleman at the store. Was very helpful. Fully packaged the devices for me. I was in and out within 5 mins. Very fast and friendly. Best of all no waiting.

I use this UPS store for all my shipping needs both personal and professional. I have never had any issues and everyone is always super friendly and attentive. They try to make the best of it considering the pandemic and limited staff everywhere, which is understandable. I have never had to wait long even in a long line.

I didnt get his name but I saw him jungle a busy store with kindness and courtesy to each and everyone. We need more people like him. I visited this store with my husband a couple weeks ago because I needed to print a document from my email. The store had only one employee working at the time and a very long line of people waiting.As I used their computer, I watched in amazement as Sabrina (the lone ups warrior) handled each customer in turn, never getting rude or visible grumpy. Instead, like the awesome woman she is, she was able to multitask with such skill that every customer was taken care of in a very short amount of time.By the time I was finished (maybe five minutes total), Sabrina had expertly tended to every persons need, all with a smile on her face.I want to personally commend her on her ability to handle a rush by herself with such a cool head. She is a huge asset to the UPS brand and company. Please give her a raise. She definitely deserves it!

He took my package and finished packaging it while I was trying to figure out what I needed and he got me just what I needed. He held up the driver and made sure that my package left the store immediately.... 💯 SOLID

The one employee I have encountered every time I have come in to this location is the rudest, most unfriendly young woman. The services are what they are, but this employee? Yikes. The only thing I can figure is that maybe her parents own this location? Very unfortunate because this one is convenient for me, but I’ll mark this place as a “no go”. And, $6 for a roll of packing tape that cost much less anywhere else? That part helped make the decision easy.

I wish I knew the name of the young lady working today. She was working alone at front with line out the door. Very helpful, kind, fast. I wish I new her name she should get a raise, employee of the month etc. I shipped three boxes one was a no cost return to company but my printer wasn’t working even after going out to replace cartridge. She helped on computer where I also had issues🤦🏼‍♀️. She was great after other thing going wrong in my day. My husband is deployed as a defense contractor overseas until spring after already 28 years in the military. So today was rough and this lady was great. Please thank her for her get service 😊.

Shipped plates that were very well wrapped and was told that no matter what they would break. I said they are wrapped very well and I even put fragile on the package and the guy said they will see the fragile marking and that the guys at UPS will for sure break them. Pretty sad when you cant trust a shipping company to do the right thing.

Went the better part of a year with no issue, before being lied to by the employees on shift the afternoon of 24 December 2020 about the location of a package that was sent to this location in question.Tracking information provide by the US Post Office Confirmed the package arrival to El Paso, and confirmed that the package was picked up and delivered to UPS on 16 December 2020.This was doubly confirmed by the tracking beacon within the package to ensure safe delivery.When prompted for my package I was informed that no such package had arrived, to which I requested information about how to claim stolen/lost package and was told to call the Post Office to make a claim and that it wasn’t their problem.I understand that sometimes mistakes occur, that the Holiday season of all times is particularly stressful period of time for all especially Delivery Services; however this is no excuse for the uncourteous manner I was handled and the refusal to check for any outlier packages against my name.I do not believe this is an accurate reflection of the UPS Organization or their services as I have relied on them for years in the states and OCONUS. That being said this is an extremely disappointing display by employees that neither care for position, duties, nor their company.I do not recommend this location until appropriate retraining is put in place; losing a package that has a tracking beacon that says it’s inside their building with the USPS also confirming UPS acquired the package and then being rude without offering to even do a secondary let alone primary sweep for outliers is disappointing and unacceptable.

Had to drop off a package that had a prepaid label. Gentleman was very polite and helpful, he even made sure my package went out in todays shipment even though he was about to close. He also provided a receipt for proof of mailing.

Went here to return a package from amazon, received nothing but the most rude and uptight customer service ever. My packages were quiet heavy and big, but none offered a finger to help. Really need to check the type of employee’s UPS hires.

My wife and I went in on Thursday to mail two packages; several birthday presents to my 9 year old niece and a cell phone to my wife’s friend. My niece’s gifts were weighed at 2 lbs. The cell weighed in at less than a pound. The gentleman working with us was short and seemed annoyed, then walked off once the contents were weighed and paid for, I assume to get boxes. After waiting several minutes without him returning, we left as we had other things to do. They then packed and shipped the boxes backwards; the gifts went to my wife’s friend and the cell went to my niece. To top it all off, items were missing. Despite having the receipt clearly showing the proper weight and destination of each package, we are now getting the runaround trying to get this fixed. You’d get better service for less at the Post Office.

My time sensitive package was returned to their office on 10/31/19 and nobody had the courtesy to call me and let me know it was returned. I had to call the 1-800 number on 11/4/19 because the tracking system was not giving me any information as to where my package was located. That is when the 1-800 representative told me my package was at their store since 10/31/19. I called the store after hanging up with the 1-800 and the guy who answered could not help me because he was the only one in the store, according to him. Shortly after my call I stopped by the store and there were 4 people working at that time. I don’t like to be lied to. On top of the lie, they couldn’t find my package. After waiting for 15 minutes they found my package and I asked why nobody had called, my package showed urgent, they showed no remorse, no importance, no courtesy. If I pay for prompt service I expect prompt results. I know I will never use their service ever again. I will go Fedex or US Postal Service before I ever go back to them, very disappointed!!!

