First time here after reviewing MULTIPLE post offices in El Paso. I am pleased they were super helpful and NICE wow!! I will definitely be staying loyal to them. 🤞hoping they don’t change keep up the good work!

Workers could be just a lil more willing to help.Great service to have overall. Employees tend to be a little not so willing to help towards the end of the day.Closes 15 mins.early a lot of the time which can be inconvenient.

I absolutely LOVE this location. I have been to other PostalAnnexs and they don’t compare to this one. The ladies at the front are very fast, efficient, and helpful. They get the job done and are super sweet and nice. The staff was wonderful and I am pleased with the consistently great service I always receive when I visit this location.

Every time I go they really do their best to help you. Not one problem with them at all..

Pricey but I guess its convenience fees.

Quick service, very professional, are open later on Saturdays than all other couriers. Quick simple return package drop off for USPS.

An excellent place for anyone who needs something shipped, the owners are extremely helpful and kind. The store is always clean with plenty of boxes and shipping material. I cant recommend this place enough.

A very good convenient place. Instead of driving to an actual post office. Im glad there are postal annex every where.

These people are jealous they chose a wrong business model where they dont make money on packages you drop off with them . Making up reasons why they cant take your packages. Asking what your shipping where you get it from being nosy. Overpriced supplies , higher costs to ship than online, poor service and letting employees make important decisions without any business acumen. Why is this place even here ? Who runs a business like this? Do not recommend spending your money here.

Its Sunday at 12:15 pm; the office hours say its supposed to be Open, Google maps say its supposed to be Open and yet Im sitting at a caged office and a locked door with no employees anywhere. Its definitely Closed when its supposed to be Open. Very inconvenient as a customer after driving all this way. Bad way to handle business.

Hostile employee (blond woman), nosy and rude spreading rumors saying USPS driver no longer wants to pick up our packages without any actual proof (we come here often to drop off packages, weve informed corporate). There are many other locations, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want to be interrogated about your personal business.

Super fast and friendly service, theyre open late for the last minute ship. I highly recommend doing business here!

Great group of people. always courteous and patient. I always use them for all my postal needs.

Everything was great, until one day owner (he seems to be the owner) told me in a serious and non-friendly way that the next time i went to drop off packages i will be charged .50 cents for a receipt if i ask for one.

Its Sunday past 12, and the office is still closed. I dont know who is in charge of this office cc and people. Your door schedule says Sunday it opens at 12

I loved going there for any matter. But when I need the notary I went and asked him what time he could go for a job and he gave me his schedule and nothing !! Two laps I spent my gas and it turns out I wasnt there and says the girl who lives close by. How to be waiting to have what time you want to WORK !!! Well its difficult !!!?

I try to call, they do not answer, they do not want to pick up packages, abuse of trust, bad treatment to the client. They lose a client, dissatisfied.
