Came to return an Amazon item, they can’t even scan my items so I was unable to return anything. Waste of time.

Please be careful when shipping packages. Since they aren’t the main carrier but a third party basically, my package never even arrived to usps. I couldn’t even make a claim to usps because it never even arrived to their facility. They told me they couldn’t do anything because it’s out of their control.... so my package is lost and now I had to refund a buyer and lose merchandise. If you can go straight to your chosen mail deliver for security.

Totally disappointed and disgusted! We use this for shipping quite often and they never had the decency to advise us our mailbox subscription expired—instead they send back our orders without even a call- at Christmas !!! Unbelievable!!! Waste of time and money! Taking our business somewhere else! Not another penny to these guys!

The staff is kind and wonderful 😊 the facility is very clean and staff is very professional ! Highly recommend for all office needs.
