8:10am RUDE older man.I come in early, empty parking lot no need to be rushed. I tell him what I came to do (DROP OFF Amazon return item). I tell him I have the barcode for the item and he says he needs a name for the receipt. I then begin with oh... I dont know if and he says We can play games all day. So I reply with what are you talking about... I just wanted to know if the name mattered and so he continues on like nothing happened. No need for that kind of attitude at all.

Long story short, if your items are already packaged, take them straight to UPS and bypass the UPS Store, your package will be insured and you will be able to manage your own claim if an issue arises.The UPS store will offer repackaging services for anything you bring in that you want to ship. If your item is already packaged for shipping and you decline their offer of repackaging, your shipment will not be insured for damage, even if you claim a value for the package and pay the additional shipping fee. They did not explain this to us at the time.If your item does end up damaged, you should understand that the UPS Store is the shipper, not you, and you have to go through them to file a claim, which in this case they declined. If you declined their repackaging service you will not be reimbursed for damage.Long story short, be ready to pay for repackaging when using a UPS Store. If you decline be ready for no damage insurance even though they will still charge you based on the declared value of the package you ship. This seems like a textbook case of bad faith, charging for a declared value they have no intention of covering.

Walked up to the counter and asked if they could print something for me. He replied yes and printed the item. $0.25 for the printing and $3.00 for computer use. I used to work at a UPS store... go elsewhere for you printing needs. I was not informed about the $3.00 for computer use prior.

This store is trash! Not only they didn’t deliver my package but lost it! Worst of all the manager bill called me lazy and was very rude. I’m new in town. Where I come from business owners value their customers. NOT BILL! I will not recommend anyone this location. You deserve better El Paso.

Very unprofessional and RUDE! The sale associate at this location did not say hello. Did not say “next in line please” he just started at me awkwardly. Then when I walked up to the counter I let him know I needed to return an Amazon package then he stared at me longer like I knew what he wanted. The whole conversation was at most “have a nice day”. Very disappointed

Typically great service but they over shared me on prints I needed. Typically about 11-13 cents to get something printed. However this cashier charged me a copy rate which is a lot more. Typically cant beat it when on the road and need a form printed. Email it to store and they will print it for next to nothing.

First time here, arrived before 6pm and the store was closed. But that wasnt all, given it wasnt 6pm yet, I knocked to get the attention of one of the employees, thinking it was actually open and for security reasons they had the door closed, but both the clerk and the one vacuming ignored me completely. They dont even take a second to inform me anything, just didnt even look. That a is totally disrespectful actitude and a very bad way to run a business. This will also be my last time here. Overall good service. Whoever said if you want your money stolen... didnt qualify his statement. What did that even mean? Prompt and courteous . I use this location often. They always give me options in consideration to cost. They are professional and I always look forward to going there for their services. Some personel even have a great sense of humor.

I honestly dont understand how this place stays in business!They refused to accept my package with no explanation whatsoever! Simply handed my package back.Is that even legal?I filed a complaint with UPS corporate but the easiest thing to do is simply spend your money somewhere else. Unfortunately, the actions of this location reflect so poorly on all UPS stores.AND after reading the reviews I see this is an ongoing problem.This is one bad apple!

I went in to have something shipped out and was told to go to the post office because they ,the business, do not give receipts; not that I wanted one. I just wanted to have something shipped out. I had to drive all the way out to the post office just to have them send it out and guess what....the post office didnt even give me a receipt. Hire people who actually want to do their job.

Today I was discriminated at this store, worst customer service of my life. An older man with a beard accused me of living in the US illegally only because I was picking up some packages sent there by mistake. He didnt have the right to question my legal status, (fyi im a US citizen and resident) In addition i got charged for picking up the packages, do not visit this store!

Walked in to ship a pre paid package (ups not my preferred shipper) which needed a strip of tape to finish closing it properly. I asked if I could use the tape gun since it was in front of me when an employee quickly informed me that he will do it but would cost me a dollar. I asked if he was kidding since it did seem ridiculous. He got upset and raised his voice saying I dont have all day to be re taping everyones unprepared packages. Really? ! I laughed and walked toward the exit saying what helpful and nice employees this store has. He then again raised his voice and challenged me by adding excuse me, did you say something to me? I stopped and answered with exactly what I had initially said regarding theirnice and helpful employees (hard sarcasm). He just waved his hand at me.Never again at this store or UPS. Ill stick to the post office or Fed Ex.

UPS is garbage! Never will I use this company to send any packages. What’s the point of listing an address if they don’t deliver it to the listed address. Lazy! And no refund because it was delivered in a timely fashion. Even though the recipient never received it!

I had one of the best customer service experiences at this location! Dennis Mathis is such a great and carrrying reprasentative. It was my first time shipping boxes out of town and he made sure they arrived safely! He took the kind time to re-wrap them individually! UPS is so fortanate to have this talented asset in their business. I was unable to find a customer survey satisfaction on the UPS website to let his management know.