Jesus was NOT customer friendly on the phone when I called to see if this location was open. His answers were yup, nope, and yeah to my questions. When I arrived the young lady at the counter was helpful as much as she could be with Jesus standing behind her with his arms crossed not helping cashier at counter with her questions. He just kept saying if I didnt know what to do neither do they with regard to the pre-printed labels I brought in. I will not return to this location again. If they are this non-helpful when business is this slow I cant imagine what it would be like when business actually returns to normal for them.

Since having to come back to my hometown for temporarily for a few months I dont have access to a printer thus had to utilize The UPS Store. I would give it 5 stars and although the associate was helpful I wish he would have been more present and more attentive at the time that I needed him vs. when it went from being only myself in the store to eight other people within 5 mins. Although my visit was shorter than anticipated it could have been even shorter had the associate been in the front of the house rather than disappearing to the back... otherwise convenient location and knowledgeable helpful staff just needs to be more attentive to the sales floor.

I had a pre labeled package and was told I needed to stand in line to drop off for a receipt...with one lonesome girl working behind the counter and 6 more people in line. I didn’t want a receipt. I wanted to drop off my pre-labeled packaged. That’s the whole point. Not to stand in line for 20 more minutes.

I’m very disappointed with this UPS store. I sent a Christmas package last Monday to my son in Austin. Today 12/21 I got a call telling me the package was returned because there was not an apartment number on the package. The young man verified with me that there was indeed an apartment number on the packages for UPS was probably being lazy! . I asked him so what happens now these are Christmas presents?! He proceeded to tell me that they are a 3rd party and not responsible but he would speak to his manager and call me back. I understand they are a 3rd party however I was expecting a call back from someone! Awful customer service! I understand they are busy but someone from the store should have called! Now I have no idea if it was resent or if the package is just sitting there! Very disappointed! I work in customer service and if you tell someone you will get back to them then that’s what you do!! I hope that this situation. Is rectified on Monday!!!

Copy order -Placed order online. Invoice said it would be ready in a day , Store didn’t even start on it and couldn’t find it when i called the next day. Called me back and Said it would take a couple of hours. Came by in 1.5hrs to Check in the store since i was in town. They still haven’t even started on it. All their printers were not being used. No excuse.

They charge u $5.70dlls for just a print they tell u u have to print ur own label and they rent u a computer in 5dlls plus .70cents for the print plus if u dont matter if its in a box if u dont get a box from there they just warp the the item in tape so I ended paying olmost 10 dlls even I had a free return lavel

There is no refund on faxes. They basically charged me for a cover page when they DO NOT charge for cover pages. Then charged me for the 2 legal documents. Even though I needed 3 papers plus a cover page to be faxed (4pages total) and only the top 3 went through. I will not be using their personal business again. Ill go somewhere else. To make things even better they are all individually owned. (Only good note was Eddie attempted to help with a refund but his manager said they dont do it. Eddie was very kind and explained.)

This store lost my engagement ring that i dropped off to have sent out for repairs. The tracking number shows that it never left the store. Now they have given up on finding my ring and are just paying out the claim to the company that i was shipping my ring to. I will never see the ring that my husband gave me again. When i went into the store to have the guy look for the package about 5 days after i dropped it off, he was rude and insensitive. I will never use this store again. You have one job UPS.

Hello! I was in town I needed to send an I watch to my friend in the Bronx. I saw this UPS store that my I phone told me was close by. It was so hot that day I bought a cold ice coffee from McDonald’s. My coffee got hot insede the store. It’s to hot inside there. I feel worried for the staff. I think next time I would wait outside . At least with a little bit of wind I don’t feel hot and my ice coffee stay cool. I was sweating from all over my body. Thanks to el niñito dios I did not melt like an ice cube.

Synopsis: $5 use of computer: Dont use, unless u really need toPlay-by-play: Came into the store to print off some Amazon return slips... Saw an open computer, sat down, logged into my email, printed labels... Logged out, closed window. Done... less than 60 seconds I repeat less than 60 seconds. I go to checkout and the guy tells me its going to be $5.75! I said, what the s***. He replies, its $5 to use the computer... it says so right there small strip pasted on boarder of lower screen, really.Now $5 is not much, its the principle and the way he came at me that was twisted. I Understand that I should have paid attention but Ive been to many ups stores to return many Amazon products and the most Ive ever been charged is $1 plus whatever amount of printing I do but $5 come on. Brand consistency. I should expect the same thing in el Paso as I would minneapolis... Ups should be ashamed of how their brand holders are nickel and diming customers.

My experience with this time was very upsetting. My husband sendse documents over night on 08 march 2016, didnt receive my documents til Friday, 11 March 2016. This is unacceptable. Manager straight up told me I couldnt get a refund due to mechanical failures that were noty fault if the el Paso UPS warehouse would have put it out correctly. So my husband n I paid $40.00, for nothing. overnight means overnight. I will never go to this location. Even calling ups 1-800 # tells me to call the store for a refund. But he refused. I will always be writing the BBB. Terrible business practices. You have a guarantee, your.customers expect it.

HORRIBLE customer service! They RUINED MY SIGN that I was trying to have laminated and then acted like it was my fault with no apology or any real solution to fix it! The laminator ran out not even a third of the way through my sign and left a huge crease and a sticker on my sign informing them they should change the roll! Horrible horrible horrible experience, DO. NOT. GO. HERE.
